Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!Everything was so nice from the moment we walked in until the time we had to leave.The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. It was around 8pm after a long day of travel. She recommended a great place to eat nearby, and graciously offered us the breakfast room in case we chose to get take out and bring it back.Our room was large and sptlessly clean. The whole facility was spotless. The price was extremely reasonable for a hotel of this kind.The only downside was they changed name but didn't yet change the sign by the street. We drove by a couple times before we figured it out.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Staying at Platte valley inn staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to cut my stay short due to my work and the front desk staff was very helpful. Great job! Great people.Rooms: The room was wonderful I have pets that travel with my wife and I. It's really nice to find a place like this to stay in I Will most definitely recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here 3/30/23 room 110. Rooms looked great. Beds were brand new and really firm. The bathroom was very nice also. They allowed our cats to stay.Heard a little road noise, and the price was reasonable. This room beat our Greenville Ms room under the Hilton brand.

If you are a professional who works odd hours I would not stay here. The ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything that goes on around you. The management tried to help me once and moved me and the second room had just as loud noise upstairs. The beds are like sleeping at camp unless you get a king. The room is clean, location ok, if you are a light to moderate sleeper I do not recommend.

Forget how NICE everyone in Nebraska is! This hotel is great. The breakfast is probably the best selection I've seen anywhere I've been and we travel alot, even the more expensive hotels breakfast isnt as good as this. The only thing I wish is that the bed was softer because I woke up feeling like I slept on a board 😅 but I know thats personal preference and some people love firm beds.Rooms: Nice roomsFood & drinks: Great breakfastNoteworthy details: Nice staff!

Allison tried to threaten me with a bogus "unannounced pet" charge, to get me to come down and pay the pet fee. I don't believe a pet is unannounced if I wasn't given the option to announce him during reservation. My favorite part was, when I walked in the office to pay the fee, conveniently, the man of the establishment came out to announce his presence. But hey, new carpet! At least Laura was very nice

We love staying here when in town for work! The management and housekeeping staff are so friendly, extremely helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and relaxing! I also want to state that it has been renovated and they are still renovating some rooms, But we were completely satisfied with our stay !!

Pretty clean. Beds and pillows are firm but very comfortable. We had to go to front desk for extra towels when they knew we would have four people in our room but the front desk was very helpful! They just had been very busy and had not had time to get up there. She was apologetic and wanted to help me carry everything. Our room was by the stairs and it was quite but the door had 1inch if play in the jam so I closed a towel in the door so it stopped banging in the draft of the hall. Very adequate for the price we paid.

100% absolutely ADORE and recommend this adorable little spot! The BEST staff anywhere, and the whole place has such a sense of calm to it. Breakfast in the morning, guest laundry, ample parking, and the beds were firm but I'm the best way! Beautifully decorated, love the "Victorian" vibes.

My band gets a room here everytime we play in town. The room are great for what we need. A safe place for our gear outside while we sleep. We love staying here and for the price the room will fit your bands budget. Great place, cool staff, and a hot breakfast in the Am !! This place Rocks.

When we got to this hotel for a wedding, the bathroom was not clean at all. Truly disgusting and dirty. The water in the sink did not run clear. There were dirty towels in the bathroom that hadn’t been washed even after asking them to come clean it. Our whole family stayed there and 2 rooms had not working toilets. The beds are hard as rocks, with a sheet and a towel thick “blanket”. Traffic is horribly loud. Their “hot breakfast” is coffee that is only filled once and store bought wrapped pastries. This is the worst hotel we have stayed at and the biggest waste of money.

Beds were extremely hard, tub wouldn't drain and full of previous people's filth. Stayed 6 nights and not once was the room cleaned or fresh towels given out. Hallways were full of trash and towels because maid service was non existent. Out of the 6 day stay the breakfast room was open only 3 - the same crusted sausage gravy for the biscuits was served each time, sometimes they didn't even turn the warmer on to warm it. The parking lot was covered in hundreds of cigarette butts, pop bottles and general trash.

We were in town for a couple nights and stayed here, they were nice rooms for the price. Breakfast was good! The sign for the place was all beat up and needs to be fixed cause I drove right past the hotel a few times.

For a "Inn" was a great 2 night stay. The rooms are very spacious, clean and it smelled very clean. Also love the idea of the complimentary breakfast, even though it's not a big deal of food but very satisfieing. PRICES ARE VERY AFFORDABLE. Beds are comfortable. Just needs update to modern society but just be careful when reserving the room if your not sure, you will NOT get your money back.

This is Bryan. I was Traveling through the Columbus Nebraska area two days ago on 10-8-19. Had the opportunity to stop in and stay the night here.I encountered the Manager Zach. That was a very good experience. He is a very good man Younger man in his thirties but as real as can be. Just a nice Guy who is a people person and knows how to treat Customers very well. Treated me great!! Good breakfast and very clean comfortable Rooms at a good price. He from the state of Georgia near Russia. People there tend to be very real in every sense of the word. They value friendships and are as a general rule are down to Earth people persons.Just wanted to say some good things about this Man. I like Him and he's a good person. The Owner should be pleased he's managing this place. Thumbs up to this Motel and Zach and his Family. This Guy will treat you good and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend by an experienced Traveler😄🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

We stayed one night at the Victorian Inn for a wedding. It was nice, the rooms were clean and everything was kept up. They were in the process of remodeling. The bed was comfy but showing its age. Everything was nice. The only thing was the free breakfast wasn't really there. They had nothing out. So we left and went somewhere else for breakfast. The staff was very friendly though.

Very nice, clean, comfortable, courteous. Had a wonderful experience, offered extra towels, had extra pillows, one of the best hotels I've stayed in for the price. Be sure to mention if you see a lower price online. Breakfast was delicious, bring your own butter knife if you want peanut butter, and your own fork for waffles lol

Its was alright night. But I wouldn't go back there again. For being in the suite with the king size bed for $100 a night. The place was nice and clean but the shower didnt drain well at all. The bed was super hard and the pillows were lumpy. But other than then that it was an ok stay. Also not much of a view unless you like looking out your window into peoples back yards.

Great place to stay for a good price without a lot of bells and whistles. Super friendly and helpful staff! Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance in the middle of town and right off of the highway. Great accommodation with parking directly in front of some rooms on the lower floor with outdoor access. It's also nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Very clean beds!
