Electronic department doesn't like to pick up the phone, but I'm giving 5 stars solely for my man Chris in pickup and delivery. I called to see if something was in stock, and my guy went all the way across the store, checked the back and looked to see when a new shipment would be in. He didn't have to do that, but I'm certainly appreciative of the fact that he did. And Chris, if you see this, you're so real for that❤️

Had to wait at exit so they could scan one item in my cart when I am trying to make a quick stop and get home exiting took longer then shopping and check out On another trip as we were leaving man at the door asked for our receipt, I handed it to him on our way out the door he followed us out the door and threw away our receipt telling me I could throw away my own garbage. I didn't understand why he did that he was the one that asked for it, must not have had anything on it he wanted to steal using our receipt is all I could figure. Upset the wife she said she is done shopping there she said if she needs to go to a walmart she will drive to Beatrice they are more friendly

Very disappointed in pickup. Ordered mixed fruit of strawberries and bannanas. Ordered 5, instock when I ordered them, but when I went to pick them up the next day, they were out of stock. They should have picked my items, if they were low in stock, right when I ordered them to avoid this issue.

It's ok. Some of the Walmarters aren't very friendly at all. And then some of them are extremely helpful & friendly. They also will follow you around alot. Not just me, ALOT of people have said that. Other than that, it's a normal Walmart. 🙂

I'm shocked that this super center is not open 24 hours. Service is excellent and the store is well organized and the staff are so eager to help you. The pharmacy staff are the kindest and most helpful people I've encountered at a pharmacy and they are on the ball prescriptions are filled quickly and always correctly! ❤

This store has friendly, hardworking staff. But it is severely understaffed and poorly managed. Hate that I have to use self checkout every time and there's only four spots to use. Raise wages and hire more people, prices are high enough no need to be greedy during a time of record profits.

I've never ever been treated the way I was today. A clerk was very rude and customer service never came to the check out when needed. Had to go to another lane and wait. Very unhappy!

I was shopping in this store for a while for home goods. Of course my buggy was filled to the max. I understand that employees has to prevent theft. Well, every corner I turned, certain employees were in my face numerous times. I don't like to be followed like I'm doing something wrong. This went on the entire time I was in there. Nevermind that I spent almost $400 cash in this store. If you want to see the Walmart paparazzi and private investigators working overtime stalking people, this is the place. Always remember, not everyone is a thief. Some people work hard for a living to buy at your store.

Very nice & clean. I got some medicine from the pharmacy & the pharmacist was very nice & took extra time to explain my meds. He also was able to fill my prescription quickly!

Absolutely no compassion from the pharmacy employees. Instead of trying to explain the gates close at 7, absolutely no exceptions, they just say “you better be here at seven or too bad” unfortunately I was unable to get to the clinic in time before they closed As I needed a ride to get there. I used an online app provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield and they prescribe medications directly to Walmart in February. While I was on the phone my husband left going towards February which is 30 minutes which would put him in there right at seven. When I first contacted the pharmacy and explain the situation and gave them my prescription insurance information so they could have everything done by the time he got there I told him he may be a couple minutes late but it usually took 25 minutes to get there. No comment was made at that time. When my husband called and said he was 3 miles out I called Walmart back to explain the situation that he will be there. Was met with the comment 7 o’clock we close the gates no exceptions. No suggestions no solutions just “I guess you’ll have to wait till morning” In a sarcastic voice. I told her I was recording the conversation but unfortunately I must have forgot to hit the record button. I will be contacting corporate office.What Happened with happen to kindness. Tell telling the Customers that they would like to stay open past seven but unfortunately it would lead to more customer standing in line. To me that would be a nicer way to let the customer know they can’t get their meds. They may have to wait unti tomorrow. Hopefully this wouldn’t be a blood pressure medication or something that is quired to maintain their life. Even the manager was even quick to point out when seven hits the door closes. If I have a customer come in with benefit questions we are always instructed to help that employee even if it goes beyond regular hours. I just don’t understand why people can’t be more compassion when working with their customers which are paying money for their products. Rant over. My apologies for the grammar special errors. My head is pounding. Brandon come back!!

One of Nebraska’s worst Walmarts. Had to teach the employees their own policy’s after arguing with customer service and manager for 20 minutes. Had to pull the policy up on my phone and read it word for word.

Bought a car battery the end of June 2021 and it was a weak battery . It says 2 year free replacement and after that it's prorated..I was told I had to pay the difference because the price went up on the battery! Wow and the service was terrible!

Went to walmart today at about 3:30 pm. Starts getting busy about that time. The only checkout open was the express lane which had a long line. So i went to self checkout. Only one person was checking out there so i got in right away but as i was doing my checking out the line got very long. Ron, there should never be only one checkout open unless its 6 am or 11 pm. On the plus side i am very happy that walmart is carrying more healthy and organic items. The above scenario has happened to me several times. Thank you
