This company is great! Due to the outstanding prices's I'm able to get my aging three legged hound dog all the Meds she needs. Everything comes on time and they deal directly with your Vet! We are super grateful that I don't have to pick and choose what I can afford. My only issue would be the customer service. They seem to not know whats going on with products and give you an automated response. They also call / text way too much for me but thats a small price to pay for the great products they carry.

I've ordered from them twice now and both times they've done a great job. Order arrived quickly and was in great condition. The medication's expiration date isn't until 12/27 which is over 5 years from now. I looked all over the internet for a cheaper price, but everywhere else was at least $1 more. Great job!

I googled pet supplies and got a bunch of hits but after searching all the hits, I determined that Pet Supplies 4 Less is the best pet supply website for trusted pet prescriptions with the lowest price. I bought Novox from them and other pet supply places were up to three times the price that Pet Supplies 4 Less sold the same brand with the same count and the same mg caplets. You can not go wrong here using Pet Supplies 4 Less. A very satisfied customer.

Website was easy to shop. They even contact my vet for my pet’s prescriptions. My order was shipped quickly and safely. I liked that they shipped the non prescription items separate so that there wasn’t a delay while the vet responded. My order was accurate and the savings were huge. Wish I knew about this company sooner. Will be ordering again.

Easy to shop and navigate on the site. Great prices for what I was buying. Order filled promptly and would have come promptly too but we had a huge snow storm. Even so the company kept me up to date on the arrival of my package and I only got it 2 days late which isn't bad at all considering all the travel delays that couldn't be helped because of mother nature. Very pleased with my items. The harnesses fit and toys are being played with as I type this. I didn't realize the syringes didn't come with caps because they were pictured with caps but went back and see caps need to be ordered separate. I should have paid attention to that so I'll be ordering the caps because they come in a package of 100. Great deal.

I am always hesitant when ordering from a new pet supply website after being scammed a few years back, but I must say, Pet Supplies 4 Less exceeded my expectations! Their products are great quality! And the turn around time for shipping was incredibly fast! They had the order shipped out the same day or the day right after. And it got here only a few days after that! I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to others!

They had three small beds that I ordered but I had ordered 4. They personally called me to inform me that they only had 3. What company does that these days? Love, love, love this company. First time and last time ordering from here. I paid $27.00 for overnight shipping and it will be 3 days of it shows up today so what was the purpose. I contacted company and all they can say was there shipping department was down ok but don't still charge me for overnight shipping. Company didn't offer any other negotiation. Poor business!!

Highly recommend! I was able to get the chip enabled pet feeder here when the manufacturer website was out of stock and Amazon wanted about 35% more than Pet Supplies for Less. The product arrived quickly, too. I will definitely be shopping here for other pet supplies!

Their prices are by far better than many other places. The website is a bit confusing to order from if you have 2 dogs (hence the 1 missing star). We had a huge issue with that, but Mary was on the phone with me, helping me to figure it all out SEVERAL times. She was very communicative and kind. Overall, I would definitely recommend ordering from them.

The company has amazing communication skills. They called me to let me know my shipment wouldn't be in stock for two more days, and gave me the option to cancel and be refunded or just wait until Friday when it would be in stock and it would be shipped. Ordering the medicine I need for my dog is a great price & very friendly user website to use.My 2 complainant's are: the time it takes to fill order (3-5 days AND I have numerous refills on file)The other is SHIPPING!! Most of the time it takes 2 weeks for me to get product!! Absolutely ridiculous. Once I get medicine I have to turn around & order next batch b/c turnaround takes forever. Other than that, the product is good & so is price for this particular medicine

This was the second time I had ordered from Pet Supplies 4 Less, both times I ordered there was a slight problem with the order. The first time they didn’t have the quantity of the item I ordered, this second time they were out of one of the items; but both times they were quick to call and let me know about the problem. They refunded me right away, but also offered to let me know when the items were in or to ship them when they had them. I really appreciated those options, most places would refund and be done, and for them to do this for me while dealing with the COVID-19 issues was above and beyond. Shipping was quick, even with just standard shipping, I received my items quicker than I thought I would. Also, to let everyone know, I compared prices on other sites, Amazon and Chewy, Pet Supplies 4 Less met or beat their prices. Great customer service and prices, they are going to be my go to place.

No issues. They take care of contacting our Vet for medicine approvals. I have used them for the past year and happy so far :).Update: i realized my new vet doesnt take online requests after placing an order. I had to mail them the original prespcription. An agent communicated with me and kept me on the loop on the mailing. Great service and communication!

Before I buy from any website stores, I always read up on their reviews. I did the same for Pet Supplies 4 less. This website has mixed reviews but I decided to throw the dice to give them a try. I'm glad I did.They are very responsive, quick with their shipping on my orders with zero issues. I have shopped around and find that their prices are better then their competition. The items I have been buying are RX supplies for my pet doggy. They contacted my vet for the prescription very promptly, unlike some of their competition. So far, I have placed 2 orders from them and both went smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend Pet Supplies 4 less.

Got what I ordered. I did pay for the two day shipping because it was something I needed right away, however I wasn't aware they didn't send out orders on the weekend, I placed the order Friday night and it wasn't shipped out til Monday afternoon and then it arrived Thursday afternoon. I do wish it had been more clear that even with paying the extra $20 for two day shipping that it wasn't going to be shipped out til Monday afternoon. But I'm satisfied with my purchase and I would order from them again. I wouldn't pay extra for the two day shipping though now that I know it won't make it any faster if ordered on a weekend.

I ordered some clippers. When they hadn't arrived over a week later I called and left a message. The next day I got an email that confirmed they shipped that morning. I never got any more information. Not a phone call, not an email, no explanation, no apology, nothing. A month later I received a bill for $7.41 noted as a past due balance. I don't know these people. I just ordered a product online and this is what I got. Don't bother with this company or fall for the google reviews. Their reviews are worse on yelp and everywhere else.

Great price, but did not like the $1.00 handling charge on top of the shipping charge. Product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in good shape. If they don't raise their prices, will buy from them again.
