Hours says they close at 9. Everything was dark at 8:27pm called and was told they were closed. Seems every night their closing time changes. Even though we didn’t want to McDonald’s got our business.

This place has gone down hill very fast. Go to another DQ that is clean and has faster service. The whole store and owners need rebuilt. Poor service, training, quality of the store as a whole. Every. Single. Time. I come here they’re “out” of chocolate ice cream. Literally: summer—Dairy Queen… this isn’t hard. Then you have to repeat your order 50 times when you try to order.. get it together! AND, to top it off, it wasn’t even fudge in the turtle sundae..it was the chocolate coating that they use on dipped cones. Couldn’t even get the spoon through it because it was frozen. In the trash it went. Will not be back.

Absolutely horrible DQ. I have been to this location 3x. WILL NOT GO BACK. Had to repeat my order 4 times. After i paid, i sat in the drive through 27 minutes waiting on my order. Then i had to ask for my French fries. They were cold and soggy. My burger wasn't right, missing gravy for the chicken strip basket. The only thing they got right was the coke.

Sitting here right now, ordered 2 double pattie deluxe burgers and 2 LG cheese curds to go and the cook commented to my order with a 'oh my god wow' right infront of me....won't be coming back with judgmental comments like that. That really made me feel awful when I heard that from her about my order for my son and me. I'd give my review -5 stars if I could to be honest. Cashier was awesome though FYI.

I visit this DQ 5 or 6 times a year and most visits I would give them 2 stars. However, I have been here twice in the last two weeks and things seem to be better. Service was great and the blizzards were spot on. The servers name was Taryn and she was great! Keep it up!

This Dairy Queen has been out of chocolate ice cream for 2 months. I mean come on!! When you think of Dairy Queen you think about ice cream not their food. Not to mention it always takes at least 15 minutes, even if we’re the only customer, to get 2 blizzards.

Went here for a sweet treat and left disappointed. Husband and I ordered blizzards and when we finally got to the window they did the blizzard test with the first blizzard and half of the blizzard poured out. For the second blizzard they didn’t even bother to do the blizzard test. It was completely melted. We had to wait until we got home and put it in our deep freeze to firm up the blizzards. We didn’t want to wait even longer for them to redo the blizzards. This isn’t the first time we were served soupy blizzards. We won’t be returning unfortunately. We will be supporting Cherry Hill in fort Calhoun from now on. They always serve high quality ice cream.

The Only reason I gave this review one star is I can't post a review without doing so. This DQ does not even deserve one star. We were there in the middle of the afternoon about one month ago. Not busy when we arrived, maybe one other table with customers. First of all the service at the counter was horrible. Even though we were given a number to take to our table, no one ever delivered our order Or called out our order so it sat up at the counter melting. We had to go up and ask if it was ours.The place was FILTHY! The floor looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and that is Not an exaggeration! All tables were disgusting and we had to go get napkins and wet them with water to clean off a table so we felt half-ways comfortable sitting at one. It was an awful experience and I will never go back. This was Not our first bad experience there and felt it needed to be mentioned this time.

Went there, ordered a blizzard, malt, and 2 large cheese curds. The malt was completely melted, and when she turned the blizzard upside down, it almost fell out, but she saved it just in time, the cheese curds are good, though, what doesn't taste good after being deep fried.

I never leave reviews- used to work in the food industry for years and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But after giving this DQ chance after chance as it’s the only one within 40 minutes from my house… I give up. This time I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard (I get the same every time). I usually only get 2-5 pieces of cookie dough, rest is liquid , milkshake. But obviously, I’m ordering it for the cookie dough. If I wanted vanilla soft serve- I’d order that. So, this time around I got the same thing, but decided to outwardly say I wanted to order it with extra cookie dough, pretty sure I got charged for the extra cookie dough but never got my receipt; just know it was more than normal. Same thing, milkshake. But this time I had about 4 pieces of cookie dough, a piece of Oreo, and something that tasted like peanut butter candy? Wouldn’t care too much because I don’t expect much - but I specifically asked for extra cookie dough, not a mix of every topping but what I paid extra for lol. It’s honestly comical at this point. I’ll just save my money and go to get ice cream out of town from now on.

I don't know who's bright idea it is to leave a bunch of kids running the place but wow. Pulled up to order at 715pm, they told me to come to the window cause it was raining and they couldn't hear me. I FINALLY get to the window to order at 756pm and the kid tells me a total... I never ordered, I told him that, he started laughing and told another kid to take it. He came to the window asked what my order was and I tell him a number 9 and he tells me the grill is closed for the night. He said it closed at 730, so cause I had to sit in line for SOOOOOOO long, we had to miss out on why we were there to begin with. Everytime I have gone to this location it's always a half an hour to 45 minute wait for anything! How yall are still open is beyond me. It's not like blair has many places to choose from when it comes to drive through food so when you do choose to go there you expect service, not some overgrown daycare.

