We just moved to the area and needed an emergency vet on a Saturday. Spoke to Jordan (vet tech) and she managed in get us in. Great care by Dr Cromer. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Got our dog to get some much needed rest. Unfortunately, at three am, my dog had a stroke and was in extreme pain. We called again and at 3:30 am, Dr Cromer met us at the clinic where that difficult decision was made. Dr Cromer stayed with us as long as we needed to hold our old girl and say goodbye. Highly recommend this clinic for their care and compassion. Yes, the price was a little high, but well worth it!

Evryone that works there is really nice and helpful. They take really great care of my dogs. The only complaint is they are really expensive and always adding on extra bogus charges like almost $490 for a nuter when i was promised it would be $200. Also when paying with a check expect them to not cash it for 2 weeks. Im always overdrafting because they hold it for too long.

The best place for your domestic pets. The folks here are so kind, compassionate,. We had a weekend emergency they got us in right away. After being denied by our local vet we don't do weekends. So we called 2 vets in Nebraska city as they advertisethey do weekend emergencies & there weekend emergency consisted of "doctors is out till Monday." A couple of months later got the same response doctors gone till Monday. Why say you have weekend emergency available if you really don't. Anyway fall city animal health center will be our vet for everything our doggies need.

We take all of our dogs here, really appreciate that Dr. Severin spends time with us answering any questions we may have, and he is always gentle with our fur babies. Love the office personnel, they also answer our endless questions, and are patient with us when we know others might be exasperated. 🙂

Danielle, Dr Severin and the whole staff are amazing at what they do. So personable. We had to make the unfortunate decision to put our Corgi down and we could not have asked for a more peaceful passing. Thank you guys so much for the care you gave Sadler. I have been using this vet clinic since I moved to the area 10 years ago. Dr. Beth Herring has been my primary vet looking after my horses, cats and dogs. She has been very kind to my animals as has been the entire staff. Even when the tough decisions have to be made, the staff is very understanding and respectful to the humans who love their fur babies.

Dr. Severin has been a life saver with our tiniest, he has helped us by giving us fluids should we need them to keep her alive, sadly the bag melted on our truck as we are truck drivers on the road. I cannot express my gratitude at the peace of mind having it has brought though.
