Roy has some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite some time! That kid deserves to be acknowledged for the proactive treatment we received today. As we came to the check out he noticed we had some bigger items and ran around with the scanner to get those, had some small chat and when we talked about the protection plan not being worth the item we were purchasing he gave us follow up of handing the pamphlet and genuinely concerned if we were actually happy with the purchase we were making. I honestly had expected with him being younger that we were just going to have your typical walmart experience. Proven happily wrong, we need more Roys!

It'd be a 5 star if Miguel was the only one I dealt with sadly that wasn't the case. And he needs a raise. I called to see if an item was in stock for an order I didn't want a substitution after 30 minutes initially it asked me to call back so he could personally check. Item in stock and was very understanding. I appreciate what he did. Stand up gentleman. Thank you Miguel I greatly appreciate your service to me as a customer!!!

really tired of this place. now they don't carry fresh spices (thyme)? you kidding me? and tell the babysitters to wipe off the slimy self checkouts. update, also never any small carts to use.

I do my shopping here at least once a week. Experiences I've had while doing my shopping usually are good ones. The Self-Check kiosks are easy to use. Scan & bag items from your cart or basket. Then pay total amount of purchases for quick checkout.

We had to wait, 8 minutes to help us at the paint counter. Many items aren't stocked on shelves anymore. Employees laid pallets around the store. Employees were friendly and helpful. Why are toothbrushes in a locked case? Seems ridiculous for so many items being locked up.Wasn't impressed, hopefully it's better next time.

Pros: Modern bathrooms, extras like the bank, cost cutters, oil and tire change, and pharmacy. Usually fully stocked on almost everything. Small town vibe. Can park large vehicles. Right off highwayCons: Doesn't have more than one register open so be prepared to check out yourself.

I always order my groceries for pickup. They usually do a good job, but once in a while, they will pick some produce that is bad. I just request a return, and I get my money back and just throw it away.

I had some school clothes to return for a size larger. Customer service told me to go ahead and get the right sizes and come back. So I did..meanwhile my returns was sent to somewhere in the back and was not there to refund to me when I returned. I asked where they was and it was like no big deal that they had sent my items off. They minimized it like it was just some kid wranglers and etc he went on. I told them they had to get them back to refund them back to me. One kid went and came back with a few of the items, and I said I needed them all..he left and came back with a few more items. Again I said I have to have them all refunded, and again he left and came back with my final items. The items was mixed between 3 separated receipts I provided to him so he started to ring up the return. When he was done I noticed he never refunded one of the pair of jeans and he refunded it like the others. The refund items had to be put on a gift card, for each individual receipt. 🤔 When done I had to ask how much was on the gift cards?? He says $xx, $xx and $xx. 🤨 He was very evasive I felt, kinda got that...this guy is shady for some reason feeling. He proceeded to begin swiping the gift cards to deduct from my new balance, and while doing so, I was left in the dark with what exactly and or how much each transaction was.😏 well when all was said and done. The total equaled out to $0. Completely odd, because I had purchased some that was clearanced half the price of the ones I just returned. I was told no total, but I had a rough idea on what exactly I was spending. Zero balance, and he gave me a receipt and said thank you. I brought it to his attention there was still money on the one gift card. He told me no there was not, I argued yes there is. He picked up the receipt and said no they are all zero balance. I had to show him no they are not. He then looks again at the receipt and huffy like picked one gift card and gave it to me, and walks away. The whole transaction just seemed really odd to me...I knew something was wrong, but it took for me to get home and, settled to realize. After all that, he had managed to scam me after all.. the gift card he gave me didn't have my refund on it, it was $0. The gift cards he kept are the ones with my money loaded on them. Thinking back the whole transaction was not right and he truly was a shady Character. It really sucks to be scammed to your face for $30+ and at your local Walmart. I haven't turned him in, but I knew something wasn't correct so I wrote down his name. I have yet to go in to the manager but I will. Unbelievable I was scammed at the walmart customer service counter. What's this world coming to?🙄😔😒

All self check out and the staff are generally nice and helpful, i personally use the curbside pickup mist often and have no complaints. I refuse to give 5 stars as the overall exerpience of trying to find someone to help you find something is a chore as no body seems to want to. But outside of that decent enough store.

Went and did our shopping,got to the check out and nothing was open but self checkout. If it would have been just me I would have just left the cart there half full and went where they can hire people who can run a cash register. I don't understand why they trust people to check themselves out for nothing. If I am going to do an employee's job I want a discount on my purchases. So I figured if I am expected to check myself out I should be paid for it. They don't want to do that,nor do they want to pay an employee to check me out I guess they can pay an employee to put all the stuff in the cart back on the shelves. I don't see much profit in that but they must. And yes I have done that before I was on vacation and stocking up on supplies. This walmart only had self checkout, I had close to $500 worth of stuff in my cart got to the checkout, self checkout was all there was, it was won't be back have fun putting everything back.

Tyler was on point at the auto service center today. Long line, but him and the crew there kept it moving along with minimal wait times. Taking time to list all available options available to the customer and explain things thoroughly was much appreciated.

This is a great Walmart. I was able to find everything on my list pretty easily. I was in and out with ease. I went through the self checkout and had no problems. I will be returning to this Walmart as it has a great location and is super convenient to stop at.

This WalMart is a super center with grocery shopping and other goods as well. They now deliver free for Walmart + customers and deliver for a fee now and also have curbside pickup. They are open 6am to 11 pm Sunday thru Saturday. Great prices in store

They have changed the store while we were gone. Can't find things. Layout makes no sense. Self checkout sucks. Being disabled and needing to use the handicapped carts can be frustrating. They don't have enough carts and most of the ones they have are in bad shape. Fix them or replace them please!!

I avoid this Walmart as much as I can. There is hardly ever any registers open and most of the time there is only one self checkout open when there is 2 of them. The employees are very rude and disrespectful. Today my dad asked an employee where to find something and the employee was so rude to my dad and snapped at him for asking. My dad was so furious and regretted not getting his name to report him. I try to do self check most of the time because I don’t like the cashiers at this Walmart.

They have a good selection. I buy my groceries a month at a time. I don't like to check all my groceries out at self service and a lot of times there is not a cashier open that can do it for me. Staff are always polite and willing to help.

Staff was so nice. They saw us looking at something and told us where to find more. Very clean there. Has everything you need. Self check out had someone staffed there and within seconds she was there to check ids and do her thing. WITHIN SECONDS!! she saw us picking up and before the scanner told us what it needed she did her thing. It was so easy and convenient!

Beth is the best cashier here! I do wish the ladies clothing section was neater and better organized. Jewelry area little small. Heather the cashier.....SMH. The ladies at customer service are helpful and nice. Most of the employees are quick to help.

It's just another Walmart. We stopped to get a few things we needed on our way home. They're like everybody nowadays. Their prices are going sky high and get half a dozen things and it's $80. It's ridiculous.

It's your typical Walmart that I try to avoid, but I don't like shopping in general. I do like that they have the online service where you can order what you need ahead of time online, have them do the shopping, and have them bring it to your car. I always tip the person for doing it.
