I work for a large animal welfare non profit in town. I am acutely aware of what to look for in facilities and management/employees of a boarding facility. After a few visits to a couple places in town, we stopped at Paradise Pet Suites. The owner/employees "talked dog" straight away and I knew I was going to utilize their services.My furbabies, a Doberman and Blue Heeler stayed in the executive suites for 2 weeks. I called and got an update and was so happy to hear they were doing well.We were excited to pick them up-they both looked great and had baths.I highly recommend Paradise Pet Resorts and Suites!Michele, Doug, Rooster and Raina

Beautiful surroundings for boarding, it is more of a cozy home environment and quieter, less noise from barking neighbors and grooming has been spectacular, Spyke looks adorable after his "spa" day. I will add a photo after his next groom. But his grooms make him look so handsome, he attracts the "girls" (both human and canine) when we go for our walks in the park 🐾☺️

This was a new place for me to go to to take my dog. I do feel comfortable with my dog being here and the people whoever runs the store. They're fantastically, super duper nice and took very good care of my dog and I do appreciate it. I hope you guys have a happy holidays and thank you so much!

We've been taking our pup Stark here since day one, and wouldn't trust anyone else with his grooming and boarding. They are gentle and kind, open and honest people. They always ask his grooming preferences and require up-to-date vaccines to board. They even remember his birthday! Truly a great team that loves your pets like you do.

We love Paradise Pet Suites. We've been going here for 3 years now. They do an fantastic job with our dogs. They even do teeth cleaning for much less than a vet. We have used other groomers in the past but none are as good or as friendly.

HELL NO. My dogs came home reeking of urine and excrement and are sick. I mean they really stink, as do their toys. and are coughing very badly. They ARE vaccinated. We have used another kennel for many years and they were sold, new owners had no vacancy. So we found this place. Asked for my dogs to be boarded together because one has separation anxiety. Apparently did not happen, was billed for two kennels that I assume were never cleaned and made my dogs sicker than I have ever seen a dog. My dog did not stop shaking until he had been home a couple of hours. Never seen him shake before. I guess I'm just happy they are alive. Going to get antibiotics for them later. Unless you want your pet abused DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET to this SLUM kennel .

I've been taking my toy poodles to Paradise Pet Suites for at least 15 years. The whole staff really loves the dogs who come in for grooming and for boarding. My little pups get outstanding poodle cuts, nails, ears and teeth attention. They also serve up the best boarding menu: primarily outdoor "walks" four times a day My little 8# girl gets to sit on a staff lap for her meals, because she's used to it that way at home, and they treat her the same as I do! For great service of all kinds in the dog world, Paradise Pet Suites is the place to go! Five (5) Star rating!

We took our pup to the Papillion location a number of times for daycare and for boarding. He would always come home smelling like he'd been peed on. And the two times that we boarded him he came home with kennel cough both times. The last time we boarded him he came home cowering and with what appeared to be bite wounds on his leg. He wasn't himself for days. On top of that, while he was there the last time, one of the employees was caught on camera being abusive to some of the other dogs. He was reportedly fired for it, but that along with the other issues made us not very big fans of this business. We no longer go there.

I have 5 dogs and they all love Paradise Pet Suites. The staff is amazing!!! They are so kind to me, tender and loving to my pups and their cuts meet my picky demands!

My family and I boarded our Maltese and Yorke dogs Toby and Tabby for two weeks in the summer while we were out of the country. They went above and beyond to accommodate them and did a fantastic job caring for them. Because of the lengthy time that we were gone, we requested pictures to be sent to us showing how they were doing and they gladly emailed then to us frequently. Incredible place! They do an amazing job and I feel completely at ease every time we drop our 2 bulldogs off. Its a sigh of relief to be able to completely trust the safety and wellbeing of you dogs when you have to go out of town. I cannot recommend them enough!

I kept my small dog here for a week while we were on vacation in march and will NEVER take her back here again.She smelt really bad when she was picked up. She was dirty , had diarrhea and lost 2 pounds in a week. I paid for a suit and I am very frustrated with them . I do not recommend them .

