Pink Tuesday’s is a great salon I’ve looked for numerous places to groom my cat. Every one has fallen short. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly they got my cat in and got him looking fantastic. They let me leave my cat there until I was finished running my errands. I will definitely be back.

I have tried several different groomers within the Omaha area. I recently found Jodi at Pink Tuesday in Elkhorn and will NEVER go anywhere else again. She is amazing!!!! She grooms my dog and my cat. Her place is so nice!!! I love all of her animals that I have seen at her shop!!! It gives the place such a cool vibe!!!

We just took our 2 doggies to this salon. They did a wonderful job. You get what you pay for. Our 18 year old Yorkie and 2 year old Westie were groomed nicely!

Very disappointed. Took our Goldens there 3 times - shame on me. First was wonderful. Second time - one of them got razor burns on her ears, they tired telling me it was a yeast infection and I needed to take her to the vet. Not an infection - burns! Decided to try again - so wrong. Same dog came home with burns again. I was so mad, I called to talk about it and the person I spoke with was rude, said not from them because they didn't trim her, that I didn't pay for it. Well after several minutes going round and round I just said, cancel their next appointment and we won't be back. They were so unprofessional. Sad way to run a business.

This was Riley’s first time at Pink Tuesday’s Pet Salon!!! We’re so happy, Jodi was able to do an express appointment as he has severe kennel anxiety. I even had to reschedule at the last minute and she was able to get me in the next day!! Riley has never been so soft after a grooming, and smells so good!!!

We have been supporting this business since Melissa arrived, and were glad to follow her there! She has taken care of our dog Spike for nearly 15 years. She is the best groomer around. We thank Pink Tuesday for being a great place to harness Melissa's creativity.

Worst experience. Asked if I wanted teeth cleaned or nails grind but didn’t bother to say it’s an extra charge. Quoted $145/$155 max and charged $178. Be careful there is also a 3% fee for not paying cash or check.

Pink Tuesdays is fabulous! I followed Jodi from her previous place of employment because she treated my dog, Wilbur, with such love that I knew I'd be hard pressed to find someone who cared as much as she did. When no other groomer would work with me because Wilbur was suffering from congestive heart disease and the vet discontinued his shots, she worked with me to ensure he was groomed. I highly recommend this salon if you're looking for a caring staff that also does an incredible job grooming!

Very unhappy with the service I got charged a handling fee due to an altercation with another animal even though the owner acknowledged it was her fault and to make matters worse my dog was terrified after leaving the groomer even threw up in the car which he has never done before they claim it was my dogs “fault” because he is sensitive towards other dogs even though they knew that from the previous grooming but still fail to take responsibility

Over priced , Shop a messThey said they washed dog when my wife picked dog up hair all over dog also inside of car dog does not shed also not washed . My wife told them she wanted dog to look cute or groomed they shaved dog. Contacted talked to owner briefly she said she would review call me back next day several days went by she finally called my wife back not me. If you notice when any one post they were not satisfied she has come back or excuse for anyone’s disaffection with their experience seems like customer is always wrong or mistaken on services business lacks customer service.

I will never take my dog to this salon again. I took my dog for a basic trim and wash and got her back like nothing happened with her smelling heavily of perfume. I have received better service and cut from taking my dog to Petco. The customer service was terrible and the lady who checked me out was rude. I tried to complain in person once i received my dog but was instantly shut down when trying to voice my concerns. This place is way overpriced for the service i barely receive.

We've been taking out little dog to Pink Tuesdays for years. Their prices are in line with what you would expect, and I'm consistently pleased with the quality of haircuts my dog receives. They communicate well about when your animal is ready, and they readily recognize my dog and her family.If you want a groomer that offers a good service at a reasonable price, I'd certainly recommend Pink Tuesdays.Plus, you never know what other animals you might see there 😉

Dropped my dog off at 11am for a feather trim and nail clipping, which should only take an hour or so. I called at 2:20pm and my dog’s grooming hadn’t even started yet. The manger was very rude and super unprofessional all she could say was grooming should last 3-4 hours, if that was the case my dogs grooming should’ve been almost complete. I decided to pick my dog up due to time constraints at 2:45pm and he had only had a bath. They proceeded to charge me $68 for only the bath and my dog still smelled of urine. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and will not recommend this place to anyone.

