I Highly suggest Skyline veterinary clinic in Elkhorn NE for all of your pets needs!While I type this review with great sadness, I also type it with the upmost gratefulness to Dr May and the team at Skyline. My Aunt recommended her as she cares for her beloved dogs and they are big dogs. I had a 8 yr old Great Dane who moved here from Colorado at age 7. We came to Dr May at first to have a check up, but that quickly turned into an emergency as Layla developed a dilated cardiomyopathy. We were heartbroken as we knew this could happen with this breed but hoped she would be spared. The Skyline team jumped into action proving a correct diagnosis, treating the symptoms to give Layla comfort, and suggesting and teaching us different things about what she was going through. Dr May changed her schedule to see us not once but 4 different times. She called to check on Layla almost every other day, but for sure at least twice a week. Her and the team offered so much support through this whole ordeal. When the day came to say good bye to our dear family member they all offered so much kindness and support through the whole thing. They even honored Layla's memory with a tree in a forest. She loved to go on hikes, she's from Colorado after all.When we add another furry family member Dr May and the team will be our Vet 100%

Great experience! My little dog Fiona had two surgeries done at Skyline, pyometra (recent) and teeth removal (2yrs ago). Both surgeries went great, Fiona recovered fast from both surgeries. The staff communicated well and kept me updated as much as possible. Fast, friendly and caring clinic, highly recommend!

Skyline Vet Clinic has decent Veterinarians, however, they've spent so much on making their clinic "Stand Out" that their procedures are double or triple the cost of other vet clinics we've taken our dogs to yet provide the same level of care as other vets. Not worth it.Additionally, they have 0 accountability when managing appointments and go overboard in relying on their "computer system" when a simple process of calling a secondary number on file to confirm that an appointment is unavailable after they had previously confirmed the appointment. I understand that mistakes happen, but for you to simply give up after trying to call one number twice to cancel an appointment on us is unacceptable customer service. Your text messaging system could easily do this, since you rely on it to do everything else.

Amazing vet! All the techs and the docs are all so so sweet! The prices are reasonable, they help with whatever they can and they'll work with you. Our dog Luka has something going on that we're not sure about and they've helped him tremendously! Also always extremely fast service. Over all I love this vet and it's my go to now!

I could not be more complimentary of the entire staff at Skyline! Today, I received an unexpected call checking in on my puppy after Skyline was notified about her trip to urgent care over the weekend. They were following up to see how she was doing and if I had any concerns or needed her to be seen. This is in addition to the wonderful care we have received from routine visits to her incredibly easy, uncomplicated spay surgery/recovery. The vets are phenomenal and the techs, front desk staff, and everyone else has been kind, helpful, and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling, medication refills, and everything in between. They truly go above and beyond and their genuine care/concern for their pet patients is evident. Highly recommend!

I absolutely cannot praise skyline enough!! I adore and recommend this vet clinic so so much! They are absolutely incredible I’ve gone to them for years with my dogs, cats, and bunny! They always take such incredible care of all my babies and I recently moved to Alabama and still continue to call them and double check if my vet here in Alabama is giving me the right information and taking care of my babies!! When I got my bunny neutered they had me get this app to be able to send me pictures and updates of my baby boy to help keep me calm and comfortable! The staff is so amazing, friendly and build such good relationships with the customers! Can’t praise them enough these guys are absolute lifesavers and hero’s!❤️❤️❤️

We also just appreciate how they listen and provide personal care fit for your pet and family. We would encourage anyone looking for a vet to check them out.

I’m giving the clinic 4 stars as the staff is friendly and the doctors are very good. I will continue to go there when our pets need to see the doctor but will never go there again for a nail trim. Can’t believe $35 for something that takes maybe 2 minutes to do. I’ve gotten lots of feedback from others and some will even come to my house for $18.

I have a spicy cat that is not friendly to anyone but me… the staff at Skyline Veterinary Clinic handle her like a champion. I am impressed by their commitment and caring attitude when examining her. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everyone!

