I went to the McDonald’s in Blair NE. First off there are no more workers at the counter and no menus on the wall. Have to order off of a kiosk which takes more time than talking to an actual person. Ordered for 3 adults and 2 toddlers -not a lot of food- and it ridiculously cost $64. Took 16+ minutes to complete my order (fast food 🙄) only to be told to fill my own drinks with the 1 cup left in the holder. After refilling the cup holder there were no lids in the container so I had to go back to the counter to get lids, difficult with No Counter Help (the kiosk wouldn’t bring lids out, there were no buttons for lids)! Finally get out of there and home only to open cold food, the cheese wasn’t even melted on our sandwiches and the fries were cold and nasty. 100% Dissatisfied with the experience! Not that you care but I’ll never come back, McDonald’s has lost my business. Very Poor Experience!McDonald’s has placed ridiculously exorbitant profits over customer service and quality of products.

Ratings are in respect to the fast-food genre.Appears to be clean. Employees reasonably friendly and attentive. Restrooms clean. In fact, they were cleaning them when I arrived. It really irritates me that McDonald's does not have paper towels in their bathrooms. I suggest taking a napkin into the restroom with you and tucking it into your pocket so you can use it to dry your hands. McDonald's coffee just doesn't seem to be quite as tasty as it used to be. It was drinkable but didn't seem quite as strong as usual.My order was served accurately in a reasonable amount of time. Pet peeve: The menu does not make it easy to read the price of each individual item. The meal deal has significantly larger font. Not every customer wants to eat a thousand calories with their meal, so you would think it would be easier to read.I would patronize again.Parking: Parking surrounds the building.

They had difficulty taking my order correctly. It was slow enough that I had to pull forward to a parking spot to wait and I never received my food after thirty minutes of waiting.

Didn't answer the lane, but did for the card next to me. I had a mobile order, so had already paid.Window person was totally incensed I drove around. I asked for light ice, she said too bad, it says no ice, wouldn't change it.I'm glad the second window would. I don't know where the manager is but they need to get a handle on their staff. The first window woman was really nasty.Thankful the lady at the second window showed Grace.

Some days I get good service and other days my order is messed up. Mixed experience, but still quick and a decent amount of employees are nice.Kid-friendliness: Have had a few employees smile n wave at my daughter who is three and loves to socialize. Even had a few who would directly give her her drink n happy meal.

Amazing McDonald's for a small town like Blair. Their quality is great for a McDonald's and you get what you would expect. They are efficient and are really helpful. I personally use the app since I can get a full meal for around 5 dollars which is a bargain. Definitely checkout the app if you go here frequently to see what deals you can get. I would recommend this fast-food establishment almost over everything else in Blair. Great Job!

As a former Mcdonalds employee at another location, I’m very watchful of how our service is. We were here in the drive thru early this afternoon and ordered 4 McDoubles, 2 cheeseburgers, and a Mcchicken. When we went to pay we weren’t even handed our receipt. When it came time for our food, it was just thrown into the bag without a care as to how it was wrapped and part of our order was missing. When we went back to speak with them about it, the did fill the order, however, everything was tossed into the bag and not really even wrapped so our burgers were falling apart on top of eachother. I understand a rush but just throwing food into a bag without making sure it’s wrapped properly irked me. Not going back during a rush again.

I stopped in for cookies and hot fudge ice cream. The modern design is impressive. Unfortunately, many of the tables needed to be cleaned.The men's restroom only has one urinal and an handicapped stall, but the stall is large enough for a wheelchair to turn circles in. The food is always consistent at McDonald's. I'll be back again, despite the lack of wiping down the tables at night.

This one time i ordered a breakfast and the woman infront tried to make me pay more than what i was supposed to. and just now this Karen taking my order and then she yelled at me and said, "COULD YOU WAIT PLEASE?" and after that she kept a rude tone on and i was just there being nice. I say they should switch the impatient adults and more older people for teenagers or young adults, at least they arent slow and they are respectful.

Had to wait a very long time between ordering food, paying and actually receiving our food. We had to pull off to the side to wait for our fries, thinking at least the fries will be nice hot and fresh and once we finally did receive them there were cold and soggy.

How are you a McDonald's and you have to pull three cars forward because you don't have fries. This McDonald's here in blair is always screwed up. Half the time orders are wrong or they don't have simple things. They forget sauce even though they ask you what kind you want. Sitting waiting on fries and what do I see, a group of managers outside talking about landscape and other various outside improvements they might make. Yeah, outside improvements is what you should be focused on. It's fast food , not really that hard.

I am done with this place. I will not go to this location for their food. Tonight was the 3rd time they've forgotten me after parking me.First time I was with my daughter. I was in a rush to get her to dance. Quick plain burger is her go to. Nope I waited 10 min after being parked and then called inside to remind them that I was still there. They also forgot to make her burger plain.2nd time I was parked at breakfast and waited 15 min. I went in this time, come to find out they forgot me and closed the breakfast line. So I didn't get any of what I ordered but they gave me all the left over breakfast sandwiches they had. Got home and they were cold.Tonight is the last. I was parked, I even said, "ok but don't forget me.". All I ordered was a big Mac no pickle and a plain quarter pounder. I parked, 10min rolled by and I seen the gal give 2 people that was parked after me their food. I could tell she was confused so I rolled down my window and said, "you guys forgot me again, here's my receipt.".5 min later got my burgers and a free large fry with it. Got home. Pickles on the burgers. Not just a couple, like 4-6 per sandwich.So I'm done. I know a few people there and in fact have worked with them way back when I was a mc runt. Those people are great. Becky and Crystal you are great. Sadly the restaurant sucks.Giving a decent 3 stars for the people but not the restaurant.

Prices went up yet again and I still get stale fries and burgers dripping with ketchup that a toddler could stack better than theseIt never fails lately to have to pull ahead to wait for your food Just so they can keep their drive-thru times down even if there's no one in line price keeps going up yet the quality doesn't
