I am posting a review about this particular Casey's not in regards to the food they sell (which I find quite good), but to point out a shortcoming in amenities.When customers select a fuel filling station to patronize, they expect a few standard services to be available at that business. One is a public toilet, another is drinks/snacks, and for this winter time of the year, a convenient way to clean your windows and light lenses.I noticed that this year things are no better than last year at this Casey's with the pump side squeegee stations. The window cleaning buckets are often bone dry or contain murky fluid, and the squeegees are few, and their rubber blades are so hard it's like dragging a wooden ruler across your windshield.Yes, I have mentioned the situation to the friendly staff before. And I have no complaints about anything else on the property, and enjoy the pizza. I will continue to patronize this business and recommend that everyone please do give them your business.

Worthless customer service. Casey’s will unfortunately hire anything. Before even getting the question out these morning ladies will talk over you and immediately disregard anything you need. Would not recommend.Dietary restrictions: No help what’s so ever.

Order a pizza tonight, not a difficult order. Wanted sausage on the whole pizza and 1/2 of it also with pepperoni and green pepper. The whole pizza had all 3 things. Tried to call and let them know, phone is all automated, just keeps stating that you can order in the app or online. No one ever comes to the phone. Definitely disappointed tonight.

This place has really gone downhill in past few months. As a regular i stop here in mornings or evenings, the kitchen is aweful in the evenings as nothing is ever in the grab and go hot boxes.Weekends are even worse, the staff isnt friendly or helpful and have bad attitudes. Ignore customers while talking with each other. Kichen is worse on weekends, the main cook barely has anything in the boxes and spends time sitting at the slot machines rather then keeping stuff ready. If there was any place better in blair, would easily be going there instead.

This was a different enjoyable Casey's. We bought some pizza, and when they workers came out, they were happy with smiles on their faces they weren't disrespectful whatsoever! Thank you for giving us amazing service and gentle smiles!

There are two Casey's in Blair, and this is the newer of the two, the largest, and with the best selection. That said, the other Casey's has friendlier, more capable employees. So it's sort of a toss up as to which one to go to. But if you want tasty, reasonably priced, gluten-free pizza, Casey's is always a good choice no matter where you are.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza , brought the pizza home opened up the box , it was some southwest deluxe with jalapeños! Not happy . Can't return the dang pizza. Would like my meat lovers pizza please.

I liked Caseys, the employees are wonderful! I wanted a piece of hamburger pizza, all they had made up was cheese and pepperoni. They made up a whole pizza so I could have a piece of hamburger pizza. The lady cashier helped me install the Casey app which gives alot of discounted and free items. They have a good selection of food very yummy I might add,. They have a wide selection of gas station snacks, and sodas. My judgement is always formed with making sure the first thing I see in a gas station is the bathrooms better be clean. Their bathrooms were very clean . Whether your local are just travelling through Id recommend stopping there.

Katy in the Kitchen is the best. She has a very positive attitude that brightens my day whenever I visit. Plus she makes great wraps and sandwiches. If your in the area stop bye and ask for her. You won't be disappointed!

Usually love the service and the food. Tonight we got a half and half pizza.it was all messed up. Ate it anyway but called to tell them the issue. (we paid for some toppings we didn't get ) I didn't want anything free. Guy who made it answered the phone and proceeded to ARGUE with me. I had receipt in my hand, corrected him and he became rude, combative and hostile.

Heading to work 11/27/2018 on a Tuesday at 8am. Driving behind one of your employees from Omaha, make it to Blair, NE I attempt to pass her on the left side of the lane while she was making right turn to work. Assuming she was going to work due to her being in uniform that was on. I was two seconds away from her or more during the drive. But during the time I was passing her, she flipped me the bird. I dont know if she was having a bad day? But if this is how you treat your customers pretty sure you won't see me anytime soon.

Newer facility, clean inside & out. Nice staff. Gasoline, diesel, and Ethanol Blend fuels. Prices aline with every other high priced gas stations in this small town which is unfortunate. Buy fuel in Omaha or Missouri Valley instead. Need a quick lunch or donut in the morning? Stop here.

Took 2 hours for delivery. Pizza was cold and was not like a veggie pizza we usually get from the Casey's on Washington street. I will not be coming back to this Casey's I will go back to the one on Washington street.

I go in at 8:30 in the morning to get breakfast, and they tell me they switched to lunch already. This place just continues with a disappointment every time I come in.
