I've never actually gone into a meat store just grabbed what I found at supermarket, I originally went in on a referral from my neighbor, to see if they had fresh bones for my dog, very friendly and helpful, showed me several cuts of meat and what makes them better than other cuts and fresh ground beef, nice, I saw the customer before me buy a brisket huge slab of meat, looked amazing, the gentleman told me he only shops here for meat. I see why, surprising find in a small town.

Un happy with the meat I purchased ,Tri tips: took 2 out to smoke, cut 3.5 pounds of fat off them!! B4 I could see meat!!Sucks that I paid for that much fat!!Nice friendly staff, highly recommended, learned my lesson, didn't pay ,for me to shop around
