Love shopping here. The owner is one of the nicest folks I've met and the entire staff is great. If anyone here ever has a bad day, they definitely don't show it. They will go to great lengths to help you figure out exactly what you need, never try to "upsell" you, and treat you with kindness and respect.

Ace has quite the hardware selection. And , when necessary, their staff will assist you even when the cards are stacked against them.I say this experiencing first hand their effort to satisfy my needs, even in the face of not knowing what it was exactly that I was looking for. Bought my replacement Stihl chainsaw just last week. Sean the guy at the stihl desk and was extremely helpful showed me everything I needed to know and even hinted me in on a few things that they don't cover in the manual. I really like going to Ace, the people are always friendly and helpful and the store is well laid out. Reminds me of the old days of a good old hardware store. I can just wander around looking at everything. But if I need to get in and out, I can do that also. Much better than those big box stores.

Talk about friendly..... not only are they friendly but super helpful. I not one but two staff trying to help me figure which staples I needed for my staple gun. They even waited patiently why I called my husband to double check if I wrote down the wrong model number. I did and we figured it out. Thanks Ace
