I give Orscheln's 5 stars, but I'm an employee also. The store is very clean and well organized. The managers are very nice and accommodating with any needs you may have. It's my job, with several other employees, to do final assembly on items such as grills, mowers, wheelbarrows, log splitters, trailers, and more.

You usually have what I am looking for or can tell me where to go find it at another orschlens location. I would like to be able to order in things that you do not carry in the equine department and in the lady's clothing. You need to carry more larger sizes in women's clothes!I love the jewelry!!The location is convenient! Front door service get it and go! Love it!

They had exactly what I needed but I couldn't find it and there wasn't anyone to help. The cashier didn't know where it was and was too busy to help (legitimately). She called someone for help and it took several minutes for anyone to show up. Still happy that they had what I needed.Edit: this store is converting to a Tractor Supply and when I went they didn't have anything that was on my list. I understand they're converting but was confused as to why they didn't have anything on the shelves when the sign out front says "we're open". I guess that's accurate, but they don't have much in stock.

The new facility makes it roomy and easily accessible to find what you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the Orschelns products and hope the same products are available when it becomes a TSC!

Honestly I was very irritated by the attitude of the person I was told was the manager. When we asked about purchasing a grill she waved us out n the vague direction of the grills and left us to our own devices. After several minutes we realized she was not going to assist us, so we returned to the check out area to discover she was no where to be found. The cashier called a young man to assist us and he was terrific. He even helped us load the grill into our truck. Very sad behavior for a "manager".

Great customer service, always friendly and will go the extra mile for you. I like the free coffee and that's how they got me in there one time and I didn't even intend to buy anything but I hadn't done any of my Christmas shopping yet and they had some prices that got my attention, so I took care of it right there, all at once. My goto place for most of what I need to keep my place running smoothly.

Went there to get tomatoes and they had such a nice sale going on, I also got peppers,flowers, bushes a spruce tree and an oak tree.ALL the staff was SUPER, the gal who I met over yellow tomatoes outside to Haley who checked me out and Tad who graciously loaded all my goodies into my tiny car including the sacks of white marble..I think they thought I was a little bit crasy!! If only they knew that's only the beginning of my spring fling shopping. I also signed up for the loyalty card and got discounts plus $5.00 dollars off my next purchase.Looking forward to seeing what's on sale Tuesday on my way back from Dorchester!!!

Anytime I go in to this store, which is very rarely, I always feel like I am annoying the staff by being there and I have never once been helped except by the brusque employyee taking my money. I loath going in this store

Orscheln has a huge need for a larger space. Have a hard time finding things as the aisles are full of clothing. They are very helpful and kind in attending your needs

Alot of stuff crammed in a small building. When raining buckets are everwhere catching water leaking from roof. Couldnt find Kids toys for my son... noticed two visits later they are on highest shelves not in reach for an adult. But staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Tlove the store and staff great place. I hate that you cant get a cart down the isle very well need to de clutter by resgesters in the middle. Would help alot.

Farm is the key word here. This store is meant to serve a farmers needs although we live on an acreage. Spring is my favorite time to go in to look at all the baby chicks and ducks. You can buy dog food, farm bins, trees, John Deere toys, small implements, clothing to chore in, cold weather clothes, chemicals.
