Expect a wait even if you show up on time or early for your appointment. I recently changed my review from 1 star since they've been doing better. I had previously had a bad experience with them, but decided to give them another chance.

Dr. Regina is so caring and helpful. My dog was neutered and then needed surgery for an infection on his leg. She treated him like her own. My dog is also excited to go to see her when we walk in the door! So I know they treat him well there.The front desk receptionist in Chadron can get busy and flustered easily. Which may cause her to come off as rude or uncaring occasionally. But I would recommend this place to any animal owner! The locations in Crawford and Chadron are both great.

My cat suffered a cat bite, on her forehead, from a neighbor cat ( my cat, Elsbeth , is the aggressor and mischievous troublemaker, LOL). It got infected and was a scary mess. Companion clinic took care of it perfectly and fit me in during regular business hours! They did both lavage (under sedation) and prescribed antibiotics and probiotics - worked like a dream! And very professional and affordable! Elsbeth is back to bullying the other cats, LOL. Highly recommend Companion Animal Clinic!!

Okay. First off, the receptionist has horrible customer service. I had to "greet her" when I walked in. when I told her the situation of why I was interested in the medication for my dog. She just stared and asked me to have a seat. I asked about how long. She stated she had no idea how long I'd sit. I heard her leave and talk to what must have been the "vet" returned and asked why I didn't go to my original vet. The reason was my vet don't open on weekends and I informed her of that. She made a comment of "ooh we aren't either" mind you it's Saturday. When she returned for the 3rd time she came out and stated "ma'am i don't know she's on the phone" I told her it was fine and got up and left.Horrible customer service, no help at all, waste of my time.Travel to Sasse Animal Clinic best vet in the area.

Would love to rate 5 stars but the the older lady (Pam I believe is her name) that works reception is beyond rude everytime we've had any interaction with her. She's always inconvenienced when you call or even come in. She could learn a thing or two about customer service. Considering taking our pets else where where they actually value their customers. Which is unfortunate because the other staff is very friendly and helpful.