Good food. I'll give them that. However, each time I come here whether they are busy or not it takes them 5 minutes to answer me at the drive through. When they do they say it'll be just one moment. Then another 5 minutes before I order. Once I finally get to order, they have me repeat everything 5 times (I counted so it's not just a random number). Then up at the window the staff is singing and dancing and making fools of themselves. After paying and the girl goes to hand me my drinks she is half way out the window only to go back inside (with my drinks in hand still) to dance some more to whatever the other staff is singing and dancing to. Once she is done dancing, she finally gives me my drinks. I wait another 10 minutes before she hands me my chicken strips, because she is taking the order of the car 4 cars behind me. I get kids need q job through high school, but the dancing and singing and lolly-gagging and playing should be left outside a work environment. Also didn't do the upside down test on the blizzards.

I was just in their location today and it was a joke. One boy working ran outside to mess around with friends then those kids came in and he went to the back and gave them free ice cream. I ordered a misty freeze. Paid for it and when I said there was no slushy in it. He said it tastes the same. That would have been nice to know before I paid.

Honestly if want food or ice cream dairy queen is not for you if you visit Blair. I have been there multiple times throughout this last couple weeks and every time I come in I either have something wrong with my order or I will have to go inside to fix the order and many times I am not even offered the receipt of the messed up order. The only people working there are undertrained teenager with no one with experience or knowledge of how to do the job properly.

How has the health department not done anything about this place. Just so surprised. Always out of stuff which means you don’t get what you order. I’ve cream is always melted within a few minutes of driving off. Inside is so dirty always and a bunch of teeny boppers work there and no adult to supervise. Blair needs to open another ice cream place. Someone help this town out and make us all happy!No need to respond with your auto response since it’s not an actual real person response.

This location is horrible, enough so that corporate should intervene and shut it down. The management is so terrible that they can't keep on enough employees to stay open for reasonable lengths of time on the days they're even open, the interior is hardly ever open because they don't have the manpower to clean and serve it as well as the drive-through, the few employees they can get are primarily 14-year-olds who care so little about the job that they often screw up orders, including putting allergens in food that could kill someone. The local high schoolers warn each other not to work here, and rightfully so. It amazes me that this place is still running at all.

Hit the drive thru for a peanut buster parfait. Asked for marshmallow to be added to each layer. Charged me regular price so I'm not too disappointed but there was maybe 1 Tbls of topping on the top. And it was missing the bottom layer of fudge and peanuts. No biggy, just train your people how to make your treats please. Especially at 6 bucks. Usually always great service. Thanks

Update- the owner called and let’s just say, despite seeing the photo of the moldy banana, she didn’t believe me. Didn’t believe that what happened, happened. Then informed me they don’t have to wear gloves handling food. HELLOOOOO health code violations. She didn’t like that I wouldn’t make a special, over an hour drive to “make it right”. She also was offended when I pointed out the reviews for that location are spot on. $15.80 down the drain. If you want an excuse to not go to work thanks to food poisoning, go here. Then after stating “clearly there’s nothing I can do to change your mind” hung up. Well duh, when you start out offended and snarky, what do you expect? Then to tell me that’s not what happened? Good gravy!It took over a half hour in the drive thru to get our food. It was cold, they gave us the wrong, cold food. They also gave my daughter a rotten, frozen banana. When I went to get the right food, the woman with black hair, pizza face and firmly believe if it zips, it fits (her busted can of biscuits look wasn’t attractive). Not a single person had masks on, then they were handling food after wiping their runny noses.BUT WAIT! It gets better. When I demanded the correct food, I told them that wait was far to long to justify the excessively long wait time. That disgusting woman snaps, complete with scoffs and eye rolls, “it’s FAN food, NOT fast food” then waddled off in her jeans that were so tight they clearly cut the circulation off to her brain.If Google would allow me, I’d attach a photo of the rotten banana. If you want straight carbonation for a drink- come here! If you want food poisoning, this is the place to get it.

We went through drive though for 3 large blizards. 1 cotton candy and 2 chocolate chip cookie dough. The cotton candy was maybe 3/4 full and the bottom 2 inches were still vanilla. The first cookie dough was full and fine but the second was also 3/4 full. After the last one the shut the window and didn’t give a chance to say much.

Service if normally slow. Stopped today there was 3 cars in the drive throu and an empty dining area. Waited 15 minutes (10 of them at the menu waiting to order). Both myself and the car behind just left.

Place is NEVER clean or quick. I get the slogan is “Fan food, not fast food”, but I shouldn’t have to wait 30+ minutes for a runny Blizzard and cold fries. Also as a former employee I can say that the owners clearly only care about the money THEY make from the store.

I have no problem supporting our small community businesses, but the support level they have is so poor. I went in with my kids and ordered 4 blizzards. It took almost 20 min to get the first one, then another 10 min for the second and then the 3rd about 5 min later. At the 45 min mark, we has still not gotten the 4th blizzard and customers who came in after us began receiving their orders. I had to go to the front counter and be firm about not getting my full order. There were a total of 3 workers on a night where softball and baseball tournaments were occuring. The building was hot and humid, they really need to step it up.

We decided to go through on our way back to Omaha. We should have just waited because we wasted our money. First, they were out of the blizzard we wanted so we ordered 2 different ones. Both of them were not made right. Extremely disappointed! Girl taking orders wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. Never will do business here again.
