Not impressed. Been waiting on a chair we ordered for over a month. Still never received it. No one can tell me why its taking so long. We were told that this chair was popular and that was the reason it was not in stock the first time we ordered it which took 2 weeks to get. We received a defective chair which hey its man made and things happen i understand this but to wait a month or more for a replacement is ridiculous! The employees who answer the phones have no clue and just put you on hold for 20 minutes or longer to where you just hang up and if you leave a message you be lucky if anyone calls you back. Lack of communication. I might have left a positive review if they would have tried harder to get me my product and stayed in communication with us. I got my money back and went elsewhere where product is in stock.

Since Ernie started his legacy, many years ago, his belief in how a customer should be treated is evidently passed down through generations. I have always been very pleased with my purchases of stylish, quality, well constructed products. There is much variety throughout the store and many more options available that can be ordered. From the sales staff, front office, warehouse guys, to the delivery drivers... they are all exceptional and take pride in what they represent. Love that small town vibe! Thanks to all!

So, so, so disappointed. I was a repeat customer. Approximately 3 years ago we purchased a high end (at least that’s how it was presented), remote, reclining suede loveseat. We also purchased the extended warranty. After a little over 2 years, the motor on one side wore out. Ernie’s told us to contact the warranty company, who without even letting us completely explaining the problem, told us they know what was wrong, which tells me it’s common. They sent us a new remote, expecting us to install it, which was not the problem. This process alone took over two months. When they finally sent a tech out, I was able to show them where the bad connection was. A total of 6 months after the initial problem we still wait. Ernie’s had been no help whatsoever ever, even though they said to notify them if we had problems with the warranty company. Don’t waste your money!

It's been a long time since I've shopped for home electronics or appliances. After meeting the Manager of those areas, Brit, I discovered I have been living in the stone age. Ernie's has a huge selection of stereo equipment, the reason I went there to comparison shop. Brit's knowledge was top notch and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. All my numerous questions were answered with direct answers and a smile. I highly recommend shopping here before buying elsewhere.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from your delivery team. They treated our furniture like it was their own. They made sure that everything worked and asked twice if we had any questions or comments before they left. In today's world you usually don't see this wonderful service. They definitely could teach a class on customer service!

we had a really good experience !!! we originally went to ernie’s and talked to Armin. after that first visit we instead decided to get a couch from a store in lincoln (ernie’s was great during this first visit ! we just found a couch that they sadly didn’t carry). unfortunately there was a lack of transparency from the lincoln store so we went back to ernie’s. Armin helped us again and we bought a couch that day. the store is laid out well and he worked with us to find the best couch possible.we just got it delivered today and the delivery guys were fast (which says a lot cuz we’re on the third floor) and were very kind!the whole experience was 10/10!bonus points for the popcorn + pop machine they have for customers teehee

Only place we will ever shop for furniture again! Absolutely amazing experience and all staff members were so nice and helpful! Could not say enough nice words about our sales consultant, Alicia Cariotto!!! My husband and I went in 3 different times for several hours and she was extremely patient and very knowledgeable and gave us every single option possible (we were looking for big and tall furniture as my husband is 6’5 and I’m 6’3”). Also, probably the thing I loved the most is we never felt pressured to buy anything!

When we did decide to buy I asked about price matching and the store associate looked up the price for the couch at Nebraska Furniture Mart and they beat the price. We really enjoyed shopping there.

📣PSA: We highly suggest you do your research when buying new furniture. Unfortunately we were too excited to find the perfect piece at Ernie's in Cersco, that we did not. We purchased this Amish dining set in April 2022. 1 month later it was covered in scratches and dents from daily use. Thankfully, Ernie's allowed us to exchange the set if we paid to upgrade to a harder wood. So we did, this table was supposed to "last a lifetime" in their words. Fast forward to December 15, 2022 when we received our new set. It is already showing signs of wear and has surface scratches and heat rings, from dinner plates. And they are accusing us of misusing and "customer abuse". The fact that they agree the table looks horrible proves our point. Anyone who knows me, knows how clean I keep our home and take care of our things. We're infuriated, sad and feel very taken advantage of, especially after paying the price that we did. Just hoping we can save someone else from making the same mistake of shopping at Ernie's in Cersco. They have definitely lost us as customers.

Website leaves a LOT to be desired. So many text boxes blocking the view of the furniture, you get tired of seeing CHECK FOR SPECIAL PRICING boxes over the actual items, that don't lead to an actual price. They want you to contact them or get your info so they can then add you to a mailing list.Just post the price with the picture of the piece. On-line shoppers don't want to waste time, they'll just go somewhere else that shows the item and how much it's for. If they want it, they'll be in touch. Hope this helps you sell better.

When we pulled up we didn't know what to expect. The store, as their history implies, was a ramshackle bunch of buildings. However we were met with warm enthusiasm as we entered the building. We were not pressured at all. Wayne introduced himself and asked if we had questions and what we were looking to fill our home. He steered us to the areas of the store we needed to be in. My wife and I were free to test drive everything. Alas Wayne had an engagement and passed us off to Matt G. He was awesome! We went in to research a new store but we found a furniture partner we will be happy to recommend and purchase from again. Thanks Matt and Ernie's.

Horrible custimer service.Drove all the way from Lincoln to pickup some water filters the Earnie's Kinetico rep recommended. The receptionist first didn't know what I was talking about, then finally figured out they were 4 feet away from where she was standing.She then went on to demand I open an account. I told her I just want to buy 2 water filters and pay cash. She refused to sell me the filters unless I gave her my phone number. Who does that this day and age? I took a picture of the package, left, and ordered them on Amazon.

Took good care of us. Only complaint was that the original salesperson was helping multiple people and failed to communicate it would take 15 minutes to get a price check. Another salesman named Matt stepped in and he was awesome.

We ordered furniture back in April. Was told 6-8 weeks delivery time. At 8 weeks I had to call and ask where my furniture was. Talked to 3 different people and was told someone would call me back the next day which no one did, I ended up having to call them back the next day just to get a run around story. Ended up getting part of our furniture delivered at 10 weeks and had to pay in full to get the partial delivered. Going on 3 months and still haven't received the rest of my furniture. Was told it would be delayed because of the holiday (4th of July) which is still 2 weeks away. Then we would have to wait for a delivery time. Returning our couch and getting a refund on our furniture. I am sure they will mail me my check at there convenience. Very unhappy with sales and definitely not happy with service.Would recommend not buying anything that they say has to be ordered. Will never shop at here again.
