Wow, I can't really know where to start about my experience today at Walgreens. Dakota helped me and was amazing. Coming there and was really frustrated at the point that the mobile app was really lagging and moving extremely slow. I ended up spending about 2 hours there working with the mobile app. This would have been a two star or one star experience. But Dakota went above and beyond without me asking he made sure that the pictures were exactly what I wanted he cut them and made sure they were precise we printed out several pictures until I got the one I was happy with Even though the app told me it would not be available until tomorrow. This was above and beyond and I am truly grateful and thankful that Dakota took the time to make sure that my needs were met. We will continue to do our photoshopping at Walgreens and we will continue to keep our business there. It's because of associates like Dakota that go above and beyond that make our experience that much better. Dakota great job thank you so much I really appreciate you. Merry Christmas

Pharmacy is a joke. They don’t start your prescription until you go to pick it up. We purposely waited over an hour to pick up meds from urgent care and when we arrived for them we were told it would be 15-20 minutes.

Absolutely terrible place. Tried to get medication picked up twice today. Waited an hour the first time in line and needed to leave for an appointment, went back in the evening and waited 45 minutes and the line never moves, couldn't wait any longer. Did not get my medicine.What in God's name happened to this place. Awful all around. No more business for this place!

The staff is very friendly in the store and pharmacy but the pharmacy is overwhelmed. Wait times are insane waiting for a prescription though, lines inside and outside. Store is clean, organized and I got what I needed. They have a great selection for Halloween candy and even some decor.

Pharmacy gave out the wrong prescription. Prescription bag and packaging were correct however, upon opening the package I found a prescription under a different name for a muscle relaxer. This is not ok. I was going to take this before leaving for work and that obviously would have ended poorly. How many prescriptions have been mixed up at this pharmacy? What if this medication was not for me but an elderly patient or perhaps a child and whoever was administering the medication did not read the label to see that the prescription was incorrect. How many prescriptions are labeled correctly but filled with the incorrect drug?There are many fields/professions were mistakes can be made, but a mistake and carelessness here could potentially result in death. Again, this is not ok. This could have been a one-time mistake or it could be something on-going. Perhaps the pharmacist is at fault or perhaps it is one of the technicians working. This pharmacy is completely understaffed and I am sure the employees are overworked. I typically have to go to this location two or three times before the line has died down enough to not require waiting for over an hour. Please look into this because again, simple mistakes here can cost a life and I hope this does not happen again. Read your medications before taking them!

Every time I go to this location to pick up a prescription there's an issue that requires additional wait time even if I've been notified on the app that is ready for pick up. If you have to use Walgreens I'd suggest a different location.

Pharmacy turned away a long time customer because an appointment was needed for immunizations and I had failed to obtain one. Never required one before and with all my info in their system, a text or email stating this fact would have been nice before I wasted the time and gas. Not even a "sorry but" or "unfortunately" but more of a "no appointment? then go away". When I asked to make an appointment, I was practically laughed at. I looked around and nobody else waiting and several techs having a chat behind the counter. The saving grace is that I've found a competitor that excepts my insurance closer to home that will now provide my shots in the future.

There's 2 cars in line at the Walgreens driv thru on Galvin. Pains takingly lyrics slow. Who's the manager here? Please fire him/her. It's been like this for years.

The front end staff are excellent. A few issues with the management team. But the pharmacy is hilarious. Your drive-through has lines going out into the street and inside there are 2 lines.1 cashier helping 2 lines of people maybe 8 deep... Due to my insurance I have to go to Walgreens, too bad I can't go to cross the street to CVS....

I brought my mental health prescription on Friday night so that it’s refilled for Saturday morning. The person who took my prescription from me at the drive thru took my prescription and I asked her yo check and make sure they have it and she said they did. Saturday morning I have my husband go to pick it up and was told they don’t have a prescription for me, so I call. They tell me that they are giving the prescription to my husband because they don’t have the medication!! And the woman on the phone could care less about what I told her. Worst experience ever!!

You have some nice cashiers but some of them are downright rude. Young guy was very rude to the older lady ahead of me. Chided her about reading the dates on the sales. Ended Dec. 24th. Still up on Dec. 30th. Whose fault is that? Hers? He was pretty mouthy too when told by a coworker to tone it down he told him he didnt have to. Dude if you are unhappy there, maybe you should leave.

Terrible service I went after being discharged from the hospital I had an unexpected surgery on thanksgiving was not feeling good went through the drive though with my father and kept being told I needed a physical paper for my prescription that was sent to their system I got told I had to call my dr. Called my dr they sent it through on their end and Walgreens kept saying they didn’t have anything at one point I was told to just go inside after going through the drive though 3 times I’m in pain it was hard to get out of the car and walk inside all the way to the pharmacy I get to the pharmacy and all I was told was that it would be about an hour. THEY HAD ME GO INSIDE JUST FOR THAT. Went home three hours passed no text or call about the meds so I call got another rude worker I called my dr again said he would put it in the system AGAIN for them that he was sorry about all the trouble walgreens was giving me. I don’t understand how all the workers at a pharmacy could be so rude to someone who you can clearly tell just got out of the hospital and on thanksgiving so disappointing. I will never go there again.

Every employee there pretends you're invisible/ no one asked if you need help specifically locating something and the cherry on top is some random guy was pressing help at the photo booth like 15 times and not a soul showed up God bless the store. It's a meme.

