I don’t know about anybody else, but it seems that their online services are getting more and more dumb. The substitutions that they use aren’t anywhere close to what I order half the time and when I say I don’t want them substituted II don’t know about anybody else, but it seems that they’re online services are getting more and more dumb. My order was originally scheduled to be picked up between four and five but I couldn’t get off of work on time and when I got there at 8 o’clock there were two other cars there they brought their orders out right away and I called three times to find out why I waited a half an hour and they kept saying we’ll be out in five minutes. We’ll be out in five minutes and it took him 30. And today I went in to return the substitution and get the thing that I actually ordered and the cashier Jane was incredibly rude. I Gave her my money for my exchange, and instead of giving me my change with my hand being held out, she tossed it on the counter on top of my receipt. Great customer service. Let me tell you.

I volunteer to be a mystery shopper. It was amazing all the associates, busy and working. Seems like they were flipping the store in all departments. I only noticed one area where a single associate was busy changing items on shelves by himself and other staff, probably at lunch or doing other reorganizing. I was looking for a couple of items, and the first lead I ran into answered my question quickly, pointed me in the right direction and aisle. The store was clean, and associate engagement was evident and purposeful. I do have one question. I noticed on the day of my visit that the weather was cold and windy. I noticed at the main entrance that seniors and those needing assistance were challenged with the limited spacing available for them to transition to their vehicles and put away groceries. Otherwise, no value added complaints.

It's a Wally World like any other. Sure they have their issues. But they also have what you need. Their self checkouts are the best and always move fast. This is a rare one where you can often find someone who can help you. There are some regulars that are always kind and smile.

This Walmart was laid out differently than the one that I am used to but it was super easy to use the app to locate items. This Walmart was HUGE. It had a Subway, Cost Cutters, and several options of items to choose from. There were many people when I was there so it was a little difficult getting around, but everyone was polite and patient. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go to this Walmart again.

Worst produce ever I had 4 rotten potatoes in my bag. The celery looked like it was 2 weeks old idid pick up so I didn't pick it out. We just moved here guess I will be going elsewhere

Better Walmart than Norfolk... Way way better. More things, more diverse food, lots of great options.Only downside, since it's got more diverse things, that means more more diverse people show up, more people. So sometimes they get in Ure way.But YES I recommend this place to anyone.

Sleeves are empty, help can't speak English, items not priced, and I've got to check myself out and then prove to the person at the door that I did the store's job correctly. The place (all Walmart's are/) is a mess, I will not be back.

The sporting goods section either has no one taking care of it, or if it does they don't do their job. The tent and shelter shelves don't have prices at all or they don't match the product on the shelf. This shows a lack of pride in their job and a complete breakdown of competent supervision all the way to top management.

Walmart is the only place in town to buy a lot of the things you need at a decent price. Their employees I have had to interact with don't tend to want to help or do their jobs at all which ends up being frustrating and more time consuming than anything else. The way the store is organized you could go to 3 different areas to find the same thing but no one knows really where those things are when you ask. They also keep removing items that are selling because they can never keep them in stock because no one orders enough of them and then think it's that no one is wanting those items that the sales are so low when that isn't the case

Waited over an hour trying to find help at the electronic section, simply because no one could speak English! We had asked 6 people for help and all of them responded in Spanish and wouldn't help us period! Bad bad business!

I recognize that it is a pretty warm day out. When I walked in the store it was pretty warm in there as well. The smell hit me when I walked toward the meat area, but I kept going walking past the bakery. Some of the bakery goods were covered in flies. I realize they're horrible this year and it's hard to keep that off but the temperature in the store made it seem even more disgusting. It honestly smelled like rotting meat in my opinion. I honestly felt bad for the workers, because it was so warm in there. The frozen food section was a slippery mess because of the temp. Probably won't return lol.

My mom and I waited for 30 mins to an hour, to have a fitting room for me, even after we asked for help from another department to have someone come and unlock a fitting room. The customer service was terrible. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that the worker was busy but even then the worker should have been nearby or there should have been someone else nearby to help. And not to mention all of the shopping carts were outside. Usually when you enter there are carts either to the right or to the left, depending on which entrance you use, But there were none on either side. They were all outside in the little area where you are supposed to put them back. One of them was even overflowing with shopping carts.

Had service done on my vehicle. Oil change, tire rotation. Tech was concerned about breaking my plastic drain plug. Which was understandable,then let me know they were going to have to suck the oil out as to not break the drain plug, again which was understandable. This with tire rotation I was there for 4 1/2 hours which was understandable to some degree. I go to pay for the service and they charged me an extra $15 for an oil filter off the shelf without saying anything because the shop didn't have my filter. The service option that I chose includes the oil filter in the oil change. I was so ticked off for being there so long I just paid after leaving I realized I should have refused to pay extra for the filter. It wasn't my fault they didn't have it and it's included in the price for that service. On top of that they've got the skid plate messed up also.I'm very disappointed with this walmart and the one in fremont, ne. They haven't treated me any better either.

I don't recommend this store. I visited last week and 99% of employees couldn't/refused to speak English. Dismissing me like I was a problem. When I went to self checkout. I got tossed to the side because of the language barrier.

Sadly, this Walmart is simply a sign of the times. The self-checkout had several people with problems, items are seldom stocked properly, workers don't know where items are located, etc. I used to get several clothing items there but what they have in stock is VERY limited. The bright spots for this location are their pharmacy section and their vision center. This location has potential to return to its previous level but it needs a lot of work.

I do enjoy the place in general but I was unaware that the techs in the automotive department left at 4 every day. So I was unable to get my tires changed. But the gentleman that was still working in that department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions that I did have.

This place has not been a good place to shop. Pallets in the isles and items not stocked. Garbage in the cart area inside. This store switched to self checkout and over nine of them were down. The wait line was horrible half way to the back of the store.

I do not show my receipt on my way out when they ask for it. I do not give more than 1 star. They have 5 to 7 people watching you do self checkout and they only wait for you to finish and ask for 5 stars. I give them 1 and thats not for them but for the employes who actually work. Why have self checkout when all those plemployes can be doing it for us. Walmart need to pay us instead for doing the selfcheckout ourselves..

I stopped in to eat at the subway inside and pick up a playstation 5. The subway was clean all the ingredients were fresh and the employees were professional and helpful the food was perfect. The electronics department employees were very fast and kind and opened numerous cases so I could look at diffrent games and grab a ps5 checkout was easy and fast eveything was easy to find plenty of available parking I definitely reccomend this location for your shopping needs!!

Carts for handicap almost all dead , had to go to another entrance to find one then some of the isles were to narrow to get down or around other carts in them so I only got half of what was on my list. I wish I could still shop at 2:30am when I didn't half to worry about some kid to come running around the corner and into me.

Walmart sucks they try to make everyone do self checkout and not everyone can or is willing to do it if I go in there and do my shopping and there is no a lane open l will leave the cart full and walk out. They can not open a check stand but they have 20 people walking around the store shopping for lazy people

Bathrooms are terrible but shopping was ok
