I wish I was writing to applaud and say how awesome of a store you have....but since new management took over in Fairbury all I have to say is shame on you most of the employees working there before the takeover were great, friendly people to go in and shop the best of a small town store anyone could ask for but now it's beyond bad thank goodness Karen, Chris and Elvis and other old employees that I may just not have seen. The employees now have no common courtesy when it comes to customer service . Lucky to get a smile or anything out of them . You made a huge mistake by getting new management and I have a feeling your store will not survive with the way things are. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Great grocery store with good produce. Small town feel. They have some unique items that I can't find in other stores. And...they bag your groceries and bring them to your car...can't find that at other stores.

Amazing Customer Care! Karla, Karen and Yvonne came to our long-distance rescue to put together a delicious chicken dinner for 6. We live faraway from Fairbury and wanted to provide a friend with a nice lunch for their family during a difficult time. These ladies coordinated with me to pick out delicious deli main and side dishes and fresh baked cookies. The store offers online shopping, payment and pick up. So after we talked details they also gathered items from the grocery department. Our friend was able to just go in and pick up the ready-to-go order! Thank you so much for making us feel like neighbors!

We walked in the door at 8:45 pm. Went to the customer service desk to cash in lottery tickets & buy more. We were informed they were already closed. Picked up a couple of groceries & payed walked out the door at 8:54 pm. They locked the door behind us. The hours are posted until 9 pm.

I stopped there while in town for a dentist appointment. Picked up a beef roast. Cooked it 2 days later. I was so good. So every time I get a chance to stop to shop I plan on stopping in there. Very friendly staff. And very clean store. Very satisfied with this store.

If it would let me give just the Bakery a 0 star I would! The manager of the Bakery is a joke she was really rude and argued with me said that I said white borders on my daughter's cake when me and my husband clearly said blue 3 Times before she even got the order take down. And it took them 20min to fix it when it doesn't take 20 minutes to take off the whiter borders and put blue on. I've never been more dissatisfied with a bakery in my life! I will never go there aging and will tell my friend and family how horrible it is! I have no problems with the store just the Bakery!

Best meat in town! Won't buy meat or fresh vegetables anywhere else in town. Employees are always friendly and always willing to help out. Their cafe in the back also has great chicken and love the premade meals and sandwiches they have.

Bought beef roast for Christmas dinner. It was like shoe leather. I am 64 and never tasted anything like what you sold. Shame on you and thanks for ruining my Christmas
