My low rating is mainly for atmosphere.I fully support staff having fun and enjoying the work day however, when that turns to banging on walls, throwing water at eachother, and running into the back to scream really high pitched as if someone is being harmed/in danger of serious injury. It becomes really hard to enjoy my meal. After my 3rd visit with this being the consistent behavior later in the night I dont think I will be returning. I hope the employees can enjoy their work day still but perhaps in a less chaotic way.

Well, We did not have a good experience at all. At this point If anyone asked me if i liked it i would say absolutely not, Dont go there.I ordered the chicken, bacon and ranch.I said no cheese and no ranch but add chipotle mayo and onions. (on the menu it says it comes with chicken, bacon, ranch, tomato, lettuce)I waited for my food and then the brought it to me the rolled the one side of the bag like as if my sandwich was a loaf of bread and put it in the bag.My husband and I never got asked what kind of bread we wanted either. I looked at my sandwhich when i got to the car and it had no lettuce or tomato which come on the sandwhich and i saw no bacon. I thought they just gave me the wrong sandwich. When i went in there they gave me attitude. I said to them that I think you gave me the wrong sandwich because it has no bacon and no lettuce and no tomatoes and no chipotle mayo. He said “you didnt tell me you wanted tomato and lettuce” I said i didnt know i had to because it already comes on the sandwich. then went to the back and thats when the group of them turned and all stared at me all at once. It made me very uncomfortable. Handed me a container of the sides. Then when we got home I noticed that the sandwhich had some peppers on it and it was hot. They put on the pepper relish which I did not want at all.I dont normally make reviews but I havent been so uncomfortable with a service in my life. Im just sad because I heard good things about this place.

This place is awesome. Fresh made sandwiches. Get a regular or large and your sure to be full before you leave. Staff was very good as well. Love it and will be back

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have gluten-free bread and it's pretty tasty! The meat is delicious and the veggies are fresh -the employees were super helpful and friendly! We'll be going again soon 😁

We’ve been to this location a couple of times now. The service is always quick, and the food is delicious. The only thing that gets annoying is the table cleanliness. The tables are usually dirty or sticky, and I have to wipe them off before we sit down.

Observation -white ladies was so kind serving the white man that walked in. Even made a big deal yelling bye to him have a wonderful day. The black lady was the only one that gave aa welcome. Come on guys my money spent thr same way!! Went in at 10 am happy they where open. Felt rushed to order, everyone was looking at me with extreme anticipation as if I was gonna order for a whole bus. Older ladies grouchy, looked offended when I asked for everything on my sandwich. Drowned sandwich with vinegar as if she was angry to make my sandwhich. Bread was hard and hurt the rough of my mouth. I got the mini and only ate half, jimmy johns will still be my choice. Tried something new and they failed.

Jersey Mike's has something for almost everyone! From gluten free to not having bread at all the variety goes on and on. My favorite thing about Jersey Mike's is that I could still have sandwiched while pregnant because they slice the meat fresh for every sandwich. I highly recommend getting the Italian sandwich Mike's way 😊Dietary restrictions: Gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: They have kids' sandwich meals

My husband and I stopped in yesterday anticipating a delicious lunch. We had the worst experience. It was around 12:30 and busy. We ordered a chicken Philly and steak Philly. When we got up to the cashier to pay, we were charged for 4 sandwiches. I had to ask for our receipt, which seemed to inconvenience them. When I told them we were over charged, I was told, well at least you weren't charged for the chips and drinks. TOTALLY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE!! We will not be returning to this establishment.

I had a regular size roast beef sandwich with wheat bread. I should have gone with the smaller size because that was too much and they have a larger size one also. Okay so i figured it out. They have good hot sandwiches but they are like eating a wet napkin about 5 second after you get them. Ask for light sauce and cheese and get a really good sandwich 🥪 you are welcome.

I ate here today with my family for the first time in a long time and will NEVER go back again. The staff was rude; the prices were outrageous, and I NEVER once heard a please or thank you. We weren't greeted when we walked in; weren't thanked for our order; and my sandwich took almost 20 minutes. There was no apology for the delay, but they were focused on making delivery orders that came in AFTER I ordered my sandwich. I spent a lot of money here this afternoon and I wish I never stopped in. I could have gone to a family style restaurant for cheaper.

Me and my wife went to the jersey Mike's on cornhusker rd on Bellevue NE. It was the best experience we have ever had. They were fast, friendly and super professional. The food was out of this world. And Candice and the girls made out experience the best. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again guys from Dave and Mary.

We used to enjoy going here. Love the deal of buying one giant and getting the second for $6 after 4 pm. Plus the staff for the most part is friendly. However, the past three times we have been, there has been a woman who is extremely rude to not only to her staff but customers as well. She's blunt when taking your order, the one time we were in she went off on the sandwich maker for putting on 1 extra tomato, and when she makes the sandwiches you can taste the hate in them. Yesterday we went in and walked right back out as soon as we saw she was there dictating the staff.

I had the #42 Chipotle Chicken cheese Philly and it was good. My husband got the steak one and I was not impressed; it still had the smell and after taste of cow. I know I know, it's beef, but it was a little too much.The lady that helped us was alright. Maybe just coming off a little too much, but she was helpful and said thank you on our way out. That's all it matters, her customer service skills. Food was out in a timely manner and their Sierra Mist mixed w Lemonade tasted real good.

I come here often, some staff remember me by name. sometimes there Is a long line most of these places are under staffed or new hire they are learning so if your angry bitter and don't have time don't go out to eat. make yourself food at home show kindness to people that do show up to your favorite sandwich shop

Had a terrible first experience here. Both sandwiches were inedibly wet when we picked them up and then after driving all the way back to the store the snarky girl at the counter needed to completly disassemble my 12$ sandwiches before agreeing to remake them and then after doing so tried to tell me next time they wouldn't be remade because it took 30 min for me to drive to my house see how bad the sandwich was and then drive back. Worst customer service of any Bellevue food chain I've been too in memory.

Delicious!!! I love the vegetarian sandwich... I like meat myself there is way to much meat for me, but my husband Bill Hurst loves your sandwiches and the prices are very good. You can't get that much meat anywhere else without having to pay out your butt. Lol. Customer Service has to be the best I personally seen in a long time... thank you

Just left. You better not come here 15 min before closing or they will be upset that you are there and act completely rude. Just grabbing some sandwiches to go. The older woman was the worst of them, bit they were all clearly irritated and had no customer service. Decided not to get a sandwich for myself but still ordered the others.
