Love the groomers at Petco! We haven't stopped in for grooming in some time, and it was well needed. My dog is always nervous coming in, but the grooming staff is so sweet and careful with him. I know he's in good hands! He came back fresh and nicely groomed. And managed to wrap everyone around his little paws. lolThanks so much for taking such good care of him!

This was Maverick's 3rd time there and now I'm told because he has anxiety and he pooped twice, it was recommended taking him somewhere where he can be sedated, but I can still bring him for nail trimmings.Didn't seem to be an issue on prior visits.Maybe he had the wrong groomer working on him, did that ever cross your mind?Maybe you should gotten him in sooner too wash him and not have him wait in a room he can't see out of since he wasn't worked on until someone after his appointment time. Why is it not an option to have the owner with him while he's getting bathed?Yes, I gave a $5.00 tip, because you had to deal with his poop and he was nice and clean.Still very disappointing being turned down for future baths!So much for the free 8th bath!Don't think that the free bath is what concerns me.It's your lack of care and knowledge to make the animal more comfortable!

Great place if your dog let's other people touch it. My doggo didn't want to have anyone touch him so we left. Looked like other dogs were very peaceful there getting groomed.

Have had so many problems with them lately! The online app does not work to make appointments. They NEVER answer their phone. Last time they did a grooming on my dog and as I'm taking her we notice they only cut part of her hair, didn't do her toes, or around her face. Store Manager put a post it on the phone for them to call me 1st thing when they open to schedule an appt. No call. Still not answering their phone.

Everyone who works in the grooming department is so kind and obviously loves the animals that they care for. Ceara is amazing with our girl Annie. Annie is a very timid rescue that we have had for less than six month and she needs lots of kind and reassuring words, which are always provided. I appreciate so much the care put into caring for our girl Annie.

The ladies who work there are awesome. It is apparent they get VERY busy and they are prompt to communicate to you how long the wait may be. They are busy and likely stressed, but they are not short tempered or rude, which is often the response when people are in those situations. They genuinely seem to enjoy seeing the dog and take the time to chat with you, even though they are so busy. Also, the job that the groomer did on my dog Emma's nail trim was fantastic. The last time they did the de-shedding treatment and that was amazing, too.

Samantha is so caring for our Callie and knows she is scared when she comes in for her grooming/bath/haircut. Samantha takes the time to make both Callie and me feel safe and well cared for. Her nails, feet and haircut were very well done!

Petco is mostly a matter of convenience. The store is nearby and the staff are competent. My two dogs have never (to my knowledge) been hurt and have never shown any fear at the process. When the solicited tip is included the bill is almost $42.00. Since each technician spends approximately one minute cutting the nails that works out about $21 per minute per dog dog. Hefty pay but still I pay it because my dogs are so important to me and I'm not comfortable cutting their nails. If I had a less expensive alternative (and I'm searching) I would take it but for now Petco has a monopoly and despite the cost I am grateful they are there!

Samantha took great care of Reagan and made sure he was thoroughly combed out and matt free. Also, for the first time Reagan let her blow dry him because she put a cap on him to keep him calm. No one has ever done or even said they could do that. I will be seeing Samantha again!!

This place is wonderful with my dog. Stella really don't like anyone and she has no problems going and staying there to get a bath and nails cut. So I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you

Friendly staff. First time using service, staff explained everything that would take place. Our dog was very happy with the experience. Not a deciding factor, but location is very close to us.
