LET ME COUNT THE WAYS!!!I was looking for a tea place near me and discovered this treasure of a location. I do not have enough words to tell you how much of an absolute VIBE this place is but I'll try. From the glittering ceiling lights to the mixed and matched comfy tables and chairs, the art lining the walls, and the plethora of knickknacks, everything about this place is cozy, inviting, and comfortably unique. It feels like a fae stepped into our world, and set up the best little coffee and tea shop.The food is outstanding and made with love,And their tea is so dang good.I ordered some tea to go and the hibiscus was just what I needed today. They even bagged up some of the loose leaf in individual satchels for me!! Such kind service!!They have an incredibly diverse food menu too so you KNOW I'll be back later to try more tasty sandwiches!10/10, would recommend for a cozy morning or afternoon hangout or some quiet time to yourself with up beat fun music.

This woman is a hypocrite and a thief! My very good friend made furniture for her and she has not paid my friend back! She avoids all communication so she's clearly avoiding my friend. If you spend your money at honest small businesses that care about their community, don't spend your money here.

A MUST STOP PLACE!!! Skip the line at Starbucks and go to Fala’s. Stay for a moment and take in this unique atmosphere. Shop for a hidden treasure while you wait for your piping hot beverage or stay a little longer and have one of their delicious sandwiches. Make sure you get the homemade potato salad as your side.Not only will you enjoy the food you will enjoy the staff just as much. They are attentive to your needs by calling you by name. One of the best parts of my day when I stopped in for a random lunchJust make sure you don’t stop by when Kaylee is charging you “double”.Thanks everyone!!!

Do not take your items for this business to sell. My items were sold or disposed of and I have never received any money or answers to the many, many messages I have sent (including in person and a certified letter). The owner talks about kindness in her videos and she does things for her community and charities, but she stole from me.

We found this hidden gem during our visit to a open house in Elkhorn. We were hungry and wanted something to eat along with nice cup of coffee. I googled and found this place. Locality of this place is bit odd, mostly residential area. But this coffee house is actual treasure house. They have awesome varieties of snacks and coffees. We tried their avocado toast, panini along with house special coffees. Ambience is too good, plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Coffee shop also has shopping section which has so many tempting things. We spent nearly 45 mins there. Staff is very friendly and service is also fast. Highly recommended place for coffee lovers.

Not sure what’s going on with this place. Looks like they are going for an artistic and funky vibe but it just feels messy. There was no soap in the rest room and the women’s restroom door cannot even latch shut—very disconcerting to have to worry about someone unwittingly barging inon your privacy.The worst thing was that the owner/manager rudely cut me off while I was approaching the counter— no excuse me or apology.Won’t be back although my latte was quite delicious.

My recent visit to Fala's was nothing short of a culinary nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn potential diners.From the moment I entered, the state of the establishment was questionable. The restaurant was dirty and cluttered, with merchandise strewn across the floor, creating an unappetizing and unsanitary atmosphere. It was evident that cleanliness and organization were not a priority.To make matters worse, the food I ordered was far from satisfactory. The carrots for my side were brown and mushy, indicating a severe lack of attention to the freshness of ingredients. The chicken salad, which should have been a refreshing choice, resulted in a nightmarish bout of food poisoning. I have been stuck in the bathroom since leaving the restaurant. This not only ruined my dining experience but also raised serious concerns about the hygiene practices in the kitchen.Even the simple pleasure of a glass of iced tea was denied, as the beverage tasted stale and old. It was clear that the attention to detail and the overall quality control in the restaurant were severely lacking.On the positive note, I will say that the people working there seemed to be kind and helpful. There was another sandwich we ordered that was enjoyable enough. I appreciated the efforts in trying to have a boutique area to shop for fun gifts, but it was executed rather poorly with tripping hazards across the floor. I wouldn't recommend this place if you need an establishment that is wheelchair accessible.In conclusion, my experience at Fala's was a complete letdown, marked by spoiled food, food poisoning, and an overall lack of organization and cleanliness. I was really excited to dine here because of all of the positive reviews. I strongly advise potential diners to reconsider patronizing this establishment until significant improvements are made in terms of both food quality and hygiene standards.

First time in here and it will not be my last I was greeted with an array of different menus also specialty drinks that they had to offer ....highly impressed. A very unique store to browse through while waiting on breakfast which was more than enough food and very delicious!!! I look forward to trying lunch as well as dinner and a glass of wine 🤗.