Hands down the best boarding facility in the city. The dogs have individual spaces that are large and clean. The dogs are taken out on a leash four times daily to potty, and are given their meals and meds in a schedule. Their grooming services are also top notch. This is the only place our fur baby stays when he can’t come with us.

This business is ran by an elderly man and woman. From talking to the man, I can tell he gets frustrated very easily. The wife is very nice and I believe she takes good care of the dogs. The reason I mention the man is because when I took my dog here a few times for the full grooming, she would act very terrified of the man as if he was hurting her. I mentioned this to my neighbors and they stated that have their pets react the same. I have since stopped taking my dog my dog here and switched her to Fur goodness Sakes. She has loved it. I would highly recommend Fur goodness sakes over this place.

We kept our Saint Bernard here for almost a week while we were on vacation and will NEVER take him back here again.1. He smelt like he spent a week in a trash can when he was picked up.2. They said he had just went out when he was picked up but as soon as he stepped outside of the doors he peed for an extremely long amount of time on concrete which he never does.3. We just had him groomed a day after picking him up because he smelt so bad/was so matted after staying here & the groomers had to go shorter than normal because he was so matted. They also said he could barley stand during his appointment because he was so tired (He is an older Saint Bernard but he gets groomed every 6 weeks & never has issues.)4. He has not seemed like himself since we have picked him up 2 days later. He is exhausted & has a wound on one of his legs.

I highly recommend Paradise Pet Suites. I have two 15 year old toy fox terriers I have boarded twice at Paradise since we moved to Nebraska within the last year. Each time was a little over a week. The second time I brought them in they were so excited to be there they began to walk to the back area before I even handed them off to the staff. When I'm on vacation I know that my dogs are always well cared for here.

We love having Oscar stay at Paradise! He can be a wild man at home but sounds like he is a good boy when he gets to vacay at Paradise. Oscar always comes home clean, relaxed, and happy. The staff is warm and welcoming and the facility is clean and calm. It’s so close to home, affordable, and, for our dog, we appreciate that he gets lots of personal attention and exercise but doesn’t have to play or mix with the other dogs. The only place we will board Oscar!

Starved our dogs and forgot to give our senior dog essential medication.This was our first kenneling experience and it will be our last. As a first timer, I was understandably anxious about the entire situation. I have a 10 year old difficult rescue and a three month old puppy. Therefore I asked a ton of questions and the owner Kathy assured me many times that their stay would be amazing especially since I was paying more for the Luxury suites.When we went to pick up the dogs they were very anxious and excited to leave. After arriving home the dogs seemed excessively hungry so I fed them early and noticed they weren't even chewing the food, they were swallowing it almost whole.Soon after that I started to unpack their bag of toys and essentials and I noticed that the pre-portioned and pre-packed food was hardly touched. I packed 3AM food bags and 2 PM food bags = 10 total and received 8 bags back. I even specifically labeled each one with the dogs name and added AM and PM because the staff requested that I do so. I fully understand that dogs can get anxious and not eat while their owners are away, but why were they not at least given the brain stimulation treat balls and other snacks I packed?Also, my senior dog was never given her arthritis medication, even though I gave detailed directions over the phone and to the drop off lady in person. I packed 6 Carprofen pills inside her prescription bottle and even added the treats I usually put the pills inside of in a ziplock bag with directions on the front. My elderly dog was so stiff and sore she had zero interest in doing anything the day we brought her home.I didn't expect everything to come back empty but I expected that they would be at least given the proper amount of food and care while at the facility.I sent an email and called to express my concerns and was met with apologizes and a "free nights stay" at their facility. I do not plan on ever coming back or trusting any boarding facility again.

Dropped my dog off Thursday and picked him up on Monday. He smelled terrible like he was in a dirty kennel (I paid for one of their “suites”), was shaking the whole ride home and pooped inside the house twice. He hasn’t done that since he was a pup and he’s 6 now. Also, on their website they suggest to pack their daily meals individually, so I did and I got most of his food back. Did they not feed my dog?

We’ve taken our boxer to paradise twice for a kennel stay of two days. Both times he came back smelling like piss along with his blanket we sent with him. We were giving the benefit of doubt after the first time but having it happen a second time, we are finding a new kennel. It’s priced reasonably and the folks seem nice though.
