UPDATE: I am still finding issues with the shelf price vs the actual price. This time the tag is for an item they don't have with a much higher priced item in its place. I luckily caught it and purchased another lower priced item. Even with the coupon for eggs and lower priced cheese I spent over $9 for the 2 items. I do know the 2 items have jumped up in price all over, but it is still higher than most stores. Last time I notified the butcher that the hot dogs were expired. He said OK and walked away. Previously I went to CS and the poor girl had to put up a sign that she was in the restroom. Nobody should have to do that. Also it is unsafe for the employee.

My wife and I have been shopping here for many years even thoe there prices are high , the quality of the produce and meats is not that good, we shop there because its convenient being only a few blocks away. We spend 1000$ a month there , however after my last visit , the cashier was rude and snotty, when i returned home my wife said i had the wrong wine , i returned with the unopened wine and receipt. They refused to exchange or refund and did so with disrespect. From now on we will take our shopping needs to baker's. I would rather go out of my way than support a establishment that does not put customers service a priority!

I rented one of the Bissell Carpet Cleaners from this location. The customer service was excellent. There was an issue with the machine and as a result, I had to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning and sanitizing it before I was able to use it to clean my carpet. I informed Gina, from customer service, and she apologized for the oversight on the inspection of the machine prior to checkout, and offered a refund to compensate for the inconvenience. My experience with Gina is one of many examples of the excellent customer service at the Bellevue store.

I like that they serve free popcorn when I visit. I love the Dollar aisle. I really enjoy how the shopping carts have a list that tells you what item is in each side. I wish other stores did that. The bathrooms were clean when I visited.

Has good deals on Family Fare items(store brand) but, not so much other items.. Store has kind of a funny smell toward to back of the store. The arrangement of the produce section is pretty impressive though..

Poor selection of produce and other merchandise. It is common for me to accidentally purchase expired products. Parking lot is full of craters. Bathrooms are rarely clean.

Got a recall thru our email indicating that beef broth recently purchased at this store #3788 was recalled and to return it to the store. Drove 17 miles and took 20 minutes one way to return to store. This beef broth brand was only one available at this store. When I got there, they were not aware of the recall and called Store Director to service area. He also was not aware of the recall. I let him review the email we received and finally said to “give my money back” to the service center employee. I asked if there was any compensation for time and mileage to bring it back to store and he stated “it is not my problem, I did not do it”. I asked for his name and he showed me his name tag which said “Les”. Then he said “it doesn’t make any difference as I am going on leave anyway”!!! And then he walked away to his office.I did not really expect any compensation for my time or travel but I did expect better customer service. A store director should never treat a customer like this. A simple apology would have sufficed but did not even get that. Shame on Les. Perhaps a permanent leave would be in his best interest and Family Fare’s.

Every time we buy frozen items they are freezer burned or seem like they have thawed out and have been refrozen. We have bought many items from here that have also been expired. I just bought this ice cream today and it looks like this

The employees in the deli are great. I do, however, avoid shopping here much due to the atmosphere. It is very dim inside which isn't very inviting and the building smells...old. The smell is a little off-putting when shopping for food.The cashiers always seem annoyed or bothered when checking out.The selection here is good though and I like their fried chicken and mashed potatoes. They also carry some items that are hard to find elsewhere like specialty sodas.

This store just absolutely needs to be shut down, besides the mold smell you get from walking around in such an old building. The staff is completely rude. Almost every isle has more than 5 ft of empty shelving. We used the self check out and had a issue with trying to check out. We were sent over to Maria who was not professional at all. There was a gentleman in front of us who was flirting with the cashier. It happens right. Except Maria took a whole 15 mins flirting back with him while she had a line just waiting on them. The gentleman even stated to us, "see hows she's being, that's why I won't marry her". Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention. Overly priced items. At most I bought 10 items. Spent over $100 never going back again.

Good basic grocery store. A level above Aldi with a larger selection, more name brands and full service deli and bakery. Prices comparable to Bakers and below HyVee with good weekly specials. Fresh produce and a good meat selection.

I found a purse in one of the shopping carts and turned it in to a memeber at the store. The worker that took the purse was very friendly. We did our shopping and we have never had a bad experience here. Truly, every employee that we have come across has been finamenal.

The staff is always a blast and very friendly. Have always felt comfortable shopping there especially over "bigger brand" stores" so I would always recommend. I'm only there like twice a day so about time I wrote a review. Maps asked me to give an update and still love fam fare, one of the managers, Jennifer deserves a shout out and all the other staff I wish I knew all their names are still rocking it!

Easy going, low stress atmosphere - never jam packed with shoppers like the nearby Walmart, ALWAYS friendly and HELPFUL employees working from managers to supervisors . I enjoy doing my grocery shopping here. I can't even remeber a time where I had to wait in line . The meat selection in always on point. Good quality and usually affordable, my go to for dinner staples ! 🥩🥩🥓🍗🍖

Judy is absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. However the management is the reason for my 1 star, asst manager Sherry needs to take a lesson on how to treat people. She is extremely rude and likes to talk down to you, people like her should not be in magement!!!

The chicken will make you sick its super greasy and it's $7.99 for a two piece combo. It works good to clear out your bowels for a couple days.

I shop here regularly. Helpful, friendly staff. Some of the selections are not the greatest since new management took over and items that I buy often get removed from inventory. That's corporates doing not the staff.

If I could rate this as zero, I would. I think this place is horrible. Looked at many different products that were well past the expiration date. ( Cheese packs with mold. Green ham dices. Frozen potatoes even.) The produce department hardly has anything at all.I stopped in at the Papillion store. It's full of products. Why is the Bellevue store like this?

I caught their sale on crab legs for $9.99/lb. It was a 3-day sale that I thought was from Friday to Sunday, but when I looked at the ad late on Saturday I saw it was actually Thursday through Saturday.It was almost 9pm and I didn't want to miss out. I called the Papillion location, but they said they were out, so that's when I called Bellevue. Tony helped me and told me there were a few bags left in the freezer section. I headed out to the store and was able to get what I needed for our seafood boil.When I went through the checkout line, Tony was the cashier. He said, "Were you the person that called?" That sparked a conversation and he seems like a good kid/young man and employee!Happy customer!

You can find deals and low prices however, you have to look and be careful. I find some items that are over priced. The store is well organized and always clean. They have self check-out. The checkers are always friendly. I'm happy overall.

Rotten milk! Be very careful with dairy products. I had to throw out two gallons of milk that where spoiled. This, after drinking some out of the first gallon. Was sick for days by drinking spoiled milk. It was not expired, had a glass the day of purchase. Has to be a cooler condition. I know they have had the same issues in the past. Seems they need to have them checked again.

Very limited fresh food section and virtually no vegetarian meal options. Everyone inside was very friendly. Only 2 employees wearing masks, everyone else was not. Overall, this is a nice, tidy store with friendly and helpful employees, and good food selection in general, but I only found about half of what was on my vegetarian shopping list and now need to go elsewhere.

I spent less than what I would have spent at Walmart. They have pretty good sales if you watch the ads. The store is clean and I like this store a lot better compared to HyVee.

Well this is not a real inexpensive supermarket. But it does have some good points. The fried chicken is very good. You can get a 2 piece meal w 2 sides and a roll for 5.29. Deli employees are usually very nice.

New to the area and someone said this place has good fried chicken in the deli. Well, went in today to check it out and as soon as we walked through the door we were hit with a horrible smell. It smelled like rotten seafood. I couldn't even get to the deli the smell was so horrid I had to turn around and walk out the door.
