First I need to apologize when I originally thought this wasn’t going well. I had received the brace it was too small and in my frustration I gave a poor review. I had sent pictures and an email to the team. They acted immediately asking me to send pictures showing the measurements on my dog so they could help refit and ensure proper sizing. They were able to make suggestions based on my dog’s measurements and make the adjustments. They sent a new brace and refunded for the other brace I returned. It fit perfectly!!! Pixie can now run and play without any worry of her legs getting tangled. It’s amazing to see how the support along the spine corrects her gait in a way that she can maintain her balance and keep her momentum. Thank you for helping me fit my girl and giving her the freedom to run.

I haven't had such great customer service in years! My corgi is uniquely-shaped and I was concerned about how to fit a brace for him after back surgery.After looking at the WiggleLess site and following measuring instructions, I still wasn't sure, so I called them. I left a voicemail and Ashley returned my call a short time later. She made a recommendation, and the brace arrived very quickly. It, however, was too small. I messaged her and she asked for photos of my dog with the tape measure, which I sent.He fell between sizes, so she offered to send two more braces in two bigger sizes, and then I could return the two of three that didn't fit. I ended up keeping the middle one after trying both. Included in the package was a return mailing envelope plus all the labeling needed. Return, as long as I purchased an item, was at their expense. All I had to do was take the package to FedEx.I was utterly impressed at this level of service. To allow me to have three braces to try was amazing. There was a price difference, so I owed a little more, but they didn't even collect that until I told them which one I had settled on and that the package had been sent back. Only then did they invoice me, and paying was simple via a link.It was so refreshing to have a knowledgeable, helpful person to deal with, especially with a recuperating dog and a lot going on.I still have to get my dog used to wearing his brace, but it is easy to put on via a few Velcro straps. I did manage to get him to walk in it, and his back seemed well supported, and he was more steady on his feet.I would highly recommend WiggleLess. The good service and customer care was over and above what I could have hoped for. So nice when a company actually cares.(In the picture, he doesn't look happy, but he had a nice walk after it was taken. He just isn't used to clothing of any kind. I think he's adorable in his outfit.)

I recommended the WiggleLess Back Brace to a patient of mine, an old labrador with quite bad spondylosis and crepitus through his spine. This coupled with significant neurological deficits on his pelvic limbs meant he was very wobbly and each movement of his back elicited more clicking and crunching. The back brace has been a great addition to the rehabilitation of this patient, providing him with some external stability and allowing him to move straighter, steadier, and more comfortably. I would definitely recommend the brace be considered as an option for dogs with spinal injuries, particularly in conservative management cases where there is significant ataxia present.

Back pain can be a crippling issue for our canine friends. WiggleLess is utilizing support braces to successfully combat back pain related problems. Pharmaceuticals are not always the best option for treating pain and WiggleLess is a great option for the holistically minded pet owner.

Our shih tzu was diagnosed with severe IVDD in January 2022 and lost use of his hind legs.After ongoing medical treatment , he regained mobility and sensation in his hind legs and our vet recommended looking into purchasing a back brace to encourage his ongoing healing and to prevent further disc issues in the future.We tried two different back braces from Handicapped Pets - which did not fit our shih tzu’s body type at all.We came across the Wiggleless back braces and thought we would give them a try.The Wiggleless back brace fits out shih tzu perfectly and comfortably - the sizing charts and measurements are very accurate.With the help of the Wiggleless back brace our dog is back to playing outside with his sister and enjoying walks! Our vet is going to start recommending the wiggleless back brace to other IVDD sufferers!