Looking for a quaint/cute little café? This is it. Staff was very friendly. Very clean. Unique scenery and furniture. Fun place to go for small casual birthday party or girls brunch out… Maybe an afternoon book club. And there’s painting classes, wine, and gifts. Plenty on the menu…The strawberry smoothie bowl was delicious made with granola, coconut, chocolate chips, and chai seeds. My husband was pleased with the iced coffee. The baked good was delicious. I will definitely be back to try a hot item off the menu and maybe purchase the pink and animal print slides/footwear

Such a cute little place! We went in on a Tuesday after seeing a post about margaritas. I'm not usually a frozen marg fan, but they had some delicious ones! We also got a "small" charcuterie plate that was filling and beautiful. Even our toddler dug in! The shop is fun to look around with a variety of different things for all ages. Looking forward to the patio area being built!

Summer '23: My friends and I had a lovely lunch here the other day. Quaint shop with delicious coffee and great food. Highly recommend!December '23: Brought my husband here after church and he was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Although a little unassuming when you first walk in, this place is truly a gem in the Elkhorn area!!!Parking: If they are busy it can be a bit difficult to find parking, but typically there is at least a spot available.Kid-friendliness: Fairly kid friendly.... Think a small mom/pop version of Cracker Barrel with WAY BETTER food and not as much store portion. If your child gets over stimulated by a bunch of stuff, there is a back room that is less visually distracting or if it's nice out, they have a quaint patio area north of the building.

Excellent food! Fala’s is an interesting coffee shop with excellent food! They also have a variety of gift items for sale. The decor is unusual and fun to look at, especially the bird cage chandelier! However, the building is not easily accessible. The staff were a bit disorganized, maybe because they were busier than expected, but we had 3 or 4 different servers. To get into the building your choice is either going up steps or going to either end of the block (Fala’s is in the middle of the block) and coming up the poorly maintained sidewalk. There are no accessible parking places.Wheelchair accessibility: The only way for a wheelchair to get to the building is to go to either end of the block and come up a poorly maintained sidewalk. There are no cut outs, either, so the wheelchair will also need to navigate the curb. The door is directly across from the stairs so care needs to be taken while entering the building.

Cute gift shop in old elkhorn downtown. The friendliest people work there! Serves decent coffee, has cozy indoor seating and a few tables outdoors in front, and gives the best puppacino for pups! (There's peanut butter on the bottom!)

Absolutely repulsive, disgusting food that I couldn’t even stomach finishing another bite of. The girls at the coffee counter were friendly but it all went downhill from there. Cold coffee, disgusting inedible “food”. This place belongs on a season of Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares. Ambiance was whatever. Fine at first until you realize everything is absolutely covered in dust. It’s really a shame - we will never be back and while I recommend supporting local business, not every establishment is deserving of a following. This place should first, be inspected by a health inspector & then second, shut down permanently. Spare your dollar and your stomach - and skip this place.

Fala's is the cutest shop and the most amazing food. You can tell the food is made with love and that it is under the management of someone who truly cares about their clientele. The avocado toast (with the egg) is, hands down, the best avocado toast I've ever had.

Great little boutique/eatery vibes.We've been looking for something that is cozy and locally owned for a while now and we loved this from the start. Our 4 year old loved looking at the trinkets which eased the wait time. Their food is locally sourced, home-made and delicious. It's our new favourite breakfast spot! ( Also, no wait time for now-- but I'm sure they will have a strong following soon.) They have great coffee and a damn good cinnamon roll!

Where to begin… I had such a tasty breakfast sandwich on the croissant (have to have the croissant!). The other “must have” in my opinion is the potato salad. The menu has many options and my friend has something new each time we have our business meetings here.Speaking of business meetings, it’s such a change of scenery to help your creative mind. The shop is full of so many interesting treasures it’s easy to find “appreciation” gifts for staff while you’re meeting as well.Can’t wait to get a chance to sit outside this summer and enjoy their wine tastings.

When I go to Fala’s it feels like I’m stepping back in time to my childhood with the seating options and decor. While waiting for my order it’s fun to browse the gift, clothing and decorative items section. But the best things about Fala’s are the delicious home-made menu selections, specialty drink menu and friendly helpful staff. A recent omelet included the most flavorful cherry tomatoes I’ve eaten in years. Treat yourself to an Elkhorn treasure for breakfast, lunch or dinner (some evenings) or just drop in for a fun coffee selection. I think you’ll be delighted!