I used to love this pharmacy, it used to be dependable and easy to get medicines but now its a complete mess. It takes 20-30mins for people to find medications, both me and my moms "profiles" have gotten messed up. I hadnt had any issues refilling my meds and one day I go up to get them and they have my old address on there from 15yrs ago. Why? With most places if you give new information it replaces the old right? Then they tell me I have 2 profiles somehow and they will "merge" them. Again why? Since they "merged" them I'm still having meds going under info from 15yrs ago. This is ridiculous. Something as simple as profiles should not be this messed up. I've told them multiple times to delete the profile thats from 15yrs ago and they basically ignore me. Thankfully we are moving and wont have to deal with this pharmacy much longer.

Their pharmacy is horrible.. every time we go to pick up our meds their never ready nor have been started.. 2 afters after they’ve been sent in. We live over 30 mins away and we tell them this each time and they could care less. Their customer service is a joke.

Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the staff for the entire facility… set an appointment up to get tested for Covid… they have one lane completely closed so now they funnel everything through the window… terrible way of managing the drive thru.. something as simple as this test now takes over an hour to be done because of this asinine method of running the drive thru… wasting gas, putting kids at unease for sitting in a vehicle for this long!! Utterly unacceptable… don’t plan on going here at all for pharmacy or testing… due to the inability of running things smoothly… again staff are the only reason two stars were given.

Had to go without blood pressure med for 6 days due to meds not being available at any local Walgreens and then the order being cancelled THREE times in 5 days by the pharmacy for reasons they can't explain to me. All family prescriptions now transfered to a different pharmacy that can do their job.

Went to pick up scripts for my kids that are sick. Was told the electronic script system was down and they would call for a verbal. Waited an hour and checked how much longer. Was told again the electronic system was down and they needed to call. I informed them they told me the same thing an hour ago and they would call. They never called the clinic! By this time the clinic they needed to call was now closed. The excuse I got was they were busy and the pharmacist was new. They also tried to say they didn't know I was waiting. I was sitting in the chairs right in front of them for 1 hour with a 1 year old. How could you have not seen me. Very disappointed with the service they offer at this pharmacy. If they are open 24 hours they should have more staff if they are going to use the excuse they were to busy to help customers. The pharmacist should have never been left alone if she is going to be telling customers she is new and apparently doesn't know how to do her job.

Pharmacy NEVER once has had prescrptions ready even though the Dr calls them in half a work day to a full day prior. Various other smaller issues. Waited over an hour today and they had constant excuses. They need something or someone to manage or punish their bad job.

Ordered pickup 3 separate times and got an email saying they were ready. Went to go pick up my first order and waited over 20 minutes and had to go inside. They didn't even have my order packed. My second and third orders didn't get packed either and they didn't give me a receipt for my second order so I went back to get it and they wouldn't print it out for me. When I ordered the 3rd time they only gave me half my items. This store is ridiculous.

The Woman in the drive thru was incredibly rude but at least she was rude with a smile right? For future reference if you can’t seem to pronounce someone’s name on the 5th try saying ma’am/sir or using you/your pronouns will suffice. No need to purposely keep butchering someone’s name.

I don't know if this store has new management, or if there are new computer systems, or what. I had to argue just to fill my insulin prescription. I gave them a full week to fill it, but of course they didn't, then tried to blame me and told me to go to urgent care. I'm type 1 diabetic, so I cannot afford to play these games. I like living.This time, I have given them 6 days to fill 5 prescriptions. One has been on order for 5 days now, one says "too soon to refill" when it is not, and one has said "waiting for doctor approval" for 5 days, which I know means they have not contacted him.I was a customer here since they opened, before insurance forced me to switch to CVS a few years ago. I switched back as soon as I could, expecting the same level of lrofessionalism as before. Boy, was I wrong.I gave one star for my overall experience this last two months, and one star just because they decided to let me live another month last month.

Needed an emergency order and every time I called, Cindy would hang up on me. So, I tried calling the pharmacy, they would put me on hold til Cindy wanted to answer and she would hang up on us again.Never coming back and referring all of our friends to CVS because of carelessness. I’d like to say this was the first time, but not.The only one who ever helped me was the nice tall blonde lady. She was the only one who ever greeted me, asked me how my day was, and made me her first priority at the register....unlike others who hold conversations or make ME wait til they’re done texting or talking. We are done with this Walgreens and Walgreens in general.

Too bad this is the only 24 hour pharmacy close by my insurance will cover. Used to use CVS, but Blue Cross doesn’t accept them anymore. Walgreens often is delayed in getting scripts filled. Today they failed to give my person all of my meds even though I had literally talked to them on the phone minutes before he was there to pick them up.

Tbh, I've been more offended, but to look for a product for an hour and not receive any help (well, I did get a hello from one of the female associates 😉) because the loss prevention team was to busy try to "catch" me is poor. I did, though have a backpack--- due to the fact that i road a bike. At first I got a few laughs playing with the prejudice loss prevention patrol, but after a bit, insulted by their assumptive arrogance.I'd be less upset if i wasnt in that store 3 times a week. Walgreens is very professional and I rarely have problems at Walgreens. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is laid out really nice. Love shopping at Walgreens!

I ordered a prescription for insulin pens through this Walgreens. When I picked it up, they handed me a bag stapled shut with a receipt and I paid for it. I went to my car and opened it and found they gave me vials - not pens. I went inside to complain and they told me that because I took it, it was my fault. I could not exchange and I was stuck with vials for 90 days.Long story short - I quit filling my prescriptions here and the pharmacy sucks.
