Worst customer service! My elderly father and I stood at the register waiting for the cashier to return for several minutes! I have worked retail and this is the first store I have ever seen that did not have a backup cashier! The manager would not even check us out! He just wandered around talking to the lady watching the self checkouts. Couldn’t either of them hopped on the register to wait on customers?We left our groceries and took our business elsewhere! FYI the Kroger potatoes on sale smelled like someone had sprayed them with fuel.

Done using this location! There app is horrible you can’t add a product to your order if you forgot something. Deli person needs fired. Always calling in so when you arrive chickens are never done. 3rd time so I’m off to another store for chicken

Nice clean grocery store. The staff is usually friendly. The sales they have on steak and chicken are usually really good. I miss the Bakers Supermarket I grew up knowing and working at. Ties, clean cut, and they bagged and carried out your groceries. Now, it's self check-out the majority of the time because there aren't enough registers open to accommodate the customers. Don't try to ask where something is any more, the only employees you'll find are up front, and they can only guess where stuff might be. I HATE DIGITAL COUPONS!!!

Great store and pricing. Wish they would redesign self check out. The lines are long and people have to walk around the people waiting inline or go down an aisle to get by. One side of self check has no where to place a basket have to hold it while checking out.

Now I remember why I don’t shop here! Everything is expired!!! Got home and thought I looked at expiration dates but I guess not. Tostitos Salsa Verde expired April 2023-that means they don’t check their inventory and also has browns expired. If frozen hash browns are expired that means they have been sitting there for over a year! Ghetto and run down and clearly many expired items. I would rather go back driving to Whole Foods or Hy-Vee.

It's a clean store, the workers are nice, but they didn't have any imitation bacon bits! Only real bacon pieces for salads. I thought that was odd

To be honest it might be more pricey than some places, but it's so close to my home..prices absolutely matter. Myself & my kids have met some of the greatest people that work there! It's nice to go into a store where you know them and they know you. We go there quite often!!

I think it’s important to understand before you write a review to understand a few simple things.First: Are you writing it to vent? Or to genuinely improve the function of the store?Second: Are you angry and think being a keyboard warrior will make you feel better?And Third: that your interaction with someone is not everyone else’s experience with that person. You are 1% of people.The most important point is that people who work in customer service, grocery, retail, etc. put up with a lot of people every day. Thousands of people who feel it’s ok to talk down to, berate, belittle and show any lack of patience or empathy whatsoever. The people at this store are genuine, hardworking, kind, smart and friendly. It takes a strong sense of self control to not yell back, to not scream back at customers, call them names and want to cry (and I bet you they do) when customers treat them poorly. Especially when most things are not any fault of their own.That being said, check yourself before you act like you aren’t part of the problem as well. There is always more than one side to the story. So before you tell someone they’re a narcissist without having a degree to properly diagnose someone, before you write a review, before you don’t practice some self control and act immature, think about the damage you are inflicting on someone who works hard, who just wants to feel as if they’re doing a good job. Spread kindness, tell them they’re doing a great job. Chances are if you’re being negative, you never said a kind word to them ever.I absolutely love the people who work at this store. Be kind to them. They’re like family to me.

For the most part I enjoy this Bakers, but constantly when doing the online pickup they claim to be out of materials. This is understandable, as this happens. However on several occasions I go into the store and they have the item that they claim was out of stock.Just today I went to pickup the food and was told they didn't have any Deli ham. None, no call or text to sub out an item. Just out of Deli ham for the whole store.(Just called their Deli Department, not only do they have ham, they have the brand I asked for.)I have tried talking to Management, it just doesn't work.

While always ready to correct any mistakes, the pick-up department is lacking. Substitutions are made haphazardly and items are sometimes incorrect. Their online app is not accurate.My main complaint is the produce department when either shopping on-line or in person. The quality just isn’t there for me. Something is off on the bags of yellow onions right now. I’m on my third bag and they have an odd taste both cooked and raw. They don’t last much more than a week before sprouting or rotting. Sometimes both. I ordered pineapples a couple of weeks ago and they were both small but one was grossly small. That one rotted within a week. With a label like Dole and if I were the produce manager, I would refuse such shipments. I have had other problems with size, like the cauliflower that was not only immature but very small and odd looking. I have shopped at Baker’s for decades. I’ll go a little further from home and try Hwy 370. I seem to have better luck with them.

Have gotten other family members to shop at your store because of the terrific deals such as buy 5 and buy one get one free specially on the meats. This is wonderful in these times. And the personnel are so helpful, courteous which seem to be lacking in some stores now a days. Keep up the good work it's appreciated .

My go to for all my grocery shopping. I utilize the Bakers app to add coupons to my bakers card for additional savings, I also love that you can select a local organization & Bakers will donate to them. Clean store with personable employees.

Awful pickup service. I got shorted 7 items I paid for today, and at least three people I know who regularly get pickup here routinely go inside and successfully locate and buy all the items that were “unavailable,” and then do the pickup of the rest of their order. When I called to report my missing items they said they’d “make sure I got those items in my next order.”I usually get my groceries at the Twin Creek location, and I’ll definitely stick to that one in the future.

Love the variety of organic products. Clean store with helpful staff. The floral department is amazing and arrangements look as if from a professional florist shop but way better prices. I love shopping here and always find what I am looking for, whether it is a coffee pot or peppercorns. A+

Figures is always a great experience for me everything is conveniently placed throughout the store I know every aisle. Everyone is very helpful when it comes to helping with your needs. Has lots of handicap parking just so you all know the bathrooms are always clean it's always a great experience going to Bakers

Totally great experience with them. I forgot to tell them to just leave them at the house if no one anwsers. I did have to be on the fone a while but they gave my girl some chocolate for the trouble, it's our anniversary. They truly care. 5 stars. Thanks so much. I'd give 6 stars if I could.They will always have my business

I give three stars. The store is clean and the staff is fantastic. What I don't like is the fact that you can purchase a gift card online but you can't use it online.

My company spends over $13k/ year in gift cards at this Bakers, no more than $1k each time with no problems. Today, Assistant Customer Service manager, Caitlin felt the need to bring me back to customer service and drill me on why I needed to buy this many gift cards, who they were for, what they were for and then requested my Social security number with other personal information. Nope. Went to Walgreens with NO problem- our new place of doing business. Thanks Walgreens!!
