This is the WORST Walgreens service I think I have ever had. How in this day and age when a prescription is called in by a doctor is there not an alert or something so they can let their customer know it’s out of stock? Round trip 45 min. I’m sick, I sat there with my kids in the car for 25 more minutes. I’m told it’s still in process, she bumps it up to waiting, takes my insurance card only to have someone yell out there isn’t any. I said this was called in 2 hours ago no one could have called to say you at out? No one could, for the kindness and service of the customer, call around to find some? That is just plain awful. Thanks Walgreens! I thought we had a lot more technology and human communication than that. SAD

I only have 5 stars because of one man. If there was a way to clone Trevor then this pharmacy would be 5 stars all the time 100% . out of all the times I've been to this pharmacy I've only had mediocre/slow help. Trevor you are the bomb! You are friendly, fast, understanding and professional. The best by a long shot! I wish you worked all the time!! Thank you for your amazing service!!

The manager Josh is insolent, arrogant, and incompetent. I asked a simple question regarding rewards in which he was too dumb too answer. He hung up on me. This place is the epitome of rude, lazy, and incompetent. Drive somewhere else, it will be worth it! Bring in CVS rather than this dumpster fire. It deserves negative stars!

If the word "worthless" had 4 walls and a roof! Unhelpful, unhappy, and undertrained staff. Whole place could be bulldozed and the bare dirt remaining would be of more value to the community. Just an awful experience. My advice is to do business literally anywhere else.

For almost a year now, this pharmacy is out of stock of my son’s ADHD medication, every. single. month. They are clearly needing a new inventory specialist or management or something. They claim it is on back order, but Omaha locations are getting it just fine. He had a bad reaction to his most recent medication, so doctor switched it and of course, this pharmacy is out. So now he has to go without medication and while the stigma is ADHD meds are not important, my son would disagree with you as he has zero impulse control and severe depression without them. I liked this pharmacy for location convenience and their hours, but we will have to switch to Walmart now.

Why is everyone that works at this Walgreens rude? Pictures are always late and/or blurry, pharmacy is slow and much higher priced than other places and today I had the luxury of listening to two awful employees complain about an employee they think is awful. Do yourself a favor, and either drive to a Walgreens an Omaha or use Walmart in Blair!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I had Dental Surgery (2 Extractions and Bone Grafting) and my local pharmacy couldn't fill one of the four prescriptions that I had. I made the BIG MISTAKE of thinking the Walgreens in Blair would be a good option. Told the staff about my surgery, was told they can get it done in 30 minutes. After 2 hours I left for home only to be stopped a mile out of town and turned around. Literally one of the prescriptions was just a bottle they needed to slap a label on. I don't know if this is indicative of Walgreens in general but I will never again go to Blair for prescriptions. Oh, and the staff pretty much upfront lied to me on a couple of occasions about the wait time for my prescriptions. Very poor customer service.

Terrible service in the pharmacy. I tried the drive thru. After 20 minutes I left . I went inside another 20 minute wait. Not a long line, they were just chit-chatting. Most of the time the prescription is wrong or they're out. I'm stuck with them for 11 more months, but next year when it's time to sign up for a Medicare drug plan. I'll go anywhere but there.

Worst Walgreens ever! The pharmacy is awful. I’ve filled multiple prescriptions at this location and it always takes days, sometimes over a week even though I have explained the urgency of the prescription. They close for lunch from 1:30-2 every day, which is fine, but it ends up being more like 1:15-2:30. The customer service needs improvement as well.

Awful customer service in the pharmacy!! Was denied my Covid booster shot for, in the pharmacists view, being one day short of 6 months. Drove to Fremont and received my booster the same morning without a hitch. My husband and I also had a 45 minute wait last week to get our flu shot. When I inquired about the wait, the same pharmacist told me "were doing our best", yet we received the shot within minutes of inquiring. Needless to say, we are done doing business with this Walgreens! The pharmacist was not there to help or to provide any kind of care!

