Julie went SO far above and beyond for me… I can’t even…. All I can say is she’s an ahhhmazing person and she has compassion for people in need… and her flowers and lanterns are beautiful too. Her absolute concern for me wanting to get some flowers to a funeral last minute will never be forgotten. I would recommend her to anyone for beautiful flowers, but mostly because she is a genuine, very nice and kind person.Thank you Julie! Do you deliver to Stapleton? I ordered an arrangement for a funeral last minute (morning of visitation) and they were VERY willing to help. Great customer service and fair prices! If I ever need floral arrangements in Broken Bow again I will hands down call Broken Bow Floral first.

Ordered flowers today and picked this shop from 2 local shops from a Google search. I was disappointed that they didn't have a web site or any way to see what you are ordering. So after a verbal description I placed my order and asked if they were going to email my receipt. After a pause, I was told they could do that but there would be an extra charge. Seriously? So I asked what the total being charged to my card would be and was given a maximum that it could be but probably less.I guess their lack of internet presence doesn't impact their local business but I won't order again. I would normally give 1 star because of not being able to see a picture and not getting a receipt but I am giving 2 stars until I see a picture of the product.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was using this flower shop! The plant I ordered was exactly as the employee described. Absolutely beautiful! When you use a flower shop long distance and know nothing about them, you worry that you are getting the best. I can tell you this flower shop does give you the best!
