I have waited six months to see if I just entered the store on an “off” day and… that’s not the case. Every single time I enter this store in chadron it is such a mess I can’t even get a cart down the alleys to shop. The last time we were in, a live cat was in the store. I would rather drive 40 minutes to the west to shop at the Crawford DG or head an hour south to shop in alliance. It is so disappointing because I really want to shop local and contribute to our local economy but I simply can not bring myself to enter this store at this point because of the constant state of chaos it is in. If this location would close for a day and use that time to organize and maintain products, I would be willing to try it again.

When I walked in there were 2 people at the registers but when I wanted to check out there was no one up there. I squeezed the “squeeze for help” bottle and no one came I waited for 10 minutes before I set my stuff down and walked out. Terrible customer service.

It's quick, at times, and clean but way to cluttered and tight space. But the customer service is always very friendly and easy to find. They don't moan and groan if they have to help you find something. They are always happy to help! I'm glad to have them in Chadron!!!

I don't care for asking for the bathroom key. The cashier was nice and everything I wanted was a dollar each. Clean store. Aisles are a little tight. The clearance items are high prices for being on clearance.

New building. Worst experience ever! I go see what the new building is like. Decent. I go in and immediately, I am being followed around by an old man, dressed in black, no name tag. He literally followed me and watches me closely. Then comes up to me and tells me to 'get out.' Not asking me to leave or telling me to leave, but a full blown 'get out.' When asked why, he says i shoplifted! Really?!

I love dollar general!!!!! Usually everything I need and I'm always under my budget. Its really nice when they have their big discounts (which is like every day) and the staff is all super nice.

The shelves are always messy/stacked with merchandise in a very unorderly fashion that ive come to be used to at Doller General. But the staff are always nice.
