I just returned home from an appointment with Countryside Veterinary Clinic. It was a wonderful experience for my big kitty Bob and myself. He was having an issue with his coat and needed help. Dr. Janet was able to see him quickly and get the problem taken care of.This is a kind, caring and knowledgeable clinic that has first class doctors and staff. Through the years, all of my pets have been treated like champions by Countryside. I also appreciate the understanding and compassion shown to me the as the guardian of my pet family. Many thanks to the Winter family for providing quality care and services!

Penny Andes new friends today at her new vet. Dr. Janet was very thorough and answered all my questions I had. I bombarted her believe me. Cameron held Penny most of the time and they are good friends now. Then of course there’s Emily who answered my questions before hand. Very nice staff and glad we go there now.

BEWARE NOT A GOOD VET!!! We went there for 3 years & Charley thought she was the best vet ever but when our kitty got a lump on her face I took her in & she said it was treatable but expensive Charley said fix her is it contagious? She(the vet) said yes very contagious, He said then put her down😢I cried as I held her in my arms until she was gone😢The vet gave me a note with the special word that was suppose to be what she had & Told me if I looked it up I would feel better about putting her down! That evening my youngest had to go to the library for school stuff on the computer, I got on one of the computers & typed in what the vet gave me to look up. I was reading about the sickness that came from rose bushes that our cat was suppose to have had & I was horrified the vet lied to me The condition Was not contagious at All!!! I Lost my favorite cat from her lies we never went back to her she is very Evil as far as I am concerned a total liar!!😢 I would Never want anyone else to lose a pet because of her lies!! BEWARE!!!

Countryside Vet Clinic is the very best at what they do! Staff is friendly and kind with the animals. They have helped me through making hard decisions with older animals and helped me welcome new ones into my life. I have taken my dogs there for 30 + years and have never had one bad experience. They are simply the best!

I have used Countryside fot the care of my cats since it opened many years ago.I have had numerous outside and inside cats over the years. I am very picky about my cats' care and have always been 100% satisfied with the care provided. They have always been caring and knowledgeable and helped me made the best decisions for my 'fur babies.' I am very happy to have access to such good care.

We've been using Countryside for a little over a year now, because we were referred by another very happy client. We have been completely satisfied in both our canine and feline care! On top of the staff being very friendly and caring, their facility is state of the art. An in-house lab makes getting results for your furry friend quick and inexpensive, and all the vets are extremely knowledgeable. Having an in-house grooming service is of course an added bonus too! We certainly recommend their services.

We travel from Wichita to have our pet groomed for obvious reasons, our groomer has been followed all over Kansas and now to Fairbury, NE! We also like the Doctors here, they are small town friendly with a savvy understanding of the clientele they see and are very competitively priced. Nice city park in southwest part of town, great trees!

They have taken care of my babies for 30 years! Great Doctors and staff that go above and beyond! They always answer my questions and and are excellent with care of my fur babies. We also take advantage of grooming and boarding our rambunctious pups when we are gone.

Extremely uncaring, rude and violent with animals. Very quick to suggest euthanasia without looking into all the remedies. Janet Winter had no emotion towards my animals who were in a lot of pain. She didn't give us much information before procedures, including doing bloodwork before surgery which every other vet we talked to said it should always be recommended. I was extremely unsatisfied with her overall attitude and treatment of my dogs. Maybe she is used to treating farm animals that people don't care much about, but I and many other people treat their pets like children and would be disgusted at her treatment. After seeing her twice for one injury on my young dog that wasn't healing, she recommended putting her to sleep. We took her to a veterinarian in Kansas who fixed her quickly and painlessly. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!!

This place gets a 4 out of 5. They are friendly and caring for my daughters service dog, go out of their way to get him in and keep him till I can come get him before 530 pm, the only issue I have is Megan at the front desk, i can work with anyone else but her , she is rude and crabby almost everytime I see her! Dr's are absolutely wonderful and Trish is awesome with grooming on our goldendoodle. I can call and say im running behind or having someone else pick up our dog and i can deal with anyone else but megan.

So grateful to Dr. Winter and all the staff for getting our two chihuahua's in on short notice. I drive a semi and our dogs had ear infections and we don't know when we will be going home. She got them looked after and us back on the road in short time. Our "pups" mean so much to us. Thank you!

This place is less then one star they don't care about animals and have shown this on multiple occasions. The person at the front desk is extremely rude. They lie about animals condition, make animals suffer, refuse to provide paperwork for proof of shots, I have seen the terrible conditions they have made their horses live in with mud up to the horses knees where they could not even walk to food or water, vet could not even tell a male dog from a female on a vet report and not very knowledgeable on identifying dog breeds. Used to be a good vet clinic but quality has gone down Hill.

I was visiting from Tennessee a few years back when my bird dog was injured. I came into the office about 5 minutes before they closed. But they did not mind staying to help me. I was extremely impressed with the care and have nothing but good things to say about the staff there.
