What an excellent place to go eat and relax. Friendly staff and the food is delicious. The daily specials are all good and the menu items are equally as good. I highly recommend going here even if you have to travel

We accidentally found this place when passing through Culbertson. Pulled in without even knowing it was a restaurant, intending to turn around and drive into town, looking for a place to eat. When we realized it was a little restaurant, we said let's try it! Before the details, I'll just say it was so good, we will go out of our way to return! Everything they serve is made right there. My sandwich was incredible! Turkey, raspberry jalapeno jelly and cream cheese on toasted rye. Husband loved his Roberto burger. Then the blueberry crumble pie we shared, with homemade crusts and filling, was delicious. The place was very clean and very busy!! The crew was so friendly. We already look forward to going back, even though it's 40 miles from home.

Friendly. The locals told us hello as we walked in. The FOOD! It was so good! I drool thinking about the Snickers pie even though I'm still stuffed from the it and the succulent Club Panini I had. The server was a sweet gal that offered to wear a mask if we wanted her to, and the cook had on a mask, gloves, and an apron. I noticed a little shelf for games. Over all a delightful experience and can't wait until we can swing by again.

You can always expect to leave here feeling satisfied no matter what the occasion. When you walk in you are sure to feel like you're stepping back into grandma's kitchen. This place is sure to delight you. The club panini and the raz burger are some of my favorites. They make great pies and also have knockout strawberry shakes. 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone looking for good value.

Everything I've ever had was delicious and the staff is amazing! Hands down one of the best restaurants in all of southwest Nebraska. Prices are low for such high quality service and food. Can't recommend the Perk highly enough.

I moved to Culbertson about a year ago. I love their sausage breakfast burritos and blended coffee. Today I tried the coconut cream pie....a sliced piece of heaven!!!!! Great food and awesome staff! Next time I will conquer something on the lunch menu 😁😋

While traveling from Oregon to Oklahoma, we found this quaint restaurant. Our party of 3 had a Steak Burrito, Breakfast Burrito & the Lasagna Special. The food was excellent! If you want great food, friendly service oh and a yummy piece of pie. We highly recommend The Hillside Perk!! 😊

This is a fun local coffee shop with personality plus. The staff is always warm and welcoming. The foods deserts are homemade and good and the coffee drinks are wonderful. Easy to find as its right along the highway. Definitely recommend a stop at the Hillside Perk

I was so disappointed! I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Nothing on it was cooked on a stove. The sausage patty was from the freezer to microwave, the egg came from cellophane and frozen to microwave.That little pressed piece of bread was so very sad looking sitting next to 3 little pineapple chunks the girl dumped out of a cellophane sandwich bag. ( I had a good view from my chair into the kitchen)This cute, clean place has such a opportunity to be a first class original eatery and gathering place. I believe they use only crock pot cooking. So dissatisfied and disappointing.

They were out of burgers, which was a bummer because I really wanted to try their famous razz burger, but the grilled club panini was delicious. This place is a true gem in the rough.
