The store is always nice and clean and unlike lowes it's stocked and believe it or not again unlike lowes they have something called humans to help you find stuff and actually check you out. Wow human workers wish other places actually knew where to find them. Lol

I love coming to Menards. They have a well rounded selection for any home project, decor, garden, and more. I think they have an amazing selection of items. Stopping here always means I’m coming home with something. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Went in for a propane exchange lady in the front yelled at me to take it outside because they watch the cameras and will get in trouble but i was trying to be helped by another associate and get my receipt while being yelled at. They could have at least offered to carry it for me as I have an injured wrist. So I had to drop everything and take it outside and come back in and finish the transaction I was in the middle of.

Don't rent equipment from this store!! Their expectation of "clean" for a floor sander is unrealistic and when you return said equipment and ask for direction on how to clean the equipment to their liking, they are unwilling to help... and then charge you an extra $20.

Cool place. Id pick Menards over lowes or home depot any day. Only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're constantly understaffed. I am always hard pressed to find an employee. Which just tells me that they don't get paid enough.Other than that, we live Menards

I placed 2 orders for pick up, when I went to pick them up they said I had already picked them up.I talked to the front end managers and they checked the cameras and they apologized as I never picked up said orders!

If you are purchasing KlearVue cabinets, make sure to ask questions. They aren’t too informative on telling you all the details. You need to apply and attach the covers. Assemble drawers, basically build it yourself. Make sure to open the cabinets, they aren’t white in the inside.You may want to upgrade to the next cabinets if you don’t want to hassle with it.

This review is past overdue. Last summer, two men from the lumber yard kindly took the time to help me tie lumber to the top of my mom van. LolI was a rookie at picking up wood, but they provided string, and they took their time making sure I was safe for the road.

I'm not sure who was managing these registers this Tuesday but it is bad. We watched a man look at us and go back to laughing with his friends for way too long, before taking one second to scan his badge so we could get our stuff. So rude. AND the cashier took forever. She looked like she was doing data entry on that keyboard! Why? THEN it was broken!

Had to return this expensive glue that we didn't think would work and manager yelled at us no pets in store. Our dog is a service dog that we bring every where! He had his service vest on. I left the store then noticed the sign on the window that says "No Pets Allowed. Service Dogs Welcome". Well any way they lost our business as a customer between this ordeal and tripping on the side walk and about breaking my ribs on a basket cart one day and they never did a thing about it. Should sue them for both issues. They discriminated against our service dog.

What an experience! There was an associate too busy to help customers because she was complaining to another associate about her ex-boyfriend coming into the store and harassing her. The female manager at the help counter has a personality of a concrete brick. Good luck!!

I've never been in one, but went in for a pellet smoker. It was easy to check online they had it available. I found it, let the employee know I wanted one, and he quickly came back with it loaded on a cart for me. Check out was great.It's like a cross between hardware/outdoor and grocery. I'm thrilled to have one so close!

Good selection of products. I was able to find everything I needed. My only complaint is that we needed a tub faucet but couldn't buy just a tub faucet, as it came as a package deal with shower head etc which means more $$. But at least we have spare parts now.

It's that time of year, found some great sales on what we need for spring. Fertilizer, grass patch, easy to find. And of course 11% off rebate. Makes a big difference as a carpenter also. I end up buying tools for work with the rebates. It's a perfect payback, for shopping at the same place for 24yrs:)

Never park near their shopping cart corrals, they do not adequately keep the carts secured. Caused over $1000+ dollars of damage they will not cover. Not one, but two carts hit my car in the 15min I was in the store.

They need to let the young people serve the customers in good so we can give them a nice tip for their needs for school ., I was going to grade with a 5 stars but no for the matters of short service un polite plus some old people needs a good help and for better service . For a quick question they ignor you and they pretender don't see you like no one is witting for help .

Could spend a fortune in here, and probably have, if I added it up! Prices are good, but helps to watch sales and 11% offer. Associates are always very helpful when I have questions. Hope managers are recognizing them for the great job they do and for helping by sharing their expertise when we ask what might seem to them as dumb questions. Thank you.

Similar to Home Depot & Lowes. The difference is that they have great deals on food items and apparel as well. These change frequently so check back from time to time.

The good thing is they have about everything you could ever want.The bad news is its impossible to find.The worst news is its run like Circuit City. Truly. The amount of people you have to deal with for a special order is unreal (and its a major time suck). If I was a shareholder (not sure if they are public) I'd be jumping ship, there is no way this thing can stay above ground with the horrible systems in place.
