We had our kittens scheduled, get to the place, and there is a note on the door to "call Monday to reschedule"....um, the time you took to write the note, you could have called clients and told them you were canceling their appointments so you don't WASTE THEIR TIME driving to your business. I won't be rescheduling. I'll find a business that respects their customers.

Aina groomed our two angora bunnies today! We rescued them a couple months ago and they were so badly matted with tons of bedding stuck all throughout their hair. I have been trying to get them brushed out and cut some of the mats out as best as I could, but of course I do not have that skill. I am so thankful I finally decided to get them professionally groomed! Aina was the only groomer I could find that would groom rabbits (which happened to be a blessing because she is so wonderful). I was quite nervous for them because they are still pretty young and skittish, but Aina did GREAT! She even recommended that I bring them in for an early appointment so there wouldn’t be any other animals there to scare them more. She was so patient with them and handled them well! She even gave me some pointers on how hold them to be able to brush difficult areas and to prevent them from getting matted. Thank you so much Aina!!CoCo

Rude and unprofessional. Went to pick my pup up and didn’t even hand me her leash. She had her dragging the leash around. Don’t think she knows how to cut poodle hair. She SHAVED my pup and ruined her curls

Brought my pyredoodle in looking like a shaggy, dirt-socked mess and took her home looking like a whole new dog. Her "summer cut" made her look pretty lanky bc you could actually see her whole face and body structures instead of just a big fluffball but it was done very very well and I thought she did a really good job blending different areas.She wasn't overtrimmed on her face either. She was so soft afterwards and smelled so good for several days, too.This groomer was fast, reasonably priced and has better availability than most surrounding groomers.

My parents have taken their dogs to this shop for decades, as long as I can remember. Since I moved to Bellevue I've been taking my cat there, too. They're really patient with cats and they do an excellent job on them. I like that they don't expect you to just drop off a cat, though. They want you to stay there and help keep it calm and hold it while it gets groomed, which is what I prefer to do as well so I'm glad about that. Their hours are convenient, and they only take cash or check. I didn't know that my first time so I had to run across the street to get money from the ATM at the gas station to pay.

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER!!! The worst groomer ever!!! Who ever heard of shaving a German Sheperd/Akita mix being SHAVED!!!. It has been months and my dog still does not have her luxurious cost back..
