We purchased our darling Shi Tsu/Pom puppy in 2010 and she is the sweetest little thing. We love her so much. We have Sissy groomed (they do a great job) and we also have our big dog, Finn, taken care of while we are on vacation. He really likes the people and can rest easy that he's well taken care of.

Took my dog here about a month ago and all I can say is, i’m impressed! My dog is very energetic and does not like getting groomed.. However, she managed to do it and made my fur baby look like the most handsome boy! There were no problems and my dog was the happiest he could be. The price is incredible and service is incredible. Definitely going back again!

I brought my pyredoodle pup here to be groomed for the first time. When I picked her up after her cut, it was very choppy and not much blending done. My dog has long eyelashes and they were cut way down. I don't understand why her eyelashes even needed to be touched, other than moving them to trim around the eyes. The place reaked of urine. There was a pee puddle by the door when I dropped off my dog that was still there when I went to pick her up several hours later. However, the staff was nice enough and the price wasn't outrageous.

Was extremely rough with my dog and it was my dog's first time going there. She grabbed her legs and pulled them towards aggressively. My dog was very uncomfortable and the service we received did not make her feel safe. She went in for a nail trim. My dog never whines and she started whimpering. The lady and help were nice. The establishment also reaked of urine.

I brought my dog here to have her groomed. She has separation anxiety, so i asked them if i brought her in first thing they could get her in and out. They agreed, but 3 hrs after dropping her off she still wasn't done. I opted to wait in the store for them to finish her. After i got there i could hear her crying, I generically asked if it was my dog and they said it wasn't, as if i dont know what my own dog sounds like. When i got her back I found they had let her chew through her leash, clipped both of her ears (causing them to bleed on her), and had cracked her nails when clipping them. I won't be going back.

We used to take our dog there to get groomed, but their service has gotten really bad in last few months. Once she came back with bleeding claws, the next time they forgot to call us and she sat at the groomer for several hours and the last time we dropped her off in the morning and after 6 hours our dog was still waiting to be groomed. Needless to say we are never going back there, their service is not cheap and really not worth it.

I have purchased puppies here prior and their grooming is the best since I've tried a couple other places. They are serious about homing the animals and I couldn't be happier with how involved they are. And the free puppy training courses they offer are just fantastic!

I will NEVER step one foot back into this shop. I have got 3 puppies from here. My first was back in August. He came home with coccidia. The other 2 puppies I got on November 16th came home hookworms and now I just found out one of them for sure has giardia. The most recent puppies were also malnourished, which was confirmed by my vet. Each time I called to tell the shop what was going on with the puppies I never got an apology or offered a reimbursement for the vet bills which have been almost $300 total. Plus it was over $1000 for all 3 sick dogs.To add to the problem, the dogs were covered in feces when I was looking back in November. Even the dogs I got were. Luckily, they offered to bathe both the dogs before coming home with me. A friend of mine went by there yesterday to look around and she explained that the shop was 10x worse than it was less than a month ago (with feces all over the dogs and in the room they keep their dogs in). It is absolutely ridiculous and I will be reporting this shop. So disappointing..

I purchased a dog here several years ago and they were very rude. Making me purchase additional stuff they said we had to if we were “adopting” the dog. I took my other dog into be groomed one time there. The ladies in the store were rude and yelled at the other dogs-never warm to them. I walked back to the grooming area to drop my dog off and the lady grooming another customers dog was yanking on the dog and yelling at it. I NEVER took my dog back to that store again.

Absolutely horrible!!! Beware.. do not take your dogs here!!!!!!!!!!! My two dogs recently got groomed there and came back with blood in the inside of their ears. My puppy had to end up going to the vet because it caused swelling and infection. I emailed them- no response. I called and talked to the "manager" who said my puppy must have done it to herself but yet the manager agreed that they looked in her ears prior to plucking the hair and said there was no underlying issue... doesn't explain how she did it to herself. Especially since my older dog had blood in her ears as well. They had nothing to say. No apologies just blaming my dog on them making her ears bloody. Not only did I have to pay for the grooming but also $105 for the vet with no offer for anything.. not even a sorry! And worst of all she assumed I'd bring my dogs back!

The grooming department call the vet to ask what he said to her. He told them that the dogs had ear issues prior to the grooming and that there was no way grooming the dogs would have caused this issue with the ears 3 day after being groomed. The ear cleaner the grooming department uses is made by a vet who is an estiation(skin specialist) which is gentle yet effective in helping keep ears clean and promotes a healthy ear canal.

I purchased a puppy in January of this year and was told he was a pomeranian shih tzu mix so I knew what types of hereditary conditions these breeds have. I was lied to. My baby was in part King Charles according to DNA testing and was diagnosed with a heart condition prone to the King Charles breed. My baby turned a year November 4th but now he is no longer with us as I could not allow him to suffer. Even with treatment I was told we wouldn't have much time. Now my family is devastated! Never again!

I took my dog there a few years ago for a haircut. She kept pestering me to buy her expensive dog food. She even followed to the parking lot. I told her "she reminds me of a used car salesman that won't take no for an answer". Too bad because I would have come back.Felt sorry for the caged puppies.Update. Her response is a heavy sales pitch.

This place feels like a puppy mill. The kennels were way too small for the dogs! The dogs couldn't even stand up and turn around! Which is standard for any kennel! The place smelled horrendous! They clearly don't care about their pets. Avoid this place at all cost it should be shut down!

This is a great place to take your animal I take my dog there to be groomed she is a cocker spaniel and she does a great job!! The place is now Puppy on the Go it changed owners this spring and they still have puppies but they are all rescues so it's great!! We love Puppy on the Go and will be seeing them soon so we are all ready for Christmas 😃

This place is like a toilet. They charge OBSCENE amounts for "designer" dogs who get screamed at to "Shut their yappy @sses" and the employees there don't make you feel welcome at all. This place is seriously like the biggest joke. The puppies are cute, but I am NOT paying $800 for a Bichon Frise while they're worth like $400... yeah NOT happening. They also let dogs come in and poop on the floor and don't clean it up. When I came in to look @ dogs, there were like 3 big piles of poop. Gross.

I came here for classes and my pup really learned a lot. Despite what these negative comments say, the employees all seemed to really love the dogs. The times they were stern were only to teach the dogs and help. My boston terrier Edgar has become a lot easier to handle thanks to the classes.

Placed smelled really bad. The boarded dogs looked like they were in a garage that was hot. Didn't see any water bowls with them. They had several kittens and cats for sale that we're $100 but the cats were not fixed nor did they have shots. To me not a good pet store.