We've taken our 2 dogs there and I'm incredibly disappointed. Our bulldog got a bath and a "nail trim". I use the quotes because we had to take her elsewhere to actually get her nails trimmed. Our Yorkie was supposed to get the full treatment, he got TWO nails trimmed and a bath. The nails (other than the two that were trimmed, each on separate paws) were untouched and he was not trimmed at all.

I moved here to Nebraska last year in May. I have a AKC standard Poodle. She is my precious fur baby and I want to take her to a groomer that she’s comfortable with and safe as well as a good job. Thank you so MUCH Melissa @ Pink Tuesdays in Elkhorn. Melissa does such a great job with my fur daughter. Melissa does quality work and doesn’t rush through the process. Melissa has my fur baby looking like a high class princess every time. Looking forward to the continued services and friendship with Melissa @ Pink Tuesday’s. You Rock Melissa!

Had an appointment on Friday for my precious fur baby. My husband took him and the staff told him the way we want him groomed isn’t how they could do it, we leave ears and tail due to not growing back. (They said they would need to shave him short). It had been a long time since his last cut so fair enough. But when we got him home we noticed cuts near his eye, ears, lips, groin, testicular area, and his nail bed was completely showing. I’m so mortified that someone could butcher a dog in that way. I would never recommend a place that made my baby bleed in multiple areas!

They do a good job here and my dog was very happy when I got him back and we'll groomed.Only thing was even the produce they use or reused brush from dog before got my dog itching so bad not sure if flies dry skin or just bad reaction to the shampoo products.

I can’t praise this pet salon enough! My toy poodle is always looking dapper and done in great time! Before my cat passed away they would groom her too without any issues. They always try and fit us in and I’ve yet to be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Owner is very unprofessional. My dog slipped out of his collar because he was scared to enter. When I came to pick up my dog she told me that my dog was going to get hit by a car the way I train him when he didn’t even run. He is usually off lease and never goes far I did not appreciate the disrespect. She also touched my dog in an abusive way.

When I dropped my dogs off on Saturday, I saw a Yorkie tethered to a grooming table unattended. The owner was across the room on the computer. Groomers are not to be more than an arms length away when a dog is on a grooming table.As I checked in my dogs, I looked down and saw a black cat with its claws out and my dog sniffing it. Two months before the owner groomed my dog with her pet monkey on her shoulder. The monkey jumped off onto the table where my dog was being groomed. For the safety of her pets and mine I don't think there should be any interaction between her pets and mine.

It was the second time taking my dogs, I will admit the first time the monkey cage and large bird roaming free bothered me but overall the experience seemed "ok". My second trip there not so much, the groomer wouldn't come out when I came to pick them up and because they were trembling I didn't notice until we got home how uneven their cuts were. Most disturbing was that my female pup cried (howled) the whole way home. I called to find out what happened and was told "dogs don't love to be groomed, she didn't like having her ears done". I asked to have the groomer call me if there was something more. Again, not a word from the actual groomer. A week later I put the dogs in the car to go to the vet, they started shaking terribly the minute we left the driveway. Something happened and I'm trying hard to not think the worst. Mad at myself for giving them a second chance. They don't deserve even one star

I have taken my dog for grooming a number of times - but the last time was the worst. My dog's neck was hurt and she was not good for a week or longer. While I was there one of the groomer had a little Yorkie on the table. He had backed up and back legs were off the table. She let him struggle and didn't help him back on the table. I'm sure this was pulling on his neck among other possible injuries. They also gouge you for extra charges - I have paid up to $75 for one grooming. I will never use them again. They don't deserve even a one star.

I've been going to Pink Tuesdays for 3 years now to get my cat's nails trimmed and they do such a great job. Most other places require sedation but Wilson just loves the ladies and does not complain.

I was next door and saw a groomer (tattooed woman in her 30s?) Bring a small dog out to a concrete kennel area with a 2 foot fence. She dropped the dog from about 3 feet and said "there, go potty", a few seconds later she picked it up by the collar and carried it to the front door by the collar before dropping it on the ground.I don't go here and obviously never would after seeing this. someone needs to video this ##### to get her to stop abusing other peoples animals and find a different job.

Myself hair cut looked like a amateur did it. He has a stripe down the middle of his back where the hair is shorter and other spots not cut at all horrible job I will not return do it myself next time for that price

The 3rd time I went there for my dog today, the groomer was being a B**** because I was late for few mins and trying to argue about they don’t have my phone number listed, but they had called me before, and I gave them my phone number how many times. I was worried about my dog when I noticed my dog doesn’t want to go in with the groomer. I’m not going back there anymore.
