Recently wanted to have some liver and onions. Looked around and couldn’t find anything that looked like the liver I used to purchase.Spoke to a friend who told me he had gotten some liver from your store and it was delicious. Stopped in to buy some and the customer service was outstanding. The liver was delicious. I will be back.

First of all, the shop donated gift cards to staff at the Blair Middle School. Amazing!!My fiancee and I came in to get ingredients for a beef Wellington and left with so much more. What an incredible experience! The woman who worked the front counter was so helpful, kind, and totally sold us on so many wonderful foods, beer, and in-house spices. And it was her first day up front!! We will absolutely be returning.

Simply the best meat source in eastern Nebraska. Chuck roast beyond comparison, steaks cut to order, terrific ground beef but you don't have to drain the fat off of when you cook it. And their home smoked pulled pork is incredible.

We had a hog processed there. They did a great job making the breakfast sausage, curing the bacon and ham and getting it done in about 2 weeks. I also enjoy eating their beef sticks.

They said they would have what we ordered in a week. Its been over a week and now they don't have all of the stuff we ordered next time I'll go to either BIG Meats in Omaha or the Wahoo meat market. We usually get a large amount of meat from Wahoo every two weeks. We thought about getting it from closer but that was an obvious mistake.

Superb quality, large selection of meats and fish. They also have local Nebraska beer, cheese and farm fresh eggs. Check out their stand with hot sauces, marinara, and marinades.

We have been getting 1/4 of a cow for years from the same farmer, previously butchered at J & J Quality Meats, the meat was amazing, but they unfortunately closed. We have now had two orders through Blair Meat Market and unfortunately neither of them have tasted good. The first order at least looked fresh, but it tasted closer to deer meat than beef. We know that cows can taste different, so we decided we would try another one, maybe it was just a fluke. The second order we got was even worse, however, all of the hamburger tubes are grey with zero flavor. Not just grey on the surface, but the entire tube is grey. We called the company and even brought in some of the meat to show them this, and we were told that it's normal for meat to be grey and that's that. We have been getting cows from farmers for over 10 years and have never gotten grey meat before and the fact that they weren't even worried about their processing shows that they don't really care about their work.

hands down the best butcher shop I been too.. Very clean. Customer service is top notch.. had a couple sheep and goats processed there you can tell they know what they are doing. only shop I will use to process my animals
