Orscheln has sold out to Tractor supply company and many of the stores are undergoing construction. The good news, most everything is on sale. The not so good news, it's a bit of an eyesore during the transition. The staff has had some trouble locating things for their guests but overall the selection of brands and products is almost unreal. The apparel was nice particularly the work boots. Great brands. Bare with em yall while they make the change and check out the inventory on sale, cause nows the time to splurge on a great deal.

In the middle of remodeling and converting to TSC. I am not impressed with the selection of products. They probably should have closed down for 1-2 weeks during the conversion so they could at least have a better selection of products.Hopefully, they will be done with their conversion to TSC very soon. I'll update my review in a couple weeks.

I enjoy shopping here, staff is nice, helpful. Store is clean, somewhat organized. I think you may want to stock more garden supplies and seeds as we need to grow our own with this government and its supply chain problems

The staff here were great! My sons car broke down and I needed a hitch extender and chains to pull it home. They helped make sure I got the right extender before I purchased so I didn't have to do a return. Very very helpful. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic I love this place the guys were doing tricks in the aisles ( taking bottles off the shelf with a long bolt ) and the guy that checked us out was cool old guy and while I waited for my change I told him a joke about how I used to be rich enough I would say keep the change and then we both laughed as I walked out with 2 cokes🤣

Most employees are pretty friendly but the cashier is sometimes the 1st & usually the last employee you deal with in the store. Today's & Everytime this employee is at the register....my experience....is always in question she IS NOT the friendliest employee. She doesn't smile & doesn't appreciate my business, or anyone's that I've wittnessed. This is a small town & people do have choices.... I would like to always support my town....sometimes folks like this make it hard 😬

What's not to love about a Farm & Home store? The lady in charge is very friendly yet most the folks that work there seem like they hate their job. I asked the gal in charge for Screw Eyes, she said they had none. After 30 minutes I found them not in the hardware selection. They need someone to organize it so someone with mild Autism can find things on their own. They have a few different designs of my favorite knife company (Morakniv) all priced at or just under MSRP.

This is another farm store and trying to be the number one farm.store. They really need to work on their website hard to find any information on it. If you want to know if they carry something your looking for you will just have to go and look for yourself.

Got some gloves for Christmas to small. I tried to exchange for a larger pair and they would not do it because I didn't have a receipt. I told them that they could keep my Christmas present for it was useless to me.

The staff is very friendly and knowledge able. If they don't know the answer they try to find it. Same goes for the products. If they dont have the exact one your lookong for they try to find some thing like it if not better.

Crowded. Can't shop with a cart. Check out girl was extremely rude to all customers. Obviously you have to sack your own items here.
