Don't bother calling the pharmacy, you'll be better driving in and trying to talk to them in person if you have any questions that their useless app can't handle. Been on hold for 40 minutes now and get a reminder every 2-3 minutes that "no, we don't care about you, if you can't use the app for what you need, just go away".Update. Hung up after over an hour waiting.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Waiting on critical meds to be filled for days. Pharmacist guaranteed an exact pick-up time today, when I could finally get someone to answer their phone, but the place closed for the day without filling my script yet again.

Very terrible customer service. Expired items on their shelves. I brought some home and didn’t think I’d have to check them?! I called back and manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. Wouldn’t even try. Horrible!

This is the pharmacy I’ve been using the last few months since I’ve moved to Bellevue. Unfortunately I’m a frequent flyer but FORTUNATELY Bob is the best at what he does. He makes me feel like a human being, displaying concern and care. He promptly gets my prescriptions ready and always lends a helping hand with a smile.

I switched from Walgreens because every time I went there to pick up a script , there was a 30 min. Wait , although the wait time to pick up scrips is shorter , there out dated AI phone systems force you to wait on hold and answer repetitive questions only to have you wait on hold for the same senseless Question. I know there are making enough $ to stay on top of there operating systems , that leads me to believe . CVS and its staff feel there time is more valuable than the customer. Please forward to Corporate!

If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. I have a special needs child and had the perfect opportunity to get them a flu shot, but the clerk refused to do it because I did not have an appointment. Absolutely no one waiting, but the clerk had a horrible attitude. Will most definitely do my best to steer everyone away from this and all CVS pharmacies.

This pharmacy is severely understaffed and the existing employees are not happy about it. I’ve tried getting my prescription with less than an hour or an hour and have had to return 3 times. If you need to get a prescription plan on spending more than an hour at least. Drive thru is worst. Hope it gets better. It has been impossible.

What a joke! I would rate negative stars if I could! I have taken the same three medications for the last fifteen years with a 90 day supply, and I have never had an issue. Recently, I switched to the Bellevue CVS Pharmacy due to insurance and location. In the year, 4 visits, they have yet to successfully fill my order. In addition, every interaction with the pharmacist has been very disappointing. Rather than a helpful or apologetic attitude, I was met with an annoyed and curt reaction, as if I was bothering them for asking about my prescription refill. Below is just a few of my experiences:1. Despite having auto refills, I have gone days without my meds between refills, due to lack of refills on all 4 visits.2. I have arrived at the store with only 1 or 2 of the 3 filled and ready (even after repeated phone calls and visits).3. I have received multiple quantities of pills in various containers, rather than a combined individual 90 day supply.Please save yourself the headache and wasted time. Choose a real pharmacy!

I just wanted to share my experience with this pharmacy..we are new to Bellevue and used a CVS in omaha before moving. We have 4 children, and pick up various meds regularly. I have been very pleased with this pharmacy, they have the meds ready or let me know if they don't have them. They have been willing to work with me when one of my sons doctors increased his dose but the insurance wouldn't cover the new prescription quite yet. It bring me comfort knowing they're open 24 hours as I have a son with epilepsy and his meds are very important and could possibly change at any time if things change with his seizures. They have been very informative and helpful about things he can and can't take with his meds. Overall we have had a great experience this far! Thank you CVS on Galvin Rd.!

No complaints about the pharmacists at all (because they’re nice and I guarantee overworked), I just suggest if you want your prescription the day you order it, go somewhere else. For the past 6 months I cannot get my prescription within 8 hours of ordering it to this pharmacy. Not only that but the 24 hour pharmacy is now 12 hrs, which is super inconvenient.

Shout out to Colleen/CVS Pharmacy at 1701 Galving Road for taking the time to fulfill my request of calling my new insurance so the confustion about my Rx refill would be cleared. Staff is great but extremely overworked. Management refuses to pay higher wages to get more employees and be fully staffed. The Walgreens across the street is fully staffed, open 24 hours, and takes 15-30 minutes to fill a prescription. CVS is currently on day 12 of not filling my monthly prescriptions. Go elsewhere!

