Dr. Rankin was AMAZING with both of our animals we took for our first appointment. She made us feel very at ease and talked to us like we were old friends. Her philosophy is simple and caring. I would recommend her to anyone! Her and her staff are very easy to work with! We will take all of our pets there going forward!

Dr. Rankin and staff were wonderful in taking care of our four legged family member. He required an after hours emergency visit and Dr. Rankin was very quick in responding and getting him in to be seen (within 30 minutes). It is evident upon walking in the doors that all of the staff love and care about their patients.

My dog, Whiskey needed to see Regina due to porcupine quills in his face. She was patient, thorough and got them all. A follow-up check confirmed it and Whiskey was healing up nicely. I'm very grateful she saw us at such a late hour and worked diligently!

Just recently changed Veterinarians. I was referred by a friend of mine to this particularVeterinarian. Our first visit here, they all made us feel so welcome. The Veterinarian and All of the staff were super knowledgeable, friendly and SO very helpful. They are ALL So Awesome. Treated both of my Boys, Koda and Archie (German Shepherds) so so good. Totally worth the 45 minute drive!! My Boys and I Thank You all and are looking forward to our next visit. 💖

If I could give no stars I would. We were long time patients of Crawford Animal Hospital. In August we had to put our dog down. Our dog was hyper and couldn’t get him to relax. Another girl came in to try to calm him down. She kept pushing me out of the way so she could pet him. They gave him medicine to calm him down. They weren’t able to get a vein however they continued to poke him. One more girl came in to try and it still didn’t work. The next thing they said they would do is a cardiac stick and completely sedate him. We had to say our goodbyes and leave him on the table. The next day WE had to call and ask if he has passed we were on hold for 15 minutes until we got an answer. It was absolutely ridiculous and made the whole thing a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend taking your pet to this animal hospital.

The CCAC has always made me feel like family and I absolutely have never doubted how much they care for and love my pets. Every single time I have brought my pets in, I know they will be loved on and taken care of just as much if not more than I would do so myself. My pets always receive the best care they possibly could when they are at CCAC, which is why I drive over an hour to bring them to this vet instead of the ones just fifteen minutes from my home. I can’t recommend CCAC enough - they do the job and they do it perfectly!

We are out of state. Traveling through and our mini daschund needed a minor issue addressed. We were given an appointment within 2 hours of my call. The staff and the Dr were all so very nice. The Dr took such good care of our little 15 yr old dog and took the time to give us information about places to visit in the area. By the way, we were charged much less than our Veterinarian charges us in Florida

They boarded two of out pets and both were filthy when we picked them up. One had feces all dried up in several places on his fur. The vaxxxed both pets withput permission even though I already vax them. I would not recommend you take them there if you actually care about your pets.