Our dogs receive the best of care from the veterinarians and the entire staff. They all have our dog's best interest at heart. And as our dogs age, they are ready with the latest in veterinary care to provide the best care possible. That includes "taking care" of the pet owner as well.

I usually see Dr. Sears, but saw Dr. Kelly during our last visit. I must admit, I was nervous to see a different doctor, however, Dr. Kelly made us feel very comfortable! She was attentive to our needs and concerns, was very considerate, and I felt that I was truly being heard. My dogs and I always enjoy our visits with Dr. Sears as well! Dr. Sears is amazing and compassionate with my pups and makes going to the vet so much less stressful knowing how much they enjoy going to see her! I love Skyline and look forward to entrusting them with my animals care for many years to come!

Skyline Vet Clinic removed our bulldog's two little jewels and fixed his cherry eye all in the same operation. They took good care of him, checking in after visits to see how he was doing. Great care. Highly recommended.

All of the doctors at Skyline Veterinary Clinic are amazing and have taken such good care of my dog. They are very accommodating, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the office is clean and bright. My dog does not enjoy going to the vet, but I know she is in good hands here and the staff are patient and kind to her, and that means more to me than anything. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me, they provide great services and truly care about your pet!

Oh my goodness, I could not say enough good things about Skyline Vet. I never write reviews, but based on the experience that we had when we had to put our dear Skeeter down, I knew I had to say some thing on here. The amount of empathy, patience, and care that they displayed during the very tough time of putting a pet down was unmatched. They treated my mom and I like part of their family, but they especially made Skeeter incredibly comfortable during his last few moments. They offered up part of their own lunchmeat to distract him while he was getting a muscle relaxer and even made him a cheese charcuterie board, which he thoroughly enjoyed. It made the last few moments we had with him peaceful instead of incredibly painful. The staff was all so quiet and respectful and never rushed us once, and I cannot tell you how much that means to someone that is losing a family member. Dr. May was absolutely wonderful. She even met Skeeter at his level and didn’t require him to be uncomfortable and nervous on a table. She sat with him on the floor with no questions asked. Her and the rest of the staff even sent a sympathy card after the visit, they took their time and displayed an incredible amount of love and empathy, and I can’t thank them enough for that! I recommend in Skyline vet clinic with the highest regards. Thank you for taking care of our sweet Skeeter in his final moments ❤️❤️❤️

Link just had his first appointment at Skyline Veterinary Clinic today with Dr Sears and we had a fantastic experience! Link is a Boston Terrier with a big attitude. The staff there catered to his delicate needs and respected his personality by keeping him safe. I really appreciated the way they handled checking us in and checking us out. It was very stress free where normally those two things are very high stress for Link and myself, especially if others are in the main lobby.Dr Sears was amazing! She listened to my concerns about health and behavior, asked what I felt to be all the right questions. It was very comfortable for me and Link did pretty good himself! Im glad that we found a clinic that won’t brush off my concerns and actually listened. I’m confident SVC is going to be our permanent vet from here on out.

Amazingly wonderful I've already referred two friends with cats to this clinic. So caring kind and helpful in every way. We truly felt welcome and confident and comfortable with the entire staff from our first visit to the office. Absolutely truly love everything about the clinic ( from cleanliness to space ) and each and every person we interacted with ( from over the phone to in person ) 100% best clinic we've ever visited. And for sure the lowest cost I've EVER found in Nebraska.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to! I have a rescue dog who doesn’t love people all the time and takes a bit to warm up to people. The reception desk staff, the vet techs, and the vet were amazing! They went at a comfortable pace for our dog and for us. They let us know what was happening and gave us all the opportunities we needed to ask questions and clarify. I 10/10 recommend this vet clinic to anyone and especially people who have shy or anxious dogs!! 🐾