I picked up a prescription the other day and the pharmacist was very rude. She literally made me terrified to take a prescription that my doctor prescribed. She also acted as if I was a bother to her and talked down to me. Very unfortunate as this CVS is wonderful otherwise. People don’t deserve to be treated that way, put a smile on your face, lady.

You’re going to enjoy this pharmacy if you have nothing else going on and love sitting for an hour. No matter have much lead time you give them to fill your prescription the moment you come to pick it up they will always say, “Ok that’s going to be ready in about an hour!” In the two years I’ve been using this CVS I’ve only had my monthly prescription actually ready when I had arrived was one time! Such a disgrace to the city and people of Bellevue! We deserve and demand better from you! Show a little pride and also a little class in what you do for once!

ALL I KNOW IS THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH KEEPING THE STORE OPEN. WENT TODAY AND THEY CLOSED AT 8:00PM . THE LAST TIME I WENT TO THIS CVS IT WAS CLOSED AT 9PM. A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO CORRECT THIS PEOBLEM ASAP. I FAVOR WALGREENS OVER CVS ANY DAY!

I was just in the drive-thru for an hour, waiting to pick up prescriptions. The signs say to use the left lane for covid testing, and the right lane for prescriptions, yet the right lane is blocked off. Combine this with the severely reduced pharmacy hours, and what looked like only one person working during the busiest time of the day, and it's a recipe for disaster.

This location is advertised as a 24/7 pharmacy which is one of the reasons I chose this pharmacy. Now I find out it is only a 24/7 pharmacy when they have someone that wants to work. I went to pick up prescriptions that I need and they were closed without notice or posting any notice this is HORRIBLE business. I will be transferring all of my families prescriptions tomorrow!

Do not get your covid test done here. Paperwork says 2 days results, more like 4 days. No one knows anything they refer you back to the paperwork.. customer service number on the paperwork puts you into a call loup so don't ever get customer service!

Went there today for my covid test appointment.waited 3 cars deep in the drive through for half an hour only 1 car moved.the second lane is still closed but I'm guessing that doesn't matter if you can only serve 1 customer every 30 mins.tried to call the pharmacy inside to let them know I was there so not to count me as a no show but no answer on the phone either.i went inside still holding my phone to my ear and talked to the guy and the extremely rude lady with curly brown hair.there were no other customers inside so I asked why they are not answering the phone.the rude lady barked at me "cuz we are busy"!that rudeness started the shouting match which resulted in me canceling my test and making a call to the manager who acted so uninterested in the problem I wasn't sure he was still on the phone.well someone gotta let me know was his only response.after seeing these other reviews its clear the problems at this place start at the top with management. Fire everybody..start over!!

John who works overnight at this location is always so friendly and ready to help! He has a great attitude and greets you with a genuine smile and good attitude. He told me all about the kiosk to check if you have any rewards or extra bucks or anything, and he walked me through the whole process. I appreciate this man’s desire to help and genuine welcoming attitude, he needs to be given a raise and a promotion as far as I am concerned.

So my son just had surgery. I have to alternate tylenol and ibuprofen. Doctor recommends to use liquid to make things easier for him swallowing. I only have chewable and tablets at home. I call CVS and explain my situation. I can't leave him alone in the car while I run in and buy some, also he is 72 pounds so I can't carry him in. He's still super woozy. they get the medicines ready for me at the drive thru window for me to just drive through and pick up. They saved the day for me. I was really stressing about how I was going to make it work. I am very, very grateful

Beyond frustrating. Come home to a paper on my door from UPS notifying me that they have delivered my package to the CVS store on Galvin. MY package was signed for by an employee of CVS on Galvin. I go to the CVS on Galvin, and I'm notified that they have lost my package. Absolutely ridiculous

Probably under staffed, the wait time to pickup my prescription was awful, waited ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Took 3 hours to fill a simple prescription then waited in line again.

The last two times I've been to this location the line is horribly backed up. The staff is rude and completely unhelpful. I sat in line for almost an hour and this was still the line sitting in front of me not moving anytime soon. I will not be coming back to this pharmacy.

The pharmacists at this location are rude and talk down to you. They act like its the end of the world if you CALL and ask a question then they straight up lie. I spoke with three different pharmacists at this store who had three different reasons for why my medication not being filled. 😠
