Overall the experience was acceptable. One thing stuck out however. I had to book an appointment online which required answering a few dozen questions related to health and reactions to immunizations. The CVS employee had some minor difficulty finding my appointment. Then I had to answer all the same questions again but on paper. This is very frustrating but I did it with a smile. A huge positive for me was the employee willing to show me the label from the syringe he was using to inject me so I could verify the correct formula. Wait time from beginning to end was approx 20 minutes.

The pharmacist working on 2/01/23 at 4:30pm needs to be trained better-at least when it comes to human interaction. I came with a simple question about an over the counter medication and she made me feel so stupid. She very clearly does not know how to hold a professional facial expression- the whole time she was just staring at me with what I can only describe as discussed-making faces as I tried to explain what I needed. I was in no way rude, explained what I was looking for to the best of my ability, and even joked that I felt silly for asking because I’m not 100% sure what I was looking for. She had nothing to help me, said what I was describing doesn’t exist (it does-I just called Walgreens and they set some aside for me) and didn’t try to even give a suggestion for a replacement. My partner had the same experience with her a few months ago too, we chalked it up to a bad day but now I’m thinking it’s the person…

4 months ago, I gave this Pharmacy a 1-star rating, and rightfully so. However, since that time, the Pharmacy has made very significant and positive changes, in respect to the staffing and the way they handle prescriptions. I absolutely love the new Pharmacist and most of the staff remember me and have memorized my name AND my birthdate!….they are right on top of all of the prescriptions that I have to have filled. Four months later I wish I could give this place more than five stars! They’ve improved tremendously, and i appreciate them more than I could ever let them know! ☺️☺️☺️

Allison all but accused my doctor of lying to me about calling in a prescription. I will not be coming back to this location again. Only when I asked for her name did she apologize for the confusion. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the other pharmacist I have dealt with there has always been nothing but nice. Very unfortunate to have years of good experiences ruined by one person who thinks they know more than anyone else.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!2 weeks ago, I would have given this Pharmacy 5+ stars, but ever since Nate (the main Pharmacist) left, this Pharmacy has gone completely downhill. I cannot even begin to describe my annoyance!! I have several health conditions, which require several different prescriptions. At times, one of my Dr.’s has to call them in, and when they do, my script used to be filled the same day. Other times, I’d request a refill on the CVS app, and my Dr. would approve it, and it was filled the same day. Other times, I’d call the Pharmacy to either check on the status or to just have them refill a script I had available, and I’d speak to Nate, or whomever he was working with that day, and my script was filled within minutes of my call.All I have to say is that THOSE DAYS ARE OVER!!! I’ve NEVER had so much trouble getting scripts filled in my life!! (And, this includes the entire time I used Walgreens, before I got married 4 years ago and my husband referred me to use CVS, because of Nate.)Since Nate left:1)One of my Dr.’s has called in a script….the voicemail wasn’t even listened to the day he called.2)I’ve requested a refill on the CVS app, my Dr approved it, and it sat in the “in process” status until I called them. The one time they answered, out of 4, and they assured me that if I called them in the future, they would put my script at the top of the list to fill. (After telling me this, it still took 3 HOURS to fill.)3)I’ve called the Pharmacy 4 separate times now and 3 out of 4 times, the LEAST amount of time I’ve been on hold was 21 minutes….before I hung up, had to go in, and wait another hour to have a script filled.I can only imagine why Nate left the place!!! But, I’ve had just about enough!! Walgreens is looking better and better….perhaps I’ll transfer all mine and my families scripts to the Pharmacy Nate went to…at least I know it’s HIM that cared.. NOT him AND CVS, as I would have originally thought.Just an opinion, but if you’re thinking about transferring your scripts, DON’T!! You’ll be more than regretful!!!

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years, and have always been treated with respect and up until today, have felt welcomed.There was a tall blonde that was working with a friendly lady that was wearing a head covering. The lady with the covering was helping as many customers as she could, while the blonde chose who she wanted to assist. Up until it was my turn in line, she swiftly made her way towards the back and let me wait in line for 5 minutes, while her coworker was with another customer. When the blonde worker’s friend, Walt, cut in front of the line, she looked up and suddenly helped him out instead.I have never experienced this before, and will never come back during the evening. The gentlemen during the morning shift is always quick and friendly. I’ll stick with only making my purchases during the A.M.

If anyone knows where Nate went please post. They may take it down but maybe we could see it before they do. I went there today and the people that work there looked like two deer looking into headlights. Not bad just overwhelmed and not a clue

The pharmacy randomly is closed during their scheduled open hours. Unable to fill prescription that was needed asap. Can't fill it now because they just decided to go home early for no reason. Way to be professional.
