Small but really nice grocery store. Clean. Had what I needed when Walmart did not have the small item. The meat is definitely a better choice to get here. It's a bit more pricey than Walmart, but it's fresh. Basic vegetables are available, but small selection. Awesome little store, a bit expensive but, good in a pinch.

Update: Finally got a hold of Corporate who actually took the time to pull up an satellite map and look at the store and agreed something needed to be done. He is calling Pat today to have the discussion with him that more than a note in the back room needs to be done. He liked my idea of painting a yellow stripe and writing no parking. This way the drivers have a visual reminder of where parking is allowed. So for him being willing to try and help I have raised my review to 3 stars instead of 1.The store may be a B&R Store but considering I tried to call Corporate but their phone system just loops and Store Manager Pat T. isn’t really interested in doing anything to fix their delivery drivers parking on the sidewalk other than put a note in the back room. I am visually impaired and repeatedly am forced to walk on Ella Street (this week alone 3 times M-Th) since they can’t even bother to, oh I don’t know paint the ground where it is legal for the trucks to park and mark a no parking area so people can access the sidewalk behind the building. Seems pretty simple to me. But hey I am just 1 person and this one person will be shopping elsewhere going forward. I will not spend my hard earned money in a store like this.

Great place to shop! Associates are friendly and helpful. Store is clean. Shelves are always stocked and the sales are great. Their selection is awesome for a smaller grocery store. Not to mention their fried chicken and smoked meats are delicious.

Thank you for having a bigger variety of coffee creamers than anyone else in town! I've been searching online for a way to get flavors other than French vanilla and hazelnut, but when I saw all the flavors you have I stopped looking online!

I just moved from Colorado and I have to say this will be my "go to" store.staff was SUPER FRIENDLY,good selection of items.i ride my bike a lot so the only thing I have to complain about is there wasn't a bike rack or a place to lock up my bike.i had to lock it up to the shopping cart corral in the parking lot.

I had a problem with an overcharge & went in to talk to Jan, the manager. She was calm, cool & was VERY helpful in not only getting the problem resolved but also explaining what happened. I felt so much better after her showing me on paper what occurred & I could see that it was NOT a deliberate issue on the part of the cashier. Jan appears to me to be a great manager and I'm grateful for not only her expertise but her listening to me and staying calm!!!

Went in at 5:15 pm to get some fried chicken for supper. There wasn’t enough cooked for what I needed. I asked the clerk if she could fry some for me. She said it would be at least 35 minutes before she could. The fryers were shut down, and it would be at least that long before it was hot enough. Seriously....if you’re going to have hot food in a deli, wouldn’t you at least keep it full at dinner time, and leave the fryers on!

I was walking out of Russ's empty-handed this morning when one of the team members, who was taking a rack of firewood outside, asked me if there was something I needed that they didn't have. I was so taken aback by this I simply said no thank you but I appreciate it. This level of customer service is extraordinary and what sets you apart Russ's. Keep up the great work! I love going to Russ's Market. Friendly employees, good deals, and the best meat and produce in town. For 45.00 I was able to get ingredients to make a double batch of chicken chili, garbage bags, and some biscuits and gravy from the selection of Amigos take home meals. Gotta say you get your money's worth.

This market has the absolute friendliest people in the deli I believe the lovely lady that always helps us is Marilyn (not sure in the name) but she is a breath of fresh air in customer service she knew we weren’t from the area and told us how she is originally from Louisiana and made me feel like I had known her forever. They have the best chicken strips to top it off! Highly recommend!

Welcome to Beatrice Russ's Market... I love the friendly staff, I love the selection. I love the Meat selection. Always fresh.... What a perfect location on the east side of town, I will not go out of my way to drive north to the wall Mart store ever again for food and great prices. The sales at Russ's is unbeatable. I am a forever customer 👍

Bit pricey for people on a budget and theres not alot of quality control, i went in to buy a can of pringles chips and a few of the cans were bent up by the seal went to buy some steak and saw a few packages that were dated a week ago i mean the meat didnt look bad but im not risking it also found out they use the oldest marketing trick in the book to mak it seem like products are in stock by placing similar looking ones behind others its nit a terrible store and the location is decent for me but i can get better prices,quality,variety,andoverall exerience by driving 10 mins across town to walmart

I love Russ's Market I'm Hometown girl and I shop locally Russ's Market always has great sale prices and fantastic customer service. Are always very courteous and I'm always recognized when I go in the store, making it a very personal experience. I prefer to shop here over most other grocery stores in town
