I left my dr appointment gave them a half hour went through drive thru and they could not find the three scripts that my physician had sent.They told me I would have to call my dr office which I did had to leave a message but they returned my call and told me that everything had been sent earlier. I waited another half hour in parking lot the went back through the drive up. The meds still weren’t in the system.I live out of town and told the workers at Walgreens pick up window that I can’t wait I was not feeling well and needed to go home. They told me no problem it can be delivered.I got home then received a voicemail back that my scripts were ready for pick up so I called them to remind them to deliver and was then told “we don’t have delivery you have to go online and set that up with FedExThis has been non stop with my routine scripts however these scripts today were for an acute situation that I could not wait another day or two for my meds.So we had to make another trip 40 miles to get my meds a fix their screw up.They don’t care about the client.

Worst customer service ever. Robin was very nasty towards me and my husband. We came in to do some shopping never been to this Walgreens be fore so I was excited, but Robin be rude and UNWELCOMING following us, and being nice to other but when it came for us to check out we got nothing but attitude so we put our stuff down and left. Never coming back to this store

First of all I just want to say I went to Walgreens because I was upset that Dollar General didn't have 3 out of 4 of the items I needed. Secondly Walgreens had the 4 products I needed the cost for these common items was $71.53 the four items were all generic or store brand. 1) small bottle hand soap 2) bottle of 100 count allergy tabs 3)box of 50 saline nasal rinse refills and 4) a 30 count box of generic Pepto-Bismol chewable tablets. In case you're wondering I have a very intense sinus infection/cold thing happening. I was shocked at the prices at Walgreens, I use to shop there on a regular basis but the prices were no where near what they are, heck that's a tank and a half of gas for me! To add insult, there were two store managers working one of which was walking around the store with another employee discussing their daily non work day problems very loudly with each other and when I bothered them to help me locate one of my four items (which they could not do btw) I was asked to wait "one sec" while she finished her conversation about what flavor of ice cream someone preferred and wouldn't eat anything but that flavor. Mind you I'm standing there dripping wet from the fever that came with this sickness, nose dripping and no tissues with me and generally just feeling so rotten I wanted out of there and back home in bed ASAP. After the two of them drug me up and down two isles I said thank you and went on to find the item myself. I forgot to tell that upon entering the store my lips were so chapped I grabbed one of those blue small screw on lid bottles of Lip Medex I opened it, used it and put it in my basket. Then all of the above stuff took place. I also had to bother, what I assume was the store manager because he was doing things only the upper management people do. At any rate when I asked if he could just tell me where the hand soap was located he gave me the dirtiest look, let out a big sigh, dramatically dropped his clipboard on the counter and started on what would become a trip from one corner of the store to the exact same location only on the complete opposite side of the store. The entire trip over to the opposite side of the store was taken up by me apologizing and trying to tell this man that he need not a company me all to the item but rather just give me a general place that I could find it. Ok now I'm done and I go up and put my four items on the counter pay my $71.50 and when the girl who was the one discussing flavors of ice cream when I asked for help, well when she gave me my receipt she says "well aren't you luck you got $5 in Walgreens cash on your next visit". I'm thinking it will be a cold day you know where before I come back to this store so I said just a minute and I quickly went back to the ice cream freezer and grabbed $5 worth of ice cream. When I came around the isle on my way back to the register I saw "store manager guy" giving the small blue jar of Lip Medex to the "ice cream girl manager". The jar of Lip stuff was the exact color of blue as the shopping basket and being sick and just wanting the ordeal to end I must have missed it in the bottom of the basket when I paid the first time. It's wasn't like I was going to steal it because the girl took the basket after I paid for my stuff and put it back on top of the pile of baskets by her register. However when I returned to get my free $5 worth of ice cream bars I felt like I was being questioned as if I were arrested for bank robbery. It was just ridiculous and by that point I had reached the absolute end of my rope and was about to say things my mother would not have been proud of, or throw something etc. I just summoned all of my willpower and held it together and paid for the lip stuff and got the ____ out of that store and long story long this was the "rest of the story"! 🚨🚨🚨

Placed an order through uber eats for some items from walgreens, after waiting a while. I called the store to make sure the order was received. The girl on phone said, " Oh that's through uber eats, they prepare the order?" I asked how that's possible, since they (uber eats) are only a middle man? No logical response given!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!

I ordered some photo prints online and wanted same day pickup, the option only gave me pick up for tomorrow, which was fine, but then I got an email stating that half of my order was ready for pickup. I called to see if the other half of the order would be done today or if I needed to wait until tomorrow (which would have been fine, considering they were larger prints). The lady rudely said on the phone, "Yeah, They still have to print yet, I am working on it." and so I asked if I would need to come in tomorrow, and she said, no they will be done today. I get a confirmation email saying the order is ready for pickup so I went, and as soon as I got to the counter, she rudely said, "I'm still cutting them out." Well I finally get them and bring them back home, and the coloring is all off on all of the 4x6 photos. Surprisingly the large poster prints did come out perfect (however, the cut job was not the greatest.) Just would not like to get treated rudely when I simply asked a question, and for the prints to match the coloring of the actual photo. NOT IMPRESSED, would not order photo prints here again.

Calling Walgreens is a nightmare....to say the least. The automated system is enough to make me want to find a new pharmacy. When you do finally get connected to a real person the wait on hold has been 45 mins++. Then talking to someone is like they don't have time and rush you off the phone. Seriously Walgreens, if your that busy and can't take care of your customers then cvs is across the street!!

Photos are always ready when I order online within an hour. Going in and working at kiosk can sometimes take awhile if needing help.Pharmacy is the only pharmacy in town (columbus area) that will get my medication for me. I thank them for this as I will be using it the rest of my life and the other pharmacies are missing out because it is about 2k for 24 pills and my insurance covers most of it.

Usually a decent store....but this time had horrible packing.Got a variety of things from food to paper items, travel sized items and hand soap.Instead of putting them in a few small bags, the cashier put everything in 1 big bag, even the soap with the food.Nice staff, but they need some lessons in how to pack.

Went to enlarge a picture and it took forever when I asked to for help the lady was rude and said "I'm a little busy back here" I said Im sorry but when I called I was told that my picture was supposed to take 5 minutes and it's been an hour "she said I'm working on it" with bad attitude.... can't complain about the picture it was nice but the kind of service I got was bad.

Felt uncomfotable. Let customers browse before you jump all over them and worry about the zoning after they leave. No I don't have a walgreens card and I was in my scruffy clothes - I was walking.
