They have some of the most fantastic fish. My favorite was a Hairy a Puffer Fish 🐡. Cute as can be plus some really cool exotic fish I've never heard of but the owner is super nice and he builds the aquarium for you and your new friend. Great place.

Had some cool fish but not a great selection. The prices for the fish I was interested in were reasonable. The owner was nice and seemed knowledgeable.My biggest complaint was the state of the tanks. Almost every tank had blackbeard algae /blue-green algae so much so that I wouldn't want to buy for fear of getting it even into my quarantine tanks.I feel like if more effort was put into tank maintenance and store cleanliness this could be a must go to store, but in its current condition I would only go if petco didn't have what I needed and I didn't want to leave bellevue.

I can't tell you enough how excited I was to get my catfish plus MANY more from Luke plus supplies for my tank . Now moving forward I'm needing a bigger tank 🤣 overall Luke and Becca know their fish , what you need and don't need .. 10+ in my book .. will be back for sure .. thanks againGive em a try they have some really cool fish ! We were just stopping by on our way back from out-of-state to see the stock of discus. I'm guessing the guy helping us was the owner, he was super cool to talk with and very knowledgeable about the hobby. We didn't buy anything just because we were looking for something so specific, which kind of comes along with the discus hobby. I glanced at some of his other stock, which seemed like if you're looking for something different than what's in the chain stores, this would be the place to come. His prices were right in line with other places as far as what you expect to pay for quality stock. I mean, if you want cheap priced fish, you're going to get cheap fish.... I just think he needs to up his game on his tank maintenance a bit, I think that would help boost sales. That was my only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

Many of the aquariums are very much unkept, not a super great selection of fish and pricing is ridiculously high based on other stores for sure. Also the guy decided to hover over me like I was some punk kid wanting to rob the place, it was extremely annoying. Dude should probably focus more on making the store itself more presentable and cleaning the tanks up to look like someone cares about the fish rather than creeping on folks walking through.

Love this store! Always a new and great selection of fish (plus all the garden variety stuff as well) The owner is super cool and to be honest the most knowledgeable of any of the stores in the area. Never had any of his fish die, never brought sickness into our tank, always happy with our purchases. 5 stars all day.

This is an aquatic store that we walked into and walked right back out of 5 minutes later. The tanks weren't clean, the fish didn't look like they were doing so hot. No staff member was readily available or even visible. The stock on the shelves wasn't that great of a selection. You'd be better served at literally any of the other local stores.

After making a purchase of various fish totaling $150ish we acclimated and introduced them to our established thriving 75 gallon. Not even a week later we had lost 3/4 of the new fish and quite a few of our other fish. Our water parameters were pristine. We did everything we could to attempt to stop whatever was going on. We are partially at fault for not quarentining the new fish. But with such high reviews we felt ok adding them directly to our tank. We will no longer being doing business with this establishment and encourage others to do a quarantine on any fish purchased here!

My girlfriend and I just stopped in today to look for some fish for our aquarium. The store owner was super helpful with providing necessary information about each kind of fish and how well certain fish interact with other species. Tons of unique fish there! Also- it's a must to stop and see his puffer fish. He's awesome! If you're in the market for fish- go here. Quality fish and affordable.

Luke and Becka have been a close friend of mine for quite some time. They operate one of the best little shops around and you will always find something you're looking for. If they don't have that specific fish you want, or food or equipment, Luke will happily work with you on getting it. I recommend this store to anyone I meet who is interested, so you should go too.

This place is just right! It's not over run with cichlids. It has a nice selection of very healthy fish and plants. Luke is an honest guy and he is very knowledgeable about the livestock and odds and ends that he has for sale. He is our first stop when we come to Omaha to buy fish..

