It's a half hour drive from home, but the best destination for a lot of things we need. They're always super helpful and friendly. My husband found the truck box he'd been wanting, so it was a successful trip. Two trips actually, as the truck box was not the intended goal of the trip, and we were in a car, so when he saw it we went home and got the truck and went back! They only had one like the one he wanted and he didn't want to risk missing it. 2 hours back and forth on the road, and (he said) it was worth it!

Friendly and helpful. When I decided to start a flock of chickens and didn't know my head from a hole in the ground the staff was able to send me in the right direction. If they don't have the answers they do what they can to help you find the answers which is a quality that can be hard to come by these days.

We love this place. The folks are really nice and they have the best wax melts! We also buy our dog food here.Have a horse or want to buy feeder chickens??? Then, this is your place! They do sell kayaks in the summer and they're ďog friendly, so bring your pooch!

The staff was very helpful and helping me locate what I was looking for prices are a little high but it's the only place in town so it's not too bad

Nice staff, clean store. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed. I was in and out quickly, no hassle or up-sale. Their selection is a little limited in some departments but it's a small store so that's to be expected. Over-all a pleasant shopping experience.

Very pleasant experience. Bought a riding lawn mower and they let us use their trailer for free! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable for all my shopping needs. Good job!

Normally very happy with this company but this location locked their doors early and left the open sign open. It was 7:52 pm and we just got back In Town from hunting and our old girl was very sore so I headed straight to the store to get her a pain reliever got there with the open sign still on and it was locked. There was an older lady standing at the register so I knocked and said please our dog needs pain reliever, she shook her head no I then point at my wrist saying it’s not even 8 and she just stood there. Long story short worst customer service.

Usually love this store, but customer service lacking. Send son to get fencing. Manager with hurt back decides to help son load fence, instead of sending someone who can actually help him. I call store to talk to manager, instead of taking my name & number, clerk says he's manager and hears my complaint, then tells me that's not what happened, that the actual manager went out to load with son & she's not there & hangs up on me. Very rude, very poor customer service. I'd rather go to Orschlean's from now on or drive to North Platte. Tractor Supply just lost a customer.

Had a few very bad experiences 2 years back didn't go there for a long time went back recently and the service has 100% turned around people are much nicer and eager to help now would recommend

I am in an employee and out of the store in McCook Nebraska is a joke for anyone that is not in upper management or team lead positions you get degraded insulted disrespected it's sad a store with so much potential is being wasted on those people
