I get it… we have a big dog and he gets nervous and sometimes growls/barks at the vet. We made an appointment for him (the vet knowing that he can be aggressive there.) I wish someone would have mentioned that he needs to take calming medication before loading him into the truck and taking him there. We would’ve been happy to! At least tell us that’s what needed to be done prior and not let us know after he’s already there.

I love love love Countryside. My family has been taking our animals here for over 15 years, including 3 dogs who have been seeing them for 10 years. Dr. Points and her team really do care about our fur babies and love them like their own. I cannot recommend them enough!!! ❤️💙

We took our dog to Countryside the whole time we had her, from when she was six months old to when we had to put her down recently. The vets and staff members were so personable and always took the time out to make Grace feel more comfortable there. They always did such a great job explaining everything we needed to know. When we had to put our dog down they were incredibly sympathetic and gave us all the time and resources we needed to cope with the loss. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for staff they will build a lasting relationship with.

This place is awesome! They are very friendly and caring. They have provided excellent care for 3 of my dogs whole lives from beginning to the end. I can't say enough for the caring, sensitivity, and warm environment they recently provided for our family to say goodbye to our family pet. 🐕 ❤️

Absolutely love this clinic! Dr Points is fantastic with our dogs. We switched from a vet in Omaha who took a very domineering approach to our German Shepherds and our appts with him were miserable. Totally different experience and approach with Dr Points. She is very kind and takes her time to get to know our dogs. They respond to her so well. The staff is great as well. We and our dogs could not be happier with our new vet!!!

Dr. Points is the new owner since Dr. Sill retired & she is a very kind & caring vet. My dogs don't mind having to visit at all. She also sees patients 1 evening a week & Saturday mornings which is very convenient for those that work. Iwould definitely recommend!

The most caring, loving doctor I have ever met ... and they're for animals! That tells you how special they are. Even though we've moved, they're worth the drive.And the prices are good too. They want our pets around a long time, and our pets feel like part of their own family.

We have been going to Dr. Sill for over 20 years now, will all of our pets over the years. They have lived long healthy lives, and Dr. Sill has been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! She is the type of doctor that gets to the root of the problem, which is her nature. She has great integrity and I would trust her with anything, not just our pets!

My family (including Aunts and Uncles) has been taking our four legged family members to Dr. Sill for years. We trust her implicitly with the care of our loved ones. When she left her office in Omaha, we followed her to Fort Calhoun. It is well worth the drive to take your pet to see her.Dr. Sill always greets her patients with joy, even when they are unhappy to be there. We had a cat in particular who hated all strangers and leaving her home. She would get very mean and defensive, hissing, swatting, and occasionally biting. Dr. Sill was always able to treat her with kindness and gentleness even when she was not being cooperative. I can honestly say she is one of the few non-family members that was able to touch her when she was agitated.Dr. Sill truly understands how much pets mean to their owners. As my family has lost pets over the years, Dr. Sill has always been supportive and genuinely mourns our loss.I have friends that go to vets in Omaha who seem to price gouge and are only in it for the money. You can tell from her caring and gentle demeanor that she went into her line of work because she loves animals. In addition her prices are extremely reasonable.The quality of care your pet will receive at Countryside Small Animal Clinic is without a doubt better than anything I believe I could receive in Omaha. The entire staff is equally exceptional. I will not take my furry family members to anyone else as long as Dr. Sill is practicing.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. An our accident prone dog is always able to get in right away when there is an emergency. We recently moved 45 minutes away from Ft. Calhoun and still get all our vet needs taken care of here!

I just called for a price to get a rabies shot for a small dog and the woman who answered was really rude! She quoted me the price of the 1 year shot vs. the 3 year rabies shot. I then asked her if there was cost of a office call. She answered me very snotty and rude like manner and said, "No, we don't charge for office visits unless you start asking 5000 questions!" I was just appaulled at her customer service skills! I won't be going there!! 10/17/13 Date Called

Consensus, 5 stars !!!!! Never a compliant. This is a can't miss kind of place. It doesn't matter what animal you have , they'll be thrilled you took them here. Priced extremely fair on top of it all. Anyone for there "cake and eat it to" here is where you go.
