This is the number one online vet supply on the Internet...yet the staff treats you as your home town local business would. Dr. Spencer Brown, Maria and the rest of the employees have ALWAYS treated me with the utmost empathy and professional demeanor! My girl Pebbles has a heart condition and we needed advice from a professional. I contacted LVS and they were not only willing to help, they went above and beyond in my opinion. You can tell they do this for more than just money. We all need to pay our bills and eat, but some of us do what we do first for the love of the animals and secondly for the money. We have a lot of respect for the people at LVS. This is my first (but not my last) time ordering with Lambert Vet Supply. I made sure to order enough to get free shipping (bonus! Thank you Lambert!). I received a voicemail letting me know the items were out of stock but would be in within a week, and if I wanted to cancel my order to call them back. I did not call back...I needed the product and knew it would be in soon. It arrived sooner than I expected in great condition. Ordering was quick, easy, and receipt of the product was quick. Customer service is also great! They could have ignored my order for a week until the items showed up but chose to call instead. That is a big deal and I appreciate it! I would highly recommend ordering from Lambert!

They are always offering promotions/discounts, they don’t overwhelm you with marketing emails and the customer service has always been incredible, in my experience. I've seen terrible reviews of this company on yelp and elsewhere. My experience was perfectly fine -- perhaps they're trying to rehabilitate themselves. Best thing: their prices are considerably lower than elsewhere. Order was filled and delivered within 4 working days. I also got a free "Norton guarantee." I see no reason to avoid this company, and, as I said, their prices were very good on my item: 500 mg Fix Mox, 100 caps.

Gentle Touch cat litter (aspen) is by far the best litter I am able to find online or in store. It took a lot of discovering by chance with online searching to know to even ask who Carrie’s it and thank goodness they have Lambert Supply as their distributor. Thank you for answering my many questions about the product and making sure my order arrived well packaged and quickly. I am also saving a lot already with the difference of how this litter is easier to handle and I actually like the natural scent of the aspen. I am definitely ordering more soon!

By far the most reliable and quickest pet delivery site, I've been using them for over ten years for my 2 pugs which are my entire life. Not a single other place comes close to the fastest delivery but also the customer service they provide, especially when I'm looking for a specific issue they always have the exact product I need along with the fastest delivery possible. I've had my chubby since I adopted him at a little less than 3 months old but decided to keep one of his puppies since day one and also my brother kept one of his daughters which is the sister of my peanut. Anyway Lambert has been able to supply me with everything and anything I've ever needed to insure they both remain healthy. So I could never recommend Lambert vet enough for all your animals needs, I keep wishing where I'm living, Baltimore Maryland could offer at least half there service.

I have to order prescription every other month. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I am able to order easily and get my stuff very quickly. If there has to be any type of delays (which is almost next to never but can happen) they always call and help get it done in a reasonable time manner.
