I went to this store for the first time this week. I was so impressed at the customer service received. I don't believe there was an employee at the store who didn't ask if I needed assistance. Richard, Bill and Val were extremely helpful. Thank you for the great experience! The prices were very reasonable as well.

I went to Blair with truck, trailer & motorcycle to drop bike off at mechanics shop Boone's House of Strokers for head gaskets. I needed a fuse for my furnace room that connects the thermostat. It's a 15 amp time delay buss fuse. I thought there was a good chance they would have it. Walmart, Walgreens and Menards did not have them. Blair Ace Hardware had them in a 3 pack now I have 2 spares. The store had some unique displays and was full of special sales notices. I took the opportunity to get a spare key made. Courteous friendly and helpful people. 5 stars to Blair Ace Hardware.

Love ace hardware. They have every tool for every project and then some. Great variety of plants in the spring and summer, bbq grills, patio furniture. They also have added more home decor items which I love, but these items are a little too expensive for my wallet. Staff are mostly all friendly and helpful. The owners actually work in the store, which is a very nice surprise.

The employee's at our Ace hardware are real sweet and know a lot about everything they sale. They would bend backwards to take of their customers. That is the truth. They have things in stock that other people would not think to have. It is the friendliest hardware in town. I've lived I different places and areas and I've never been disappointed.

Incredibly friendly staff who we completely focused on customer service. They even have my 3 year-old a coloring book for free when I brought her in one day! Decent selection for the location - I always find what I need or something that will work just as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for parts -and help- with their projects.

I’ve taken my stihl chainsaw to this repair man that works there twice already. I was charged both times, and the chainsaw still don’t start. It started immediately out of the store but when I got home the saw was cold and the soul would not start . I’m gonna take my business to a stihl dealer in Omaha

Went to the new Ace Hardware store twice in the last couple of weeks. First time was to just look around and see what was available. The second time I needed a new kitchen faucet and fittings for a friend. On the first visit the owner and the store manager introduced themselves, they were still organizing the store but it looked like a good selection of items. On the second trip the clerk was very helpful locating what I needed. So far my experience with the new store has been favorable.

Wide variety of tools and supplies. The major concern I have with this store is the fact that since it is pretty small the inside gets cramped in some areas. If you dismiss that though it can prove a place to find tools and other items. I prefer Bomgaars but that is just up to my opinion. You can not really go wrong with Ace Hardware.

All I can say is WOW! Geoff came out of his way to work on my Traeger and went above and beyond to get me running on short notice. After being there for 3 hours on a mess up from the manufacturer he came back the next day and made sure everything was correct. Support this local small business!

Ace is the place...you know the rest. For the most part, it's true! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Everything you've ever needed for home repair, paint, and BBQ in just one place without having to hike through a huge inconvenience store to possibly find what you need in, usually, lesser quality. Another good thing! Almost every town in America has one. Love this place. There goes that jingle once again. Dang!

Our town had an ice melt shortage. Ace had tons of bags and the employee stepped right up and helped me load my bags, get a bucket and find an inexpensive alternative for a scoop. The staff here are always friendly and helpful!

Went in for a lawn mower and trimmer unsure of what to get. Geoff helped us pick out what we needed. Very knowledgeable. Anakin also was great to work with and helped us load it up. Amazing looking store with lots to look at.

I like the Blair Ace Hardware store when I need something quick. It's just that during the summertime it's warm in the store: they need to turn the AC on. I find when I go in, that's it's not very inviting to shop in the store during the summertime because of the air conditioning. I go in and get what I need and then leave. Please lower temperature in your store.

Great people, not only did they help but saved me money by directing me to some paint that was beiing discontinued the paint company had been bought out. Prefer to shop local, hate Wal-Mart. Still waiting on my w2s from Wal-Mart and my employee discount from having to check out my self because no cashiers.

I bought a Toro lawn mower from them and a plastic part on the handle broke the first time I used it. I have been waiting a very long time for parts and never get call backs. If I had bought it from Walmart they would have taken it back. I have no idea when or if this will get fixed.
