The staff was friendly, but it was a little difficult to shop as there are restocking carts in the aisle ways.The shelves were bare in many spaces and when I asked about unstocked items on the shelf, I was told it was corporate that wasn't sending them replacements.But, as this is the only "department" type store in town, what ya gonna do? 🤷‍♂️This store is otherwise a great store and is a staple for us and the local populace to shop at.

GREAT STAFF!!! But always out of stuff. I check the ad, but go into the store and they either don't carry it (what's up with that?) or they're out. This is the national chain's problem, not the local store's. The local staff does the best they can keeping up with 3500 customers all wondering when the store will be stocked again. They work hard, and very nice people. Three cheers for the local employees!!! There's 3500 people in this town and this is the ONLY general merchandise store in town. Eileen, the manager, is awesome. Very helpful.

The new store by tumbleweed may be Broken Bow's most useless addition! Not only has it left the original Dolar General short staffed, but the staff that works out there has about as much Costumer Service Skills as a Dumpster. If you can't use the self check out go to the other store or shop somewhere else entirely.

The dollar general is my favorite place to shop for all my needs and I know everything one who works there. They treat you like family when you walk in the door. They can help you find anything that you need and the store is very clean and stocked. I just love this store in broken-bow. TV

Store before covid was usually fairly well stocked but now the shelves especially the medical isle are pretty empty. The pet isle especially cat section is a disaster and has many open spots on the shelves. A few of the managers seem unwilling to help their staff with customer service and stocking shelves.

The store is super cramped, they have too much inventory for how small the store is. It's hard to find what you're looking for. I usually go to DG for cheaper First Aid supplies, their selection is horrible and the organization looks like a toddler did it. It's definitely in need of different management. When I go into a store I expect everything to be in order, friendly folks and things easily found. They have food scattered in every isle, drinks in at least 3 isles. Stock needs to be downsized or they need a much bigger store. I dread going into this store. I usually pay extra to go other places so I don't have to deal with the migraine of this store.

I went there today expecting to buy some soda and a gift card for a party got told to leave because of a gas coming from the vents the long brown hair lady proceeded to yell at my mother meanwhile checking out other customers in the store seems like if it was a real emergency they would clear out the store better smh. Overall an okay store I appreciate the malr workers alot more because they are alot more polite then the older ladies there.they have what we need sometimes all though I wish we had Shopko back.

Was not impressed with the clerk last night. Do not appreciate the wait time to check out. And then I would have had to wait longer because she was out of change.

Great place to basic household supplies for less $. This Dollar General is cleaner & better stocked than most bargain stores.
