I stop to get my propane tank refilled, I walked in and told the cashier and went back outside to wait. After 10 minutes I was going to walk back in and another customer stop with some propane tanks to be filled. She said she would go in and that way they know both of us are waiting. After couple more minutes she came back out and told me they have no to fill them. Then I walked back into the store and asked the cashier how long before they would’ve told me they had nobody. The cashier said he didn’t know but figured I’d come by again. I stood outside for over 10 minutes in 93° weather waiting so I may never come back in.

Sad to say this place went down hill in a big way. A while back they had a huge employee turnover. Since then, service has been awful and product quality has been worse. I purchased several bags of feed, all were full of mold. Came back immediately with my receipt and was questioned as if it was somehow my fault. This happened 2 more times before we stopped going here.

TSC canceled my online order after nearly a week, without any explanation whatsoever, with a "No-reply" email address, and changed their website to only allow me to purchase in-store. To add salt to the wound, despite electing out of any further communication, during check-out, they decided to add me to their spam email list anyway!

Normally I love visiting this store, but tonight was very disappointing. I went in to buy boots. Nobody greeted me at the door even though there was a young male and female worker at the front register talking, laughing and looking at their phones. I was attempting for 50 minutes to find a pair of steel toe boots that would work for me with zero offers to help. I found 3 pairs I liked, but could not accurately tell if they fit because they only leave the right boot in each box to try, and because there's this hard plastic safety device that dug into my ankle--causing pain and distracting me from any other areas of the boot that might be problematic once wearing them full time.

Came in looking for an exhaust pipe cover for hauling big equipment. EVERYBODY in the store was friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We used to have great customer service with Audrey but now that Paul has taken over, it is terrible. After several less than satisfactory encounters with Paul, we will be taking out business to Bomgaars.

Went in looking for supplies for a couple of my TRACTORS, was extremely surprised and disappointed that I found NOTHING for them, almost everything I saw here I could get at Walmart, and I DON'T shop at Walmart! !

If the employees would worry more about doing their job and less about hitting on the customers it might be a ok store. That is very tacky and. Trashy! They also need to make sure stuff is stocked if it is on sale.

Edit. 5 stars down to 3. It seems like about 3 or 4 months ago their entire staff turned over. Service and product are hit and miss now. I've had really good expierence but it seems like for every really good one theres a really bad one.

This place has a great selection of high quality tools and parts. The bathrooms are nice and so are the employees. The prices can be a little high somtimes.

Went there for muscle shirts and not carrying my size of clothes, I'm sure not all farmers wear small, medium and large size, there are some farmers that wear xL to 5 xL. Same goes for pant size. I guess they don't want the business.
