I’ve shopped at this Target (Bellevue) for years and it used to be great. Unfortunately after the remodel things have seemed to go down hill. Things are constantly sold out or under stocked. Stuff is shoved and thrown onto shelves. It looks a mess and I can never find anything. Such a bummer. It seems like they’re struggling to keep staff which seems like a management issue. Hope they’re able to turn things around!

Went to return candy that I had over bough . Connie with the short hair and industrial piercing at customer service must have been having a bad day. The receipt was showing a different card then what initially I had paid with and I even showed her . She continued to be upset at me because I didn’t have the “debit card “ even though I had paid through Apple Pay. She needed up handing me cash which was fine until she threw the money into my hand . I said oops because I barely caught the change the flew into my hand and she just rolled her eyes .

100% self checkout only today at 3pm. 10 cash registers, all empty. Manager, staff your store correctly and I'll consider coming back. If you're going to make me wait for self-checkout, I might as well go to Walmart

Had a cart full to purchase and didn’t realize they only have the self-serve registers open. After a long day of work, parenting, yard work and all the other things grown ups do, the last thing I want to do is squeeze into a tiny checkout and do Target’s job too. Two stars because at least all 4 wheels of their shopping carts roll in the same direction at the same time, unlike Walmart. This Target has always been my go-to but with the recent remodel, they’re turning into Walmart and I may as well start homesteading at this point…haha

Went there tonight with my son, needed to get se long pants and long sleeve shirts for my boy as the weather is changing. A worker came up to us while he was in the changing room and told us the changing rooms were closed. I asked why and she told me because they get too crowded... my son and I were the only 2 people in the fitting rooms area.When I told her that didn't make sense she spat out a few other non sentences and told me the fitting rooms closed at 7:30pm because the manager ordered it. It was literally 7:45pm....and then when I asked for the manager I found out she was!If I wanted incompetent, non help full, can't even give a logical explanation type of staff I would have gone to Walmart.When did Target drop customer service as a core trait? It's no different from their competition now, just costs twice as much.I had like $150 of clothes in the cart, I bought $50....and then decided I can't spend money with a place like this, so it's all getting returned.

I love my Target Store Twin Creek! The store is clean, well organized, and always adequately staffed. I have never had a bad experience, and I shop there several times a month. The employees at this location are exceptional. I would like to mention Jake (was my cashier) who was so friendly and helpful with a question I had on my Target app. I was also assisted in housewares by Agot. I was unable to lift a box of dishes. She was so pleasant in assisting me with a smile! Best Target store in the Omaha area!

Bought a pack of chocolate milk here that was six months past the expiration date. Definitely would not recommend getting groceries here unless you carefully check every label.

Not having the fitting rooms open is super inconvenient. And I know I’m not the only one frustrated by this since there were other people there annoyed. Not everyone has the time to buy one thing then return it just to repeat that process or resources to buy multiple pieces of clothing just to take home and try on just to have to go back and return what you don’t like

Obsessed with the easy and efficient pick up service here! I can find virtually anything I need on the app and they will have it ready for me to pick up in no time. Driving up and checking in through the app is a smooth process and they are always walking out with my order as I am parking. I hope this service never goes away, and I will be a Target customer for life👍🏼

Awesome place, super clean , and friendly staff up front. Participate in drive up frequently as well as coming in. The drive up is so quick and easy. Only one time has there been a technical error and they fixed it within a few minutes. The self checkout is the only lane open it seems a lot of the time but if you pay attention someone is always on register one or three ready to help. I myself find the self check out to be frustrating at times because I tend to lock it up. I do wish the customer service desk was it’s own stand alone thing because of the frustration it causes. It makes other guest rude because they have to wait a minute or two. Also, if you have a pick up order, I don’t think you should have to wait in line to check out because of defeats the purpose. It seems like they are always looking for someone who is suppose to be doing the pick up but they are somewhere else working? Looking forward to more trips as we are a new family in the area but it gets five stars from us :)

My review is for the creepy old man that forcefully greets people as they come and go. I try and avoid him at all costs he makes me and my child extremely uncomfortable. I’ve asked employees to keep him away from us and VERY obviously ignored him and he still follows you trying to talk in your kids face even if they’re scared. He’s awful and I won’t be going here anymore if the problem continues. People are just trying to shop they don’t want a stressful environment with a creepy man that won’t leave them or their kids alone.

The front door people always greet me with a friendly face, and the workers are all super nice, BUTI specifically have been shopping at places with mask requirements, and tonight I took one step into the door and the first customer I saw was not wearing a mask. I saw multiple employees notice but do nothing. Super lame that masks aren’t enforced all times during the day. I will not be returning to this location until masks are actually enforced.