Four years ago I wrote a 5 star review on the pharmacy. Time has changed and so have our options. My Rx costs over $41.00 here through my Medicare & supplemental insurance. Amazon Pharmacy, same identical drug: $17.29 without using my insurance.This Rx was called in by my doctor. Walmart responded with an approximate pickup time of 1:52 pm. I arrived at 2:06 pm and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I said had received notification that it should be ready at 1:52 and her response was "We weren't even here then!" Not, I'm sorry about the delay, or we got backed up unexpectedly and I apologize.Been coming here for over twenty years. This will be my last visit to the pharmacy.

If I could give no stars I would! Was discharged from the ER with paper prescriptions and was treated like a CRIMINAL by Blair Walgreens. Scripts were dropped off and I received the automated call telling me scripts ready and the amount. Arrived and was met with “where did you get a paper script from” and “the ER should know that these types of scripts can’t be filled with a PO Box”… when asked why they didn’t call when there was an issue or why they didn’t call the hospital … was told they don’t do that … asked why I got a call that it was ready WITH the amount owing … yeah they had nothing but rudeness and accusations about it being a paper script … what a HORRID experience when you are ill AND in pain and just wasted over an hour for horrible customer service!!! Guess the drive to Omaha will be worth it as we have NEVER had a good experience with the Blair Walgreens!!!

Do not use the pharmacy! The computers are always "down". They are too often out of whatever was prescribed. Because they can't fill they send you on a wild goose chase to "any Walgreens in Omaha" but when you follow the instruction, the Walgreens in Omaha says the prescriptions are not transferrable and your insurance won't pay because Blair shows them as already filled.

My wife and I refer to this pharmacy as hell. Terrible hours, and the worlds slowest service. We used to give it the benefit of doubt back when they were doing drive through covid tests, but no excuse now. Drive through regularly takes 20-40 minutes to process 6 cars. Crazy how slow it is.

Not very happy when I go to pick up a pain med for a toothache that was called in at 9 AM, I show up at 1:12 PM, wait drive through in line to have the pharmacy line closed in my face after I watched a person come stand behind my vehicle, talk to people pulling up, and they drive away (to my surprise I was unaware of their closing at 1:30 for lunch which happened as I pulled up to the window), I had already drove 30 minutes to get there, so I kill another 30 minutes in town(after already spending 18 minutes in their drive through the first time only to have it close in my face), come back again at 2:00, wait in drive through lane another 30 minutes, only to be told they would have to let me know when I could come back to get it (and get it when I finally got up to the window for the second time)! If it wasn’t a Friday, and I didn’t need the pain med, I would NOT be coming back (for a 3rd time in one day) in fact it has been almost 2 hours since I left the second time and I still have not heard anything back. I do know I will NEVER use this pharmacy again after I get this med, my opinion would not surprise me if they go out of business soon, customers treated like this will not come back when there are other pharmacies in town.

Refreshingly better customer service than any Walgreens in Omaha. We refuse to use any in Omaha again. But this one in Blair has a nice selection, friendly people, and convenient hours. I don't make a special trip to Blair just for this, but we do stop here often when in town.

Better than Walmart’s Pharmacy, but they NEVER have enough staff. I was on hold 32 minutes waiting to ask if they had a medical item we needed. Wasn’t driving the 20 miles 1 way if they didn’t have it. I had another call I had to take. Tried calling back and they said I had several callers ahead of me.

For over a year, they can never get my insurance information right. I have explained and tried to talk with them each time I get a prescription. It Take several trips to store and a waste of hours of my time, to get my meds each time. Gave them enought chances last time I will use them

Worst customer service ever. I was screamed at by their staff for asking a simple question, belittled and told I didn’t deserve my medication. Who the h$&l is this random stranger to tell me I do t deserve my medication that I’m paying for.

Went through pharmacy line 3 times total 20 minutes between each time because I was told "20" minutes by the window person each time. Then I find out they don't even have the medicine I needed. Horrible service and ended up transfer to a small town pharmacy

Had a prescription for a nebulizer, was told come back in 20 minutes it would be ready, went back, sorry we don't have one but can order for pickup tomorrow, cashier acted like I was imposing on her, both times, didn't answer questions just walked away, hope I never have to shop there ever again, horrible service

Waited for prescriptions for over an hour and they were called in from the hospital several hours before I even got here this is the slowest place I've ever seen.....well it has been 1 1/2 hours and still waiting...just what you want to do on way home from hospital....this place is bad, the need to close the doors up

Had everything I needed..quick checkout
