The 2 dryers that are stacked on top of each other do not dry. They get warm but everything is wet still. Single dryer works fine. All washers work fine and are clean. I have 3 stars because I wasted money trying to use the 2 dryers that don't work good. I had called and the clerk told me everything worked fine... Nope, not the case. Store is clean and bathrooms are clean too...

Due to ladies wanting to be anonymous, i can't give names. BUT, Look what these beautiful women made for me, it a funnel for fuel additives etc. Hand made too. These women went above and beyond. I'm so proud of them and if my funnel breaks, I can come back and the nice artistes will make me another. Don't hate!!! these women are very catering in my opinion and I love it... who knows if they are single, but with those type of actions? well, only good can come and a guy can be happy. Just saying 😌 oh, it's the ladies behind cashier desk of pilot. Hmm which ones though ? 🤔 you'll have to ask for a home made funnel to find put.

Nice people. Really beautiful facility. A very convenient location so you don't have to go into Kearney! So why the hell, only 3 stars? Very simple. These people have absolutely no wall outlets to charge one's mobile device. I think this is kind of silly, considering this is 2024. Even the dankiest of Pilots, TAs, and FJs have power outlets. Casey's across the street has them. Heck. Even the NE rest area just a few minutes down the freeway has power outlets! As you'll see from the wire mold, it looks like there used to be outlets in the lounge?What a shame. I originally stopped here to buy some lunch, and spend some money here while my phone charged. Either way, because of this one simple oversight, I can pass this one up permanently.

This is a nice clean stop. They offer many hot deli items, including pizza. There is a Subway sandwich at this location. But, not a Burger King. I don't know if there was one prior to Subway, but not at present. I stop on March 14. Otherwise known as 3.14 . Pi day. Burger King offers free Hershey cream pie with a $3.14 purchase on this day. I had to settle for a salad and sandwich.

Cool conveniente place, good fuel prices, nice restrooms, staff don't look happy they could smile more..Fuel and go kiosk is not working, diesel pumps and floor really dirty and slippery, nice and easy parking..- Like the reviews and follow me for more.-Have a good day.God bless and protect everyone.

Easy to go in and out to fuel up your truck or car. 2 floors inside and very nice service. Good place to find parking when it's late at night so that is a plus. Subway inside. Shower are on the second floor just in case you can't find them. Over all good place to stay the night.

Showers, laundry, seating/lounging area, plenty of healthy or heavy food choices. Helpful personnel and clean bathrooms.Munched on some chips and a sandwich; every thing was fresh and tasty. Great stop for all types of travelers needing to refresh.

The most disgusting and dirty gas station i have ever seen and i been to some very undeveloped countries gas stations. Unless you ok standing in pile if puke and touching never washed keypad on the pump it’s Not worth the cheap gas

The deli style food is great on the go. Clean friendly and close to the interstate. Hot showers after a long day on the bike make it the place to be when traveling. Tv and and area sit and relax make it easy to take your mind off the road

Don’t waste your time, no one works here and extremely dirty, no respect for a truck driver. Been driving 10 hours wanted to get a bite to eat and use the bathroom but all I did was waste my time here. Terrible. Disgusting

Overall the parking lot is rough with a lot of holes. The bathrooms are in bad shape. No towels and the tp couldn't be placed in the holders so it's just out on the trash can. Only a Subway here. The workers were nice and trying their best though. They were cleaning and pleasant to deal with. Hopefully corporate gets it's together and starts to take care of this location and their employees. Until then, pick a different stop.

Everything is going great it has a gas station food station sUBway etc it also have truck stops much more here easily park upto 50 trucks and also available small trucks parts and all oil's and refill.. Here shower is available and much more features..

The fuel spots were all covered in diesel that made the floor mat and shoes smell until cleaned. Not a huge deal but not great.

As a driver it is nice to have free parking. The place is filthy. Is that pizza in the hot case? Couldn't tell the glass is filthy. The bathrooms are horrendous. When was last time the walls were cleaned? Showers are well let's not think about it. They have a Subway. After all sandwich case is empty. Maybe good thing!

My husband and I were traveling back home to Wisconsin from California and our air conditioning went out in our car not only were we overheated as temperatures hit 104 degrees but so was our dog. The staff were kind enough to let us sit inside and cool down. What a blessing very kind people

Giving 5 stars for the showers alone! The water pressure was absolutely amazing (shower 5 and I hope to find out they are ALL like that!) and the water was hot, hot! All of the employees we encountered were super nice! We will be returning!

Not a big fan of day shift, very rude. But as For night shift Kenny and Gracie always make my nights worth it after a long night of work. They are always there to help and listen. I recommend to come in on a long night drive and get some of the Best Hot Fresh Pizza Made By Kenny himself. He Always gives me the BIGGEST slice! 🍕

I been stopping in afterwork for over a year now due to Kenneys great costumer service. Gracie is also very kind and personable. Seeing their smiles make my night/early morning. Day shifts a little grumpy.

Nice enough and clean enough, for a truck stop, but the toilets in the womens room have urinal cakes in them and smell so awful and strong I couldn't breathe and I had to change my clothes afterwards because of how the smell lingered. Could really be hazardous to someone with breathing sensitivity.

I stopped in and the restrooms were being cleaned it looked like they had flooded but the two maintenance men that were working were very friendly and professional and provided a clean option.Their staff at the front counter were very pleasant to everyone and had good attitudes.I travel Interstate 80 regularly and will this location one of my go-to when I need to fuel up or take a break.

I love the people there at dinner time! They're all amazing and their stories are hilarious ! I come in a couple times a week just to hear them all joke with each other. The showers and bathrooms are clean, and the food is always hot

Staff super friendly and helpful. Showers have excellent water pressure and are actually hot not luke warm. Laundry works well.