Very reasonably priced and good person to build a relationship with, I much prefer the mom-and-pop shop feeling over the salesmen at other stores. The plant selection could use a little bit of work but I've generally been very pleased with the selection of critters and the shop in general. It is not a large location, but he seems to have done quite well with making the best of the space he has to work with. In my experience, he is not pushy or tries to persuade you into buying this or that, but rather is there to answer your questions truthfully and share his personal experiences to help you make your own decision. I greatly appreciate this. I would like to see a /massive/ snail eradication from the planted tanks and the inventory of plants to increase, but other than that I would highly recommend this gentleman and his shop to anyone either already in the fish-keeping hobby, and to newcomers alike.

Awesome place! I wish I would have gone here sooner. The owner, Luke, is great to talk to and has helped demystify many of the common misconceptions of fish keeping found online, he's very knowledgeable. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. I've never felt like he's trying to up-sell me or talk me into spending more money than I need to, in fact, I've probably saved a lot of money by coming to this place! Also, if you bring buckets you can pick up DI/RO water for free. Can't recommend shopping here enough :)

I love this place. Bonus: it's within walking distance of my house. The guy who works here is really nice, answered all of my questions. I had my doubts coming in because the place is kind of small, but I was pleasantly surprised with the inside. There's a bigger, healthier variety of fish and plants than petco, including some unusual ones like axolotls that the guy breeds himself! They have my dream fish that I've only seen at specialty stores I worked at in Kansas, and they're even fairly priced!

Good place for Aqarium information! Selection is unique and diverse and the prices are better then a company owned fish store. This store has a good selection of rock, drift wood, and mosses/foreground aquatic plants. I also recommend asking the man if he could order anything for you if you can't find what you're looking for!

This 👏🏻 place 👏🏻 is 👏🏻 awesome 👏🏻Hands down the best place to go for advice on anything aquarium! The fish here are alert, colorful, and happy. Not to mention CUTE! So many kinds of fish I have never seen at any other pet store / fish store before! Such a variety of sizes to suit any needs. The owner is AMAZING! So helpful with any and all questions, even quick to reply in FB messenger!

I really like going to this store. I had fish tanks 20 years ago and could never keep fish alive very long. I decided to set up a tank at work so the kids and staff who come in could enjoy them. Luke (the owner) helped me the whole way thru the process, learning about cycling the tank with live fish in it and he always took the time to talk with me. He even held a particular fish I wanted until my tank was safe to put him in, I know the chain stores wouId never do something like that and I like having somewhere to go where they know what they are talking about. He is a smaller location so sometimes you have to wait for certain inventory but unless it is something I need immediately I don't mind. I would like to see more live plant varieties and in snail free tanks. Glad I found this place, I now have 2 tanks at home and the one at work and am considering a third one for home.

I had purchased some fish a few years back when it was in their basement, now that they have a store it's awesome! They had ordered some barbs that nobody close carried and I was lucky enough to buy all they had. Very helpful and it's nice seeing a store that is focused on freshwater

Went into Fin-Tastic today On the fact of everything else being closed due to New Years (so that was really cool that they were even open) and to my surprise this place is AWESOME! The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and the variety of fish was very good/looked healthy/and fairly priced! I will most DEFINITELY be a returning customer!!

Went in to the store in 2020. Many tanks filled with sick or dying fish. Some employee maybe owner or just staff didnt care and commented about he gets annoyed when people tell him there's a dead fish. Pretty sad.

Drove all the way from Millard to check out this store. Arrived there and the guy in there was talking to probably a customer so I waited patiently and looked around. Found a couple of fish I like but have been there for a good 10-15 minutes and almost bumped with them but not once was I even acknowledged. Seems like I don't exist. Not even a "I'll be with you in a minute". Decided to go back to my go to place, Nebraska Aquatics. Nebraska Aquatics is where i buy water, fish, plants and other aquarium stuffs (I have 3 tanks) and people there are way more accommodating, helpful and friendlier.

Luke knows so much about fish! If he can't help you, no one can. He has a great variety of interesting and uncommon fish and can order what you want if he doesn't have it. I highly recommend this place! You can also find aquariums, lights, food, plants, RO water, everything here.

Great experience, they were patient with me when I couldnt make up my mind, I got some beautiful Male guppies and a beautiful long fin pleco, Highly recommended, will definitely come back again.
