BEST Vet around!!!! We've boarded our dog Max with other vets and he always tried to leave with me. He would come home sick or shortly after. When we boarded Max with Lothrop, Max was welcomed by EVERYONE as if he was their own. Max knew what to do and where to go, no problems. When or if he was sick, they would make sure to see him that day!! When we had to put Max down, the staff, especially Wendy, was so amazing and compassionate!!! I HIGHLY recommend Lothrop Animal Clinic, I PROMISE they will LOVE your Pet as much as you do!!!

Our four year old Pyrenees was spayed by Dr. Lothrop. About four days later a portion of her tummy was protruding through the incision. She had a allergic reaction to the type of sutures used. Dr. Lothrop didn't hesitate to stay after hours to do immediate surgery on her to repair the incision and replace the type of sutures used. He was so kind as to not charge us for the second surgery which would have been a extreme financial hardship on us. He was so kind and very thorough in explaining everything to me. I highly recommend Lothrop Animal Clinic!

In a Sunday at almost 6 pm, my dog had a seizure and I was unsure how to respond. My son called the vet and even thought I was not a client at Lothrop, I called the doctor and to my surprise, he did not care and identified her condition over the phone and offered to take a look at her. He was able to keep Diva overnight and put in the work to make sure she was ok. Excellent customer service and would recommend 100/10.

Took my dog here and he had strangles and they looked at him. I wanted a 21st time check up. All they did was tell me thry didn't think it was strangles and take the dog back. No weight check no medication nothing just kept saying return the dog to breeder. Of course I took dog to another vet and he isnom a full recovery from his strangles. He has a little healing left on his nose but the vet ik seeing now said he looks great. Hes now well over 20 lbs and health as a horse. I won't be going back to this vet. He gave me 2 other names of issues he thought the dog had that were autoimmune and my dog clearly had stragles just by looking these up on line. And asking my other vet about these. One of them would have caused death to the dog. So I went home and worried myself sick until Monday when I got in to see another vet. I felt like they had an issue with me buying a dog and it was all about that and the breeder. And it should have been about out new pet and us.

The care provided by everyone on staff more than exceeds the many other vets I have been to. They are open and honest about the best options available and speak to you as though your pet is their own. I will never go to another vet because of the amazing care I know I get here for my fur babies!

They took great care of my dog as they put the poor guy down years ago when he was really sick and in so much pain. Now they take great care of my cat who is a bit of a pain in the butt. 😊 I definitely trust them with my pets.

The best Vet I’ve had the pleasure of going to. The staff and doctors truly care and we love the small town feel . This isn’t a fancy facility but it is very clean and the doctors are very knowledgeable and show a customer that one does not need all this fancy technology to take care of a pet. I will go here for however long I can and everyone else should to!