I love the entire staff at SVC! They treat my Louie like their own dog, they are very informative and include me in all the decision making and recommendations! For instance they gave me options for heartworm and tick prophylaxis instead of only offering the most expensive option. My Louie hasn’t noticed a single vaccine he has received there and even though he gets poked almost every time he has gone he loves to go to the vet! They gave great grooming recommendations and most importantly were informed, insightful, and compassionate about Louie’s progress/care when he had an emergency vet visit (at an entire different place). I think I talked on the phone with them over 10 times throughout those scary days!Lastly, I have to say the veterinary technician Taylor, who works there is the absolute best!*Picture of Louie at the vet waiting for the tech and vet to come back and give him more cheese :-)

A little under a year ago I showed up at Skyline Vet. with my 14 yr old Golden Retriever needing to put her down. She was very sick, I was very emotional. Dr Kendra May and her staff could not have been more kind and observant to the fact that this was a family member I was losing. They had never met me or Howdy before....we we're strangers.I have since added a new member to our family, Ghost, a white German Shepherd. Skyline has treated him....and always will.Some people do things for a paycheck. Others get paid to do what they love doing. The latter is the entire staff at Skyline.

I was really nervous to bring my 2 German shepherds in because it had been awhile and they can be a bit reactive to new people and animals in uncertain situations. When we got there, they were incredibly understanding, accommodating, plus super friendly! Each and every one of them were very patient with me and my dogs and I didn’t feel like a bother at any point, they were all just happy to help!It’s so nice to find a vet so close to home where everyone there seems to love their job and the animals! In the appointment they were thorough and extremely helpful in making sure they explained everything they do in their appointments and making sure I didn’t have any questions before leaving.So thankful to have found a place that’s not scary for my dogs (or me😂)

Best vet I’ve ever been to in the Omaha area! (And I’ve been to a lot!). The people there are amazing. You can tell they truly care about your pet and treat you so well! I got a call after my appointment the next day to make sure everything was going okay with the medication my cat was prescribed. Top notch facility, reasonably priced! I love that they don’t try to tack on unnecessary exams or extra charges. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

I used a different clinic for my previous dog that lived to be almost 16 years old and I was hesitant to change to a different Vet when I brought home my new English Springer; it was a great decision . I couldn't be any happier with Dr. Ryan and the entire clinic staff. Keep up the good work..... "Harley" loves you guys.

Everyone at the front desk was personable and friendly. Both Taylor the Vet Tech and Dr. Ryan were super friendly and thorough in answering all our questions. We couldn't be any more pleased. Highly recommend. And Hagrid loved them!

They seem to really care about the pets but they are very expensive $900+ to get my dog neutered update 3/11/24 this $ amount included more than just the neuter but because of their procedures they made it seem like I had to do everything they suggested to get the procedure completed so despite their reply about additional procedures and a $50 chip, $900 is what your looking to spend as a new customer also I will add my pup was over 75lbs adding to the overall cost

After moving to Nebraska our family needed to find a Veterinary hospital that was suitable for our three senior dogs who are basically our children. Skyline was a wonderful experience, from the cleanliness, flow of traffic, and helping hands (I was handling my doggo AND my 6 month old) the entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Kelly was understanding of my nervous dog, thorough on examination, informative and knowledgeable of the problem and diagnosis, and respectful of the direction that I wanted to take in treating my dog. I didn’t feel as if I was being upsold on anything. The exam fee was a little high, but for the quality of care my dog (and I) received, I’d say that it was fair price. Diagnostics seem very reasonably priced as well as medications. I will definitely be bringing my zoo to Skyline for the duration of our stay here in Omaha!

I cannot say enough good things about Skyline Veterinary Clinic. Originally brought my Boston Terrier in for a 2nd opinion on an eye injury. They got him in quickly and diagnosed his injury and got him on a corrected course of meds. His eye was saved with little loss of vision. More recently we brought our Frenchie in for skin allergies. After struggling to control them, Dr Kelly got our girl on the right meds to clear up her skin issues, but then discovered a potentially fatal infection and talked us through our options, adjusted her schedule, and performed emergency surgery the next day. I will only assume the other vets are as good as Dr Marriott and Dr Kelly.We can't thank Skyline Veterinary Clinic enough.
